Goetia
Goetia is a bewitching good point and click with a fantastic atmosphere and a few flaws. The difficulty of the whole experience can be repulsive to some players. But old school lovers who love to look around and read before finding a solution to a puzzle, will surely get what they want.
Goetia is a beautifully crafted and intricately complex game set in a fantastically spooky world. It’s a must-play for horror and supernatural mystery enthusiasts, though not for those afraid of a little challenge.
I did like Goetia, and I especially liked the visuals which were truly entrancing. I also liked the plot and the way that I could play it for a prolonged period of time without realising just how long I’d been on it. That sheer feeling of being engrossed is something I look for in a game, especially with horror games being my favourite genre. Goetia can be difficult at points and can lead to frustrating moments, but overall I was definitely impressed.

Looks ok but there's too many bugs in this game to enjoy it.Screens freeze, menus don't work(using map/document screen would instead bring up controls screen) and there's glitches that can't be undone as it saves them as you move from room to room.Because I dropped an item in a spot shared with some broken crockery it became impossible to retrieve it as the cursor couldn't lock onto it amongst the screen clutter.Text will also become superimposed on top of other text so using menus is a game of Russian roulette that can result in a freeze screen of death. This was all from a fresh download with no updates to be **** game is too technically damaged to enjoy at all.

This game is oddly underrated, I easily considered it one of the best point & click adventures ever made but it was barely advertised. The atmosphere is gripping, the writing excellent, the puzzles challenging, the story intriguing to the very end. Some people complain the puzzles are nonsensical, I disagree. This is a very old discussion, what's challenging to some might not be to others. But if you go through a physics book and can't understand most of it don't claim that physics are nonsensical, maybe you lack the wit, just saying. So to sum up, play it you won't be disappointed.

Goetia is a strange but very positive point and click adventure where you play as a ghost of a young lady, trying to solve a mystery. With nice visuals and a very dark and ghostly environment with the game is a challenge and some times not in a good way. The puzzles are complex and sometimes difficult to make sense, I need hours to figure them out and sometimes only with random guessing. Something that after a while becomes frustrating and we end up giving up. The music is great and fits like a glove into the environment. But despite I really liked the idea I cannot recommend it. Maybe a new future chance will change my opinion.

Goetia is a beautiful game but it has some severe flaws 1. Information needed is often scattered to very distant parts of the game, or, it’s unclear if the information needed is near or to a completely different zone. Sure, that could in theory be not a problem for some people but I believe recent history has proven games have advanced from complete disconnection to a more tidy fashion for collecting information and at least for most people parts of the game may prove frustrating. 2. The inspected items that are almost completely irrelevant to the story do not disappear after examined once, or at least they are not shown with an altered color. Sure, like 1, that could be considered good, but mainly by elitists and a minority. 3. Some puzzles seem almost nonsensical, though point 1 might be to blame since even if the information is available, it might be unclear where that is to be found in scope. In general, it seems to flood the gamer with more info than it should.

A dash of fresh air and a game that's a must buy for fans of point&click adventures. The story and atmosphere will grasp the player until the very end, letting him visit various locales. Goetia isn't high-budget but delivers a high-excitement experience.

Goetia is a pleasant surprise by the french studio Sushee. It is a well-written, intelligent, challenging and attractive game. A good price too.

It has beautiful graphics, a truly intriguing storyline, and just enough creepiness to keep you on the edge of your seat. If you’re thinking of giving Goetia a try, I’d recommend turning off the lights and playing with headphones to really get the most out of it!
