I think there is art in pulling off simplicity while making a high-quality product. Knowing exactly what product you want to make and executing it almost perfectly is awesome. Kabuto Park does that. This is a cozy collector game that doubles as a battle RPG, with upgrading and balancing your three-man bug team serving as the other half of the experience. It's highly addictive. Longer may be better, but what's here feels just fine. Hopefully they have some kind of cheap add-on or free update in the future!

Biggest complaint is that it's really short, 2nd would be lack of more bug variants, 3rd would be lack of cards/powers/abilities. Overall, a good start, hope to see more games or DLC's from this developer, good series premise.

Kabuto Park is a lovely little game with a charming artstyle and a variety of bugs to collect. ^.^ The only problem is that for me the gameplay loop can get a little bit dull after a while.
