Amazing game, solid story, amazing gameplay, but sometimes so intense and hard and heavy to advance, all game gives challenges, but this gives a BIG challenge, the DLC Animals gives me the most complete experience, the progress in the game makes you feel in the mafia, and every dialogue is so cool, 2K you make history with this. Mature only. And the soundtrack amazing.

Awesome storyline, sometimes annoying missions, repetition, but overall my favorite game.

This game is a mixed bag for me, Gameplay is repetitive but the story is amazing, also, there are some glitches in it if it isn't updated

Repetitive, buggy and crashes often. Don't buy this game if you're a trophy hunter. Once the game crashes (which it will) it locks you out of getting certain trophies. I was on my fourth playthrough because of this with 1 trophy left to get and it crashed. I'm sick n tired of this game. I deleted it and regret ever wasting my time on this garbage game

Score Weak 8, 8,0/10 The story is good, the ending is also very good, the characters are great, the combat and driving is good, music is also good, graphis are also very nice to look at, but the problem is the mission design, its too much of the same, and sometimes feels very boring. i can see why some people would give lower ratings, but if you enjoy it for what it is there is a hidden gem to be found. the dlcs are also good.

Good at first, but later it gets too repetitive; too much of the same things just to make it longer which is a mistake and that's why my score would be a 6 instead of a 7 but with all the glitches such failing to trigger an event even with the updates, makes me rate this game with just a 5. I probably played it about 50 or even 60 hours because I did many secondaries in order to continue the story with the pink dialogue. If you have the same problem just go directly to the Internet to solve it.

The game, for the time it was released, isn’t actually as bad as people say. I’ve played much worse games, yet others have received better ratings. Maybe some people tend to compare it to GTA, so it starts off at a disadvantage. Yes, the missions aren’t particularly original, but it’s not fair to tear it apart. A 7 is more than deserved. Maybe, though, it would have been better to call it something else, because it doesn’t really feel like Mafia. P.S. I’d give a 10 to the soundtrack and an 8 to the story.

Did someone ask you to make such a horrible game? Broken, cheap. All that game is repetitive missions, **** races and poorly designed characters. If you change your clothes then enter a cutscene, you'll have the standard issued ones. No open-close door mechanics, mirror still can't reflect, no fight mechanics. It's a spit in the face to those who made mafia 2. Disgusting

I loved it. I know, this game is not perfect, but the atmosphere, cinematics, sounds and gunplay are superlative. It is not GTA and it does not want to be GTA; this game, has just one big problem; its name. If this game had a different name...

"Mafia III" is a pretty standard GTA clone. It has a good atmosphere and the story is like a cross between "American Gangster" and "Dead Presidents". The game's developer really nailed the vibe of the late 60's and put together a great licensed soundtrack. But the gameplay eventually gets repetitive. It can be fun, but there's nothing in it that "Grand Theft Auto III" didn't do better 15 years earlier. I'd rate it with a 7 out of 10.

Namoral que jogo bom, só tem uns defeitos que irritam demais, o carro demora 5 anos pra ligar, as vzs quando vc ta interrogando alguém do nd um npc chama a policia no meio das cutscenes, ai pra fugir vai ser uma porra, e se a policia chegar perto de adeus a seu carro, na hora eles vão espocar seu pneu, isso me tiltou tantas vzs que teve hrs que dei ragekit, tirando essas merda jogo bom

My Review – Mafia III – 10/10 I gave Mafia III a 10 out of 10 because of its powerful story, bold themes, and unforgettable main character. Lincoln Clay is one of the strongest protagonists in the series, and the game isn’t afraid to tackle dark, serious topics in a meaningful way. The atmosphere, music, and setting are incredible, and the combat feels brutal and satisfying. While the structure can feel repetitive at times, the story and presentation more than make up for it. This is why Mafia III is a 10/10.

Very boring gameplay. Story way way below the first Mafia game or Mafia 2. A lot of virtue signaling and "modern day" tropes (white men bad, black people good; white men weak, women strong; white people smuggling drugs bad, blackpeople smuggling drugs and arms - necessary). Waste of time and money.

Une de mes plus grosses déceptions. Et pourtant tout partait d'une intro qui est à la hauteur des plus grandes intros de jeux vidéos. Passé ça, la **** froide. On enchaine des nettoyages de lieux,boîte, parking, dock, rien de plus et on les refait parfois plusieurs fois pour aucune raison valable. Tout ça pour faire sortir un boss de son trou. Entre tout ça, des cinématiques qui font avancer l'histoire, qui est pourtant super intéressante à suivre. La ville de new bordeaux méritait quelque chose de mieux, car la conduite, les gunfights et la BO sont vraiment les gros points fortsdu jeu. Un des gros raté des dernières années.

The biggest problem is Open world execution not the idea. Pull it off on a big level and perfect execution and you are GTA. But this game feels mobile game open world. Like I'm playing a bit more upgraded version on PC. I played on ps4 back in the day and let me tell you missions are buggy. They dissappearer and come back from the menu section. They don't go away like they normally do go away when you finish them sometimes I'm talking about side quests specifically and faction quests. Other than that was story that bad? I think no. When you look at only the story and cutscenes you still get that quality of that storytelling from Mafia Series. And I liked the Protagonist as well I think Lincoln feels genuine to a certain point more than Vito for me even though many wouldn't agree with me on that. I think that this game is average so around 5 out of 10. But I think I will give 7 because even though the gameplay was pain in the arse story wasn’t too bad, it was at that level where it was mid but still enjoyable.

If you finished the game without getting bored, congratulations. It was the first game I didn't finish. I deleted it in the 7th hour.

Honestly the Shooting feels nice and the graphics are also pretty beutifal to look at same with the music . I sorta like it and no one else dose and that is final. (also just imagine this game as no mafia game)

Sorry, but this game doesn’t feel like a Mafia game you can take seriously. They try to focus the story on 1) racism and 2) revenge. They do it well, sure, but how can they not pay attention to huge details, like when the character I’m playing appears in a cutscene sitting with made guys from the Italian mafia wearing a military jacket? In real life, for the Italian mafia, that’s a sign of disrespect. And this game is called MAFIA, yet it seems not to understand even the basics of the Mafia.Even in Mafia II, which is much older, you can change outfits in cutscenes—I don’t care about revenge! Secondly, the gameplay feels like a mediocre attempt at GTA, although among the Mafia games it’s the best when it comes to shooting, in my opinion. The story is good, but it’s unacceptable for the character to be the capo of a place without wearing a proper suit—it’s not serious. This is the worst Mafia.

The only thing I found interesting in that game is the soundtrack and occasionally collectables. The game is terible and I realy mean it. It doesn't contain anything interesting within itself. The only point in that game is just mindless acctivities such as: Taking over districts of the city, side quests (that are pretty much the same comparing to the previous example), and main storyline maybe except few of the missions where you eliminate higher mafia bosses.

This would have been a great game. If it didn't choose to follow GTA recipe so closely. The main story is awesome, the setting is awesome, but the content drags on for at least 10 hours longer than it should, with a repetitive loop that doesn't offer something substantial to the experience. Also, the fact that you need to perform rituals in order to get the platinum trophy is simply beyond comprehension. Don't play the game if you're into trophy hunting.

This game is fun, but unfortunately really **** gameplay and especially gunplay are really fun, story is good but not on the same level with other Mafia. I really like all DLC, the one in the jungle with Donovan is the best. At the end of the day, if you are searching a game to have fun, break some heads,good gunplay with a little bit of stealth this is the right game.

I hate this game but still i ask where is my language? Where is Turkish language support? We want Turkish localization, we deserve it. İf i pay full price like all peoples, i must to play my own language.

This entire game was mostly good. It just had a bad mission structure, gameplay loop, and a few bugs here and there, but overall it was an enjoyable game through and through. The story, the characters, the world, cutscenes, graphics (good for their time), gameplay (outside of the mission structure), music, DCs, and the mob mechanics were all good-some even great. The good outweighs the bad in this game, but I would be lying if I didn't say the repetition in this game almost killed my interest in finishing it.Nonetheless, I got through it, and I'm glad I did. The game's good and has a nice ending (at least for what I chose, which was leaving New Bordeaux). But all in all, I dug this game.Lincoln Clay is a great MC and awesome all throughout this game. 7.5/10

I don’t really like this game to be honest. It’s story is terrible and its gameplay is average I found it hard for me to finish this game.

I really dont get why mafia 3 got so much hate when it came out. For me it was honestly one of the best gaming experiences Ive had. It has such a unique vibe. Its not just another crime game it actually says something about the time period and the world. Sure the gameplay is repetitive sometimes but honestly its a great game in my opinion.

Great story, Incredible music, Good setting and even nice gameplay, but for the love of god is this repetitive. Mafia 3 had such an amazing potential and to be honest is still good beneath that layer of repetition but its infuriating. Besides repetition my other 2 problems where the graphical glitches alongside various bugs and the ending which could have been better. Storywise its really good, interesting characters, plot, really well written dialogue and some of the best acting there is. By far the highlight were the cutscenes, all of them had me hooked with every single element in them being close to perfection, even leading me to say why hasnt hangar 13 made a show or movie. My only gripe being the ending, which compared to other mafias lincoln barely suffered or saw the consequences of the mafia in most of the endings. Also lincoln did so many horrible stuff but we barely see consequences in the real world unless you choose 1 of the endings. Mafia 1 and 2 really left clear that mafia doesnt forgive but this game lincoln barely suffered after it despite what he did. Music and setting where really really good. New bordeaux was nice and felt alive. The soundtrack was incredible with pure gold in radio, cutscenes and general gameplay Gameplay is the part where they missed. Around 9 districts and you have to do the exact same objectives in each of them to see the actual interesting stuff. In general it wasnt too bad, driving could be a lot better and removal of manual gearing wasnt nice. Combat wasnt bad, at times it clicked and was really fun but other times i wished it was just over, but thats only because of repetition not it being bad on itself. If i want to highlight something, its the prologue, its probably the best prologue of gaming and not even joking. Overall its a good game, flawed with technical issues, glitches and filled with repetition, but beneath that this game is a gem with incredible and relatable character, a stellar soundtrack and even some really fun combat.

I wished the game would give us that authentic Mafia feel, like in the first two games. Instead, the story feels disconnected from what made Mafia special before. It just lacks the atmosphere and style that defined the franchise. The gameplay is also very repetitive compared to the first mafia games. Despite these criticisms the story is actually very good. The writing and dialogues are great. The characters are interesting.

Un videojuego que me encantó por su historia, pero lo mató el bug de los trofeos, debí pasarme el juego de tirón y en bucle, y que los desarrolladores de hangar 13 no se preocupaeran de arreglarlo, me parece lamentable, el juego en 2016 salió increíblemente roto, pero el bug de los contadores de los trofeos acumulativos es ya demasiado, menos mal pude platinarlo, de la historia no tendría un solo pero, el juego sería un 7 en el cómputo, pero la historia de lincoln clay es de 10 el contenido secundario y las misiones son muy repetitivas el fallo de los contadores para el trofeo acumulativo continua en la definitive edition

While this game deviates from the format, the story of revenge shown isn't something original but it's done well and presented nicely. Everytime you kill someone and work your way up the list, the kill is awesome. It gets tedious after a while, but the gameplay makes up for the game loop.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game, from its missions to taking over the city and an amazing ending. I bought this definitive edition in the trilogy pack and for me, this was one of the best Mafia games out there. The music is fantastic, utilising music from the era. Well recommended for any platform where this game exists.

Unfortunately this game suffers from one of the worst things you can be… repetitive. Compounds can be beaten just by whistling (which always only brings over one guy) then stealth take down… that’s it that’s the game even on hard difficulty. Can you go in guns blazing, yes but you will get shot down fast so just whistle and win. The story isn’t bad but man gameplay gets stale and fast.

Ich liebe die Mafia Reihe. Teil 3 ist mein Lieblingsteil. Spiele auf PS5 und im Jahre 2024 ist es noch besser wie zum Release. Ein wirklich tolles Spiel.

I love the art and cutscenes, but the gameplay causes the score to plummet. Like Far Cry 5, you get a few good story missions then the rest of the game is basically a sandbox. An GTA style mission structure, would've really benefited this game,,,,, like the previous 2 entries in this series. Ofc retain the depth aswell, made you stand out from GTA, other then the older time period.

The only good parts are the unique story missions and the cutscenes the rest of the game is boring
