My time with Nintendo Switch Sports has been one of the most fun experiences I have had with a co-op game. And frankly, the most fun I’ve had with anything sport-related ever.

All in, a wonderful title that brings back a lot of memories for those of us who have been gaming for a while, while creating a whole new ‘this is cool’ feel for newcomers. Either way, it brings friends and family together and will spark as many laughs in your living room as frustrated yelps when you’re beaten into submission by a five-year-old.

For what it's worth this is an excellent game. So much fun. And with future updates definitely worth buying. Looking forward to Switch Sports Resort on the Switch 2

Nintendo Switch Sports reignites that old fun factor of the original Wii sports games. While some are not that great, some are amazing, and some will be added in the future for free; starting 6 disciplines will surely give you and your friends a great time around the TV. Just don’t forget to strap on your JoyCons.

Playing the tennis and bowling game modes don’t exactly bring anything particularly new to the table, but it’s hard not to let muscle memory kick in after an extended period away. Volleyball and badminton also make for a grand entrance that are suitable additions to a bag filled with varied game modes.

Switch Sports is a solid multiplayer game that is fun to play, even if there is a limited number of sports and game modes to engage with.

Nintendo Switch Sports is a tricky one to consider. It’s as fun as the series has ever been, and online interactions ensure that you have a reason to keep playing between holidays. If all you’re looking for is the chance to bowl with your family without pulling out an aging Wii, Switch Sports is great, if overpriced. It could just use more – more sports, more mini-games, more progression, more cosmetics, and so on. There are so many ways that the concept could be expanded upon and made more robust without sacrificing its simplicity.

This game should have been released 5 years ago as a free bonus to the console itself, just like Wii Sports years ago. As a stand-alone game for a full price, Nintendo Switch Sports simply doesn't cut it.

I LOVE this game! It's so much fun to play with my plushies and I love making videos about it! The only problem is that you need real friends to play with or else you have to buy Nintendo's online subscription, and I don't like subscriptions, so I can't play it with anyone.

The living room game, full stop. On its own it's a modest collection of minigames; put two or four people on the couch and it becomes an instant party machine. Bowling is still untouchable, volleyball and badminton are surprisingly competitive, and the motion controls just work — no tutorials needed, grandma scores a strike in five minutes. It's not deep and it doesn't pretend to be: it exists to make a room laugh, and few games do it this reliably. Solo it loses a lot; with company it's worth every euro.

Nintendo Switch Sports is the successor to Wii Sports and brings back the concept of motion-controlled party sports in a modern form. It features several different sports such as badminton, football, and bowling, offering a simple but accessible gameplay loop. The controls work very well and feel responsive, making the experience genuinely fun to play. Especially in co-op with friends, the game can be very entertaining and creates a lot of great multiplayer moments. However, as a follow-up to the highly successful Wii Sports, it is somewhat disappointing in terms of content. While the included sports are more polished, there are fewer of them overall, and for the price, the game simply does not offer enough long-term motivation. Overall, it is a fun party game with great controls, but it lacks enough content to stay engaging over a longer period.

It tries to be the sequel to Nintendo Wii sports but clearly isn'. When I first tried to play the game I wanted to do so with my little brother on vacation, but turns out the local MP doesn't work without a a tv, meaning the only big advantage that the switch has over the Wii (imo) wasn't used for a game that calls itself after his predecessor. So than I loaded into Singleplayer and was greeted by a pop up, with said I would need a Nintendo online subscription in order to play the games online multiplayer, which is a great feature to have but not in that way, like seriously why do all consoles nowadays have to have those subscription just to use the functions already implemented into the game? Also you do not play your mii, but instead have to make a different one inside the game that look really AIish if you know what I mean. So the conclusion is the game looks more like a cheap asset swapped copie/port than a improved sequel(maybe it fits into the consoles aesthetics but that's not my point)and also the new modes like football are bad implemented and the CPUs feel boring( in terms of to easy) and bad programmed. It is sad I wish for it to be better.
