The Dark Knight Rises is a solid action game, with plenty of missions and a nice open-world map to explore. Camera and controls don't always work as they should, but it's a minor shortcoming.

Prowling around a fully-realized, open-world Gotham City is impressive and can be very fun. But stiff controls, boring combat, frequent bugs and aggressive in-app purchases mar the experience.

Like most Gameloft's titles, it's a small-scale rendition of a bigger console experience that's worth playing for all the collectibles, missions, and upgrades, despite several shortcomings.

Só Joguei no Android mas é extremamente bom,com certeza vou tentar zerar o jogo, ele tem mundo aberto que não atrapalha muito na gameplay, é bem fiel ao filme,os gráficos são bonitos,não tem oque dizer jogo muito bom

Graphics are good for mobile devices. The retelling of the story is simply not good enough - as one who have seen the film, the retelling of the story was just poorly done. Dialogues between characters are good for a Gameloft game. Combat is fun, but gets repetitive. Overall, a good go at a TDKR game with good graphics and some shining moments, but the retelling of the story and the repetition seriously ruins the fun for the game. Some will like it, but its not worth the £6.99 tag.

Actually runs pretty well on my tesco HUDL1 tablet. Pretty graphics and lots of upgrades, a large open world. Just wish they had controller support. I really don't understand why tablet games don't add this support as standard, it would make things so much better..

One of the only things I wished for with Arkham Asylum was the ability to use the Batmobile. Alas, it wasn't possible, but here it is.

The Dark Knight Rises follows in the wake of a film that is already being regarded the best in the series, meaning it was always a tough act to follow; it's a shame more time wasn't spent on polishing out the game's many quirks, but it remains a solid action title thanks to its focus on story-missions and finely crafted encounters.

Gameloft has released an action-adventure game that attempts to achieve the same levels of greatness found in the Christopher Nolan´s film, but lacks in some areas.

Overall, The Dark Knight Rises overcomes a few minor issues and provides fans with something worthy of the Batman name in a suitably shadowy Gotham playground.

Even though it's fun to level up and the graphics are drop dead gorgeous, The Dark Knight is hard to control and Gameloft has added all sorts of help to compensate this. Therefore, it lacks challenge and just feels bland in the end.

Dark Knight is a pale imitation of the Arkham games, with boring combat, cheap presentation, and dull missions. It works, but it never thrills.

If seeing The Dark Knight Rises has inspired you to put the cape back on, do yourself a favour and go back to either of Rocksteady's games instead. Because this one is wearing hockey pads.

awesome graphics for mobile phone and tablet.I played both in ipad(friend of my) and in iphone. Is based on the film with some modification. You play as Bruce Wayne/Batman, you can drive the batpod and the batwing. I recommend to everyone who has the money to purchase that hope is lost faith is broken a fire will RISE by the movie

Obviously, it doesn't stand a chance again Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham Asylum and Arkham CIty. But thats not a fair comparison, you have to see it for what it is. For an iOS and Droid video game, it's pretty good. The graphics are surprisingly good, the open world is impressive especially for a mobile game, plenty of gadget upgrades, and the combat is pretty fun even if a bit repetitive.
