Serious Sam remained true to its legacy and therefore is charmingly archaic – which is not a flaw in this case. It’s easy to point out that side missions are uninspired and fail to provide the diversity they were supposed to introduce, or question the quality of graphics and optimization, but it’s not really that important when burying enemies under piles of bullets is so much fun. Croteam has yet to surpass its first two Serious Sam games, with Serious Sam 4 basically being one more entry; one that is great fun, but far from an evolution of the series. The flaws are aplenty, although they are rarely very serious (pun not intended), making this fourthquel more disappointing than bad - because, make no mistake, this is very good. Sure, it's not the best Serious Sam game… but still a Serious Sam game. Fans of serious action will understand.

la verdad la gente le tira mierda a este juego de forma muy innecesaria, una historia agradable y el gameplay excelente y graficos bastante buenos. no trae muchas cosas nuevas, y el precio seria razonable bajarlo muy minimamente, pero sigue siendo muy bueno.

It was quite good than what I've expected to be. Advantages: musics are good, hit feeling is good, difficulty is good for your selection, this game protected the Serious Sam series type of sending enemies at you and some jokes like taking ammo then ambush, while they're modern times they didn't betrayed the series and I will give my thumbs to that. Mixed: characters are a little sympathetic in general, they are stopping conversation like their mouth still moving but voice actors are good and it can be forgivable for that. Disadvantages: Meshes takes time to load, medium/high pc graphic card requirement, In first three episodes Death from Above, Death from Below and Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse there is Borderlands like character intro let's be honest I didn't like that, and I really don't like that thing in any types of films or games.
That multiverse beard Sam was completely unnecessary I hope it was un-canon I don't like multiverse either. I hope developers could use my advices and bravo great game.

Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass is a return to form for fans of the franchise, with more than enough new mechanics and contents to keep the formula interesting and fresh.

The shooting borrows from modern classics like DOOM while retaining the unique battles that give the series its cult classic status, and the narrative mostly succeeds when it remains over-the-top and completely carefree. Serious Sam 4 learns from what didn't work in Serious Sam 3 and should be on the radar of not just series fans but for anyone who enjoys a good, well-made FPS.

I love these reboots of classic games. First Doom and now Serious Sam 4. The game is super entertaining. Pure, mindless shooting. No **** paid powerups, no **** skins for $$$. Just clean game that needs decent reflex and concentration to progress. Cool enemies, crunchy jokes, fun guns, idiotic story and tons of shooting. It is SS as good as it gets. I am happy that I gave this game a chance. SS4 is another game that is a proof that professional reviewers can be wrong (just like with Terminator Resistance). I like the game so much that I got the new DLC as well. SS4 is just a great way to loose some steam. :)

These game have bad cinematic, cheap cutscene and poor animations. The game has so many issues. So if you're an elite PS4 Call of Duty player - don't play this game. But if you're looking for brainless FPS with fun with endless waves of enemies and decent music - play this game. Don't buy it for full price, but with discount or play on Xbox Game Pass.

Serious Sam 4 is a very good game in an underwhelming package. There's no doubt that the relentless carnage and large levels hit the sweet spot of old-school FPS charm in the solo and co-op modes. It feels good to shoot, dodge and scramble to pick up items at a frantic pace. The various bugs, long load times, and lackluster presentation drag things down significantly. It is well worth playing if you need a classic shooter fix, but be prepared for rough times until a few patches come into play.

When combat is firing on all cylinders, and the Legion System isn't crashing your PC, Serious Sam 4 is a decent slice of old-school shooter goodness. Yet, in sticking to its guns, Serious Sam 4 ends up being an aggressively mediocre experience.

3. oyununda tam veremediği o klasik Serious Sam hissiyatı bu oyunda geri dönmüş. Genel sinamatik , yüz grafikleri , kaplamalar zamanına göre oldukça kötü olmasına rağmen kaliteli aksiyonu bunun sıkıntısını tamamiyle kapatıyor. Çoğunuz gibi ben de eski piramit temalı Serious Sam'i tercih etsemde son 2 oyundur dünya üzerinde bir hikaye üzerine kaliteli bir alien invasion temasına oturtulması şahsen oldukça iyi gidiyor seriye. Son boss'un kalitesi ortalamanın altında kalsada diğer boss'larla bunu telafi ediyor. Özellikle oyunun başında 2 ordunun meydan savaşının ortasına bizi atınca oyun sizi eritmeye başlıyor. Sonda biraz üzse bile oyun klasik Serious Sam ruhunu taşımaya devam ediyor. Oyunun varlığını tiye alması , genel olarak yapılan şakalar sizi ciddilikten çıkararak oyunun ruhuna sokabiliyor. Çoğu kişi optimizasyon sorunu yaşamış bunu kenara bir not etmek isterim. İşte genel olarak böyle. Ben şahsen bu oyundan beklediğim gibi çok memnun kaldım. Türü ve Serious Sam'i seviyorsanız oynayın derim.🅖🅤🅜🅤🅢

Gra mocno wybrakowana i niedorobiona technicznie. Względem trójki wygląda momentami jak fanowska modyfikacja. Powtarzalne nudne poziomy zrobione z tych samych kilku drzewek, ławek i smietników. Bardzo niska jakość.

So the legion system is a lie - the huge fight is just loads of copy pasted enemies and allied soldiers and you can only shoot a few of them at a time. The level design is the most bland and uninspired in the series and generally, the bad changes from Serious sam TFE, TSE to SS3 are here as well and even more pronounced. There are some fun gadgets and a few good ideas but overall, this game feels like a rushed job with poor graphics, tons of nonsensical design decisions, almost no humor (WTF?) and a lot more cutscenes (WHY? And they are crap as well). I hope this game would be good but it seems like every new entry in the series is the worse than the previous one since the release of TSE.
