An excellent addition (and homage to "Ocarina") to the franchise, and you'll have an enormous amount of fun playing it from start to finish. Get over the fact that the Wii's hardware is simply not as powerful as the other next-gen machines and get into the fact that Twilight Princess is one of the best games you'll play this year.

It truly is, in my opinion, the best and longest Zelda ever made. With nearly 70 hours of playtime committed and more still to do, I cant think of a better experience or value this holiday season.

Truly fantastic. It's not a reinvention of the genre like Ocarina was -- but it's much better, because it takes all its predecessors' raw ideas, perfects them, and creates an experience that's at once new and familiar. It's rare to find a launch game that truly justifies the purchase of a new console, but this is precisely that.

Just perfect...PERFECT
Every temple, every puzzle, every song, every object, secondary mission and character is perfect. In my opinion it is the best Link to date, good graphics for the year and are still appreciated thanks to the aesthetics of the game itself. I finished the game 100% at least 6 times in both Wii and Game Cube and I never get tired or bored and I don't think I will. For me, the best game in the world and ever.

It is my favourite game of all time. While most zelda games are a bit lighthearted, this is a more mature and yet equally brilliant game. It beautifully sums up the zelda series, with well-suiting, atmospheric music and masterful mechanics.

This game is long to beat, but the dungeons are fantastic and the bosses are fun, and there’s a lot of lore in this game

Does Twilight Princess surpass Ocarina of Time? Again, depends on your perspective, but this latest Zelda is bigger and deeper in every way imaginable, so I'm inclined to say yes.

Put all doubts about how the control scheme fits with the Wii-mote aside, and just embrace the greatness of what this "realistic" Zelda.

The lasting appeal of Twilight Princess is one of its main selling points. It is immense. Averaging around 50 hours (only for the main quest), it will keep players busy for a long time.

It’s not perfect and there’s no real reason to prefer the Wii version over the Gamecube’s, but The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is every bit the masterpiece gamers have been craving for, and proves there’s life in the old wolf yet.

Twilight Princess definitely was not a disappointment, though I really wish there had been a traditional control scheme offered.

A brilliant, near flawless addition to the series and an easy contender for game-of-the-year.

Fans of the series will be delighted by the recurring themes, but may be soured by a strong sense of repetition.

This game is my least favourite Zelda game, it has too many flaws to be enjoyable. I didn't enjoy the fact that items were only used in the dungeon they were found in (the spinner in arbitrer's grounds for example). The story is okay, the soundtrack is disappointing (it's not even orchestrated), the graphics have aged less well than Wind Waker's graphics, and the Wolf Link sections are long, tedious and boring. Also, the Boss battles are extremely easy and the AI is stupid, and for a game that's supposed to be "more mature" that's a letdown. The overworked may be huge, but it's empty. I'd rather play a game with a small but interesting overworld than spend hours crossing an emptying boring overworld. Do yourself a favour and skip this game, play Skyward Sword, or Ocarina of Time, those are much better.

When I first got the game I played it for a few hours and thought it was really good. But as the game goes on it gets really bad. Twilight Princess is very boring and repetitive, and full of way too many puzzles. Video games are supposed to be fun, this game is not fun at all. If you love puzzles you'll love this game, but if you don't and you're just looking for fun then this game is not for you.
