While the developer states that they will be refining and adding to the experience, Preta already feels like a full-featured game. While the game’s fun and engaging combat all takes place in a limited environment, the depth of play makes up for the sameness of the admittedly beautiful visuals. Players can expect to get hours of fun out of Preta. For certain PS VR players, this game is a dream come true, filling a void that was aching to be filled.

This is a straight forward old school hack n' slash for VR. The graphics are good and the game play is fluid. It is a bit grindy, but great for quick sessions.

First off, I had to re-rate this game. It's not fun at all. Sure, it's different to have a hack and slash RPG type game for PSVR. That said, the battle system is pretty bad, and copied from numerous other games, so don't expect anything new there. The graphics were about as good as PSVR gets, which is to say, they're OK for PSVR but hardly amazing. Of course there's the RPG elements, which are sufficient, but again they're copied from other games. But the BIGGEST drawback in Preta : Vendetta Rising is the unforgiving grinding. It will take your too many hours of repetitive levels just to get, well I don't even know because I couldn't stand trying anymore. In summary, Preta: Vendetta Rising is a frustrating entry into the PSVR library, I warn you not to waste your money.
