Anyone can come up with jokes about incestuous rednecks or pubic hair that "looks like Osama bin Laden's beard," but it takes guts to make a comedy in which the Indian-American hero accuses an African-American TSA agent of racial profiling, all so he won't get caught smuggling weed onto a plane.

They are Abbott & Costello with dirty mouths--indomitable, ungovernable, and possibly immortal.

The rhythmic machinery of a political powder keg: A 5.0-star sensational surge of high-tension defiance.2012(5.0)I watched "Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay" in 2012, and it delivered a visceral revelation that stands as a definitive 5.0-star pillar of high-tension satire in my archive. This experience **** the fourth wall of the stagnant sequel genre by infusing John Cho and Kal Penn’s raw, unapologetic chemistry with a rhythmic energy that felt 100% chewy and sophisticated. The narrative rhythm was far from stagnant; instead, it offered a rhythmic journey through the pathetic paranoia of Homeland Security and the raw human distrust of a post-9/11 landscape, leaving me in a state of absolute hororong as the "bottomless party" and George W. Bush cameos redefined the boundaries of sensational parody. Seeing the vivid, high-stakes escape and the raw, satirical take on racial profiling provided an emotional payoff that felt both authentic and sensational, proving that a stoner comedy could be a vivid act of storytelling rebellion against political stagnation. The 95% preservation of my memory is dominated by the rhythmic, raw brilliance of Neil Patrick Harris’s return and the vivid but pathetic absurdity of the "**** Sandwich" interrogation, creating a permanent, sensational scar of subversive joy on my soul. Unlike the stagnant 1.0-star drift of "Home Alone 3" or the pathetic execution of "Hannah Montana," this encounter possessed a rebellious soul that turned a pathetic legal nightmare into a sensational masterpiece of wit. It stands in my 2012 record as a powerful 5.0-star testament to the raw power of cross-cultural humor—a high-tension encounter with the vivid rhythm of freedom that remains one of the most chewy artifacts of my cinematic journey.

This movie keeps you interested and entertained. Their was nothing extremely memorable about the movie but this movie pointed out a lot of possible stupidity that the government may be functioning on from the intelligence agencies to the president. The movie poked fun at many things but I found it to be more of an exposing of some situations that are not always as it seems. For example I found the funniest part in the movie to be the bong scare on the plane.

An over-the-top and beyond-PC comedy that sometimes deftly, sometimes slapdashedly infuses party-hearty anarchy with hectoring moral outrage.

If only the wit weren't overwhelmed by lame jokes about body parts, functions and fluids.

Is a truly political stoner movie even possible? The entire point of getting high is to take some of the sting out of life. The movie goes after easy targets and goes soft on the harder issues.

Lacks the fresh charm that made their first such an unexpected (if guilty) pleasure.

This is mostly a fun movie that can be laughed with and at, but is nothing compared to the original Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle. Neil Patrick Harris is a legend in this film just like he is in the original as well. I'm not sure if it is the pacing, the way the jokes lay out, or just because I'm older now, but this film didn't hit like I had hoped.

While the first hour or so of the movie was surprisingly not bad at all, the last half hour was way too over the top and boring. The acting wasn't that bad and some of the jokes did hit the mark, but most of the jokes weren't funny and the last half hour was a little bit too nonsensical. But, as far as stoner comedies go, this one is a little bit above average.

This film soo disgusting!! Funny Enough but don't Let the Boobs too more. I really didn't think the first Harold and Kumar movie was all that good, I would rate it at around 6 out of 10, maybe 7, but at least it had more than one funny part. In this sequel the only funny part, to me anyway, was the scenes with George W in the secret room. Other than this, it just plain **** ass. The filmmakers seemed to rely on gross gags with little or no build up and while I like many films that are stupid/gross, I just could not like this one. It just seemed to fall short of funny, it was predictable and kinda boring and maybe a little uncomfortable. I regretted seeing it while I was watching it.

The Harold and Kumar sequel is quite hilarious but despite it's hilarity its far more unrealistic, less relatable, less unique and less funny as the first one.
