The latest Blitz for the Dreamcast is not a huge improvement over the last one, but there is enough here for true Blitz fans to pick up the sequel.

Although the AI isn't very good, the game still plays fine. Blitz 2k1 is so entertaining it becomes easy to overlook some of the downfalls.

I'm not saying that the 2001 version is a bad game. It's just one that suffers from the same engine that has been tried over and over again for the lifespan of the series.
