I don’t want to say I was biased about this game but we all have certain franchises / points of interests that make the experience 1000 times better, whether it’s a game or a movie. Harry Potter is one of those things for me. Playing Hogwarts Legacy for the first time really made me feel like a kid again. The details were outstanding, you could really feel the magic of this world. I’ve put so many hours into this game because of the nostalgia alone ! I loved my time playing it. Only thing I’d say is that I wish there was more to do inside the castle, more classes to go to, quidditch involved, events, maybe doing the entire 7 years of the education, getting a Wizarding world job afterwards, you get the idea ! The more you feel like a real student of Hogwarts, the better (in my opinion). Hopefully, we will get those things in Hogwarts Legacy 2. Can’t wait to get more info on what’s next !

Combat is amazing. Such a good system. Story is great, open world is great. The open world does seem a bit dull at times but the exploration and beautiful scenery make up for it in my mind. The quests are fun and mostly rewarding. But the combat is where this game really shines. I dont think we could ask for a better game centered around the world of Hogwarts.

Very mediocre and safe story. The world is great and fun to explore. A lot of replayability and small features for dedicated harry potter fans. Some fun and satisfying wand combos, but does get repetitive.

For me, Hogwarts Legacy is a 5 out of 10. Since it's an open-world game, being able to see and explore the entirety of Hogwarts and its surroundings is definitely its coolest feature. However, its major flaws weigh it down significantly: I feel that the connection to the Harry Potter lore was wasted, as they could have done so much more, and honestly, much better. Additionally, I'm disappointed that the gameplay becomes repetitive and tedious at a certain point, due to millions of side quests that all end up feeling exactly the same.

Even though I don't consider myself as a Potter head or anything I love wizarding world. This game starts to be promising wizarding experience but quickly changes to regular open world Ubisoft type game. Tons of stuff to do but not because different quests but because same quest repeating over and over. They did a fantastic job creating Hogwarts and room of requirement is a fine addition. Overall, could be a perfect game if you're Potter head, otherwise fun game but could bore you after finishing the story.

Buen juego con una buena jugabilidad, buen combate y un mundo de exploración totalmente recreado a la perfección. Hogwarts es una locura lo bien recreado que está, con muchos minijuegos y unos gráficos increíbles. Para mí lo más flojo es su historia principal y sus personajes, que me parecen básicos y nada relevantes.

Hogwarts Legacy é um jogo maravilhoso e extremamente divertido. Ele realiza o sonho de qualquer fã de Harry Potter: entrar no mundo bruxo, estudar em Hogwarts e escolher a casa que você quer fazer parte. A variedade de feitiços é muito boa, e tanto as missões principais quanto as secundárias são bem construídas e envolventes. A experiência de assistir às aulas, voar de vassoura e enfrentar inimigos torna tudo ainda mais imersivo e especial. O jogo também conta com um mundo aberto grande e explorável, incluindo Hogwarts, Hogsmeade e outras regiões. Porém, esse é justamente o seu principal ponto negativo: o mapa é muito grande para a quantidade de conteúdo que oferece. Apesar de ter várias quests secundárias, muitas acabam sendo repetitivas, o que pode cansar o jogador ao longo do tempo. No geral, Hogwarts Legacy entrega uma experiência incrível, principalmente na campanha e nas atividades principais, sendo um verdadeiro sonho realizado para os fãs do universo Harry Potter.

This game is like a dream come true for Harry Potter fans. I enjoy Harry Potter and the world but i'm not the absolute biggest fan. With that said this has some fantastic fan service and even as a casual enjoyer of the IP it pulled me into the world and I loved every minute of it. Collectibles, puzzles and other open world activities are present which is very much welcomed. Exploring places like Hogwarts and Hogsmead is so fun. Combat is great as well with some engaging systems in place. The lack of Quidditch is also a massive disappointment, especially when they spent so much time working on a standalone quidditch game that would have been a great addition to this game. I won't knock them too hard for this though because flying around on your broomstick was a blast and they did have some other content that challenged your flying mastery. Overall Fantastic game for both fans of the IP and those who just want a vast open world to get lost in.

What just a lame game i dont believe i spended money on this **** this is uncettable for a PS5 game

a tremendous feat. a little prolonged in its dialogue and lacking a spryness in its style, taking too much from David Yates' boring melodrama. But the game shines as a magical escape into hogwarts and beyond. If you're into skyrimy, red dead red games, you'll soak this in. But for everyone else, it's a cool experience that you'll go back to on a lonely sunday.

Overall a game I had lots of fun with. Great graphics, sound and they really nailed the wizarding world atmosphere. Gameplay is also surprisingly fun, the collectathon stays mostly interesting until the end and the fighting is relatively simple but still engaging. There are some things that prevent it from being a masterpiece, however: Some storylines are awesome, while others are pretty boring. The characters are also hit and miss, with some just being plain annoying. The ending is really disappointing with one of the worst final boss battles I have ever seen. Also Portkey stepped hard on the woke train, which really disturbs the atmosphere, with a classroom more diverse than today Manhattan.

Hogwarts Legacy est un jeu visuellement magnifique qui plonge vraiment dans l’univers d’Harry Potter universe. Poudlard est recréé avec un souci du détail bluffant, et l’exploration de la map est un vrai plaisir, que ce soit à balai ou sur des créatures magiques superbes. Les sorts sont agréables à utiliser, même s’ils manquent parfois d’impact. L’histoire principale est prenante et donne envie d’avancer. Le point faible reste les quêtes secondaires : trop nombreuses, souvent peu intéressantes et très longues. Un système de romance aurait aussi été appréciable, tout comme plus de liberté (pouvoir attaquer n’importe quel élève, explorer le monde des moldus, etc.). Le jeu a un énorme potentiel, mais quelques ajustements suffiraient à le rendre encore plus marquant : moins de quêtes inutiles, plus de liberté, des sorts plus spectaculaires et davantage d’interactions.

I surprisingly loved this game. You get to play a year at Hogwarts. The story is only so-so but the game play is really fun. Exploring Hogwarts is pretty special but the long term gameplay is so lacking. The room of requirement mechanics are pointless and if explored into a proper farming sim it would be the best game of all time.

Wow, playing that game high is epic. Just walking in the school was worth the price. Great game

Gioco interessante adatto soprattutto a chi piace il mondo di Harry Potter, ma anche chi non lo conosce né potrà rimanere piacevolmente colpito, le ambientazioni sono fantastiche e rappresentano benissimo quello che è il mondo di Harry Potter, unica pecca il combat sistem un po' da rivedere.

El juego es bueno tiene una historia bastante buena y ayuda mucho q depende de la casa q escojas puede cambiar la historia y los lugares donde se desarrolla la misma el único problema es en consolas como la nintendo swich q los gráficos son mucho peores no como el la play o la xbox y también hay varios errores q no fueron vistos como el echo de q si esquivas adentro de una cueva y tienes la mejora para esquivar y q u personaje reciba un impulso el personaje de quede trabado entre las rocas o quede incluso abajo del mapa esto solo me pasó en nintendo ya q cuando lo jugué en las demás plataformas todo iba medianamente bien a pesar de algunos errores como el anterior

This game makes the player dive into the same feelings we had watching the first 2 or 3 films of Harry Potter saga. Discovering secrets or just exploring the school and the city nearby made me feel like the child who got hypnotized by the wonders and the unknown of the first film and first games for PS1 and PS2. The gameplay is solid, quite tricky at the beginning but once understood the basics of combat you can start having fun with different spells or objects from the environment around you. Graphics are really well done, not top of the top but for an open world it is excellent.

В целом хорошая игра, мне понравилась чисто из за вайба книг и фильмов) для тех кто хотел почувствовать тот вайб рекомендую, но геймлей не понравился слишком простой, как будто смотрел фильм с субтитрами

Univers fidèle à HP : le château est incroyable à explorer et le monde alentours est chouette à faire également (big up à Pré-au-lard). Gameplay et interface simple, graphisme top. L'histoire est sympa mais j'aurais aimé autre chose que des combats contre des statuts géantes (les gobelins ne m'ont pas gênés), et surtout, comme beaucoup, j'aurais apprécié avoir une vrai vie d'écolier. L'écriture des personnages aurait été aussi à étoffer, aucun n'est bien remarquable.

I love this game, it's great from the story line to the voice actors, to gameplay, everyone did a great job building the atmosphere and the world of Hogwarts to life, but having said that I do have thoughts like I said pros are good gameplay, good missions, good rewards, cosmetics are fun, it's not short, and this is the best Harry potter game a close second would be the GBC versions but I digress, this game's problems become evident real quick first after you take your time exploring every inch of the castle (I assume every Harry potter fan did this) if you didn't explore Hogwarts first thing I suggest going back and doing that, if you haven't played this game you're probably wondering how you don't properly explore Hogwarts in a game about Hogwarts, well sadly they introduced flu powder as a means of traveling Hogwarts even though this directly contradicts direct cannon that the flu network is monitored by the ministry of magic and that students at Hogwarts are not allowed to use the fireplaces around school so willy nilly to get from one class to another, and the game definitely suffers from that, anyone not in love with the series such as I wouldn't understand they think oh it's a convenient fast travel system like every game has, a game about Hogwarts where everything is loaded residually at once didn't need that at all, there's no reason to even explore Hogwarts because more than 65 percent of the game takes place outside of Hogwarts, once you get to hogsmeade there's no real reason to go back to Hogwarts except to the room of requirement to stock up on everything before next mission, I mean you'll be fast traveling there for quests but nothing interesting will ever happen there just the boring parts where characters explain exposition to each other, another thing combat is a bit weird but that's more to do with magic and things even JK Rowling couldn't understand when she invented the spells when writing the book, I wish our character can learn silent casting in the next game too but I highly doubt it, implementing that seems like a bad idea could break combat completely, being able to instantly cast the next spell would make us as cool as Dumbledore which sounds a little too op, all in all better than average game definitely worth playing

Why do they have a man voicing a woman? Thats ridiculous because all the troons and trannies were gonna boycott the game anyway because of how based JK Rowling is. I got the game free through PS Plus and I still want a refund. Never give these "people" so much as a single inch because next thing you know, they think they deserve access to both your kids and your wife's bathroom. People should keep their **** politics out of video games.

La decepción de mi año Hogwarts Legacy y estaba muy hypeado y me decepcionó. El juego está echo para fanes de Harry Potter, a mi las películas me gustan igualmente, la jugabilidad es super repetitiva, el castillo y el bosque están desaprovechados, el mundo abierto es una mierda, la historia también, las misiones secundarias aburridisimas, sinceramente me terminó aburriendo y no lo quise terminar. Lo mejor son los gráficos pero lo demás es súper simple.

un buon gioco che sfrutta in maniera intelligente il mondo di harry Potter, risultando anche estremamente accessibile alla quasi totalità dei giocatori. La mappa è ben curata da inizio a fine con delle incertezze che non rovinano il tutto nel complesso anche se col tempo perde molto del mordente andando a scemare. 8.2/10

I haven't seen the movies, so im not a fan of HP, but the game is great and made with a lot of love. I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end. Hope there will be and second part.

From a non Harry Potter fan perspective it is a decent game with overall good graphics. I didn't like that I had to grind to a certain level sometimes in order to start a new mission.

The only thing this game relies on is the nostalgic and “magical” feeling of being in those various locations that marked your childhood. Otherwise, missions are bland and repetitive, combat gameplay proposes absolutely 0 challenge or fun, the level system is an horror forcing you to make each and every side quests (it goes without saying that those are just terrible) and full-fill all the small ass map objectives that are the most repetitive and senseless I’ve ever done (and I played every Ubisoft games…), all the “enigmas” and “puzzles”the exploration totally relies on could be done by my 2 years old dog. The side characters are okay but you’ll slowly learn to ate your character, emotionless, without personality, flow, aura, humor in those uncountable, boring, infinite dialogue cinematics that would make the Witcher III proud that you’ll just end up skipping if you don’t have the mental strength of a Spacemarine. Because this could last for ever, lets summarize this way: the game will light the same magic that the books and the movie may have lighted in you after the 20 first minutes for three or four hours until the effortless, effortlessly-made, boring, bland gameplay, the stupid, never ending missions will turn it off.

Um jogo muito bonito graficamente e também na parte sonora, com uma história interessante e ótima jogabilidade, porém achei ruim o jogo praticamente obrigar o jogador a fazer muitas missões secundárias pra chegar ao fim da história, tendo que atingir níveis altos de experiência...Há também algumas pautas polêmicas adicionadas ao universo do jogo, colocadas de forma forçada e causando aquela sensação de que se isso era realmente necessário...

Placing the game before the Harry Potter plot was a smart move. Majority of the audience that is going to play the game already know the books and movies like the back of their hand (so do I). I love how you get to be there, in THE castle. Hearing some familiar last names was also pretty nice. Would recommend, even for non-Harry-Potter fans.

Absolute stunning open world with great environment, the game introducing you as a non-harry potter watcher. That hogwarts building is one of the complex one-map-building i ever seen.Combat is fun, not really challenging and as you progress it might be too powerful, and lack **** boss fight except the last boss, which i found it annoying since you never got a challenging boss fight like that **** no matter how fun the combat is, you can't enjoy much if the story is too dull. very tasteless story with plain NPC around you, no one really got a character to be likable, hideous writing for the dialogue. same and same bunch of side quest that i found "yeah i'm done" so i went straight to finish the story. The only side quest i like when you need to buy a shop so you went to a haunted and trippy labirynth, that's it.overall 6.5/10

Woke slop. The dream of liberal great replacement mind, sane person can not play this game without seeing the obvious they got fed. Forced to deal with black, trans characters, Indian, Pakistani, Ahmed teachers and “classmates”. It is not 1800s, it is a nightmare. But is it the problem? Not really, the problem is if this game was made in Africa, India, Pakistan, Middle East , there would not be a single white person. Because they represent they own locals. This garbage woke slop is a propaganda and nothing else.

Story is terrable, the combat isn't fun due to spell controls and the questing is tedious and boring.

Prima di tutto, preciso che non ho ancora finito il gioco: sono circa a metà. L’avevo abbandonato tempo fa, ma penso che lo riprenderò per portarlo a termine. Dal punto di vista grafico direi un 7,5: per essere un AAA non è al top, ma resta comunque più che discreto. Il vero punto di forza è l’ambientazione, a cui do un 8,5, perché riesce a richiamare molto bene quella dei film. Ciò che mi ha spinto ad abbandonarlo è soprattutto la storia, piuttosto semplice, unita a missioni ripetitive e poco stimolanti, con un gameplay abbastanza scarno.

The environments, lighting, spell effects, and character designs all feel polished and magical. The music is beautiful enough that I found myself listening to it even outside the game. Body movement and voice acting are top notch, which makes the characters feel expressive and believable.Side content is varied and rewarding. Ongoing quests are deep and memorable, one-time quests are fun mini-adventures, and there are countless tasks scattered across the open world. After a while, the sheer volume of optional objectives can feel overwhelming, but even then, the game rarely feels boring. Riddles and puzzles are simple, satisfying, and a nice bonus for completionists.Overall, Hogwarts Legacy delivers exactly what a Harry Potter fan could hope for: an immersive, polished, and unforgettable experience. Even its minor flaws are easily overlooked. I loved every minute of it.
