Two words to describe 10 Second Ninja X. Challenging and fun... This indie platformer could be just another 2D platformer, but is 10 seconds levels make it really fun and addictive. A really cool adventure to enjoy 10 seconds at a time.

Gauntlet is a very nice dungeon crawler, that I enjoyed a lot. The game is procedurally generated dungeon crawler, with couch co-op (4-player same-screen) and online co-op. Visually it is OK, for a 2014 game. My only complaint is the language settings of the game, since the game does not allow to change it in-game. I'm not a native English and my Steam was not set in English as default, and annoyingly the game get the language that way. But overall the game is OK. And I fully recommend it, especially on sale.

Kao the Kangaroo: Round 2, remind me so much the old platformer games from more than 20 years ago, like Crash Bandicoot and Spyro that even being so clunky and buggy I could enjoy it a lot just for the nostalgia of that old games. Graphically it is not brilliant but that way the game much more with the old classic platformers, the color palette is also vivid and very cartoonish. The controls are simple, sometimes chunky but the controller support is quite good comparing with other games I have played. I get some bugs, as I said in the beginning, doors that did not open and things I could not reach, but a simple restart from checkpoint or restart from main menu solved it. Overall is an enjoyable game and if the initial idea was to mimic the old platformer games of the 90's, they hit the fly. Fully recommend it, after all the normal price is a bargain!

Divide By Sheep was a very nice surprise. A casual puzzle game challenging enough to make me stay for a few hours of gameplay right in the first playthrough. Visually the game has a very colorful and vibrant color palette and the characters and animals are very cartoonish, very funny and even cute. The soundtrack is adequate but repetitive after a while. Back in 2008 I was playing Fallout 3 on my Xbox 360 and I was being amazed with the game and properly introduced to the Fallout universe. The game is quite impressive, even for today standards, despite some technical issues regarding to compatibility to the most updated systems and we are warned on Steam page that Fallout 3 is not optimized for Windows 7 and later. But I managed to override those issues, and I could replay it again, and in the end the only thing that I could not get to work was the fact that Steam was not counting properly my game time. The graphics are very good, for 2008 standards, and the map is huge. Traversing it and see all its destruction makes us feel lonely and in the end of the world. But we always can overcome that feeling with some music, and the 50's style music that we find in the radio make us think how the world was before. It's an amazing experience, with countless hours of gameplay... Is a classic of the gaming history. Fully recommend it, a "must have" to any gaming collection.

Ball laB appear to be simple platformer game. But if you think that because the ideia is simple the game going to be simple too, you are going to be terribly wrong. Like I was... The game is challenging, is hard, brutal sometimes... You will die, over and over again. But in the end when you finish the level, the sense of accomplishment is enormous... A really fun game to play. Fully recommend it.

I get the opportunity to test Nidhogg 2 in a free weekend and I must confess that I liked it quite a lot. The game is simple, get to the other side of the map by defeat the enemies that you find in your way. The mechanics are simple, easy to learn and master. Just move around, jump and attack but I must suggest if you are using a keyboard assign your own keys right from the start, since the original key configuration used was a bit strange. Visually the game is pretty OK. The graphics style is quite nice and the color pallet is awesome. You will see what I am talking about and how everything going to be painted when you slay your enemy for the first time. Overall a very nice game for a casual game season... I fully recommend it.

Back in 2002 I was one of the many players that played this mark in the video game history, and I feel very nostalgic now, in 2019 when I replay it again for a few hours. GTA 3 was one of the first games that elevate the "open world games" to what they are today. For an updated computer with Windows 10 the game is strange to play, especially because the resolution is very low for today standards. But taking in account the 2002 standards, the game was amazing. This is a piece of the gaming history. A "must have" to any gamer collection. I fully recommend it!

Son of a Witch is a really fun action roguelike game. The game uses procedurally generated dungeons and you have multiple weapon types, potions and spells at your disposal to help you defeat the multiple enemy factions and bosses that you have on your way. The game is very simple to play and catch I only did not try play in co-op but if the game scale in difficulty with multiple players it could become very fun. The graphics are cartoonish and fun and the soundtrack is OK. Overall is a very nice game at a very nice price. If you like roguelike games you going to like this one for sure. PewDiePie: Legend of the Brofist is a very fun 2D platformer game inspired in the true life story how PewDiePie and few other famous YouTubers save the world from the barrels. Jokes aside, the game is awesome, full of details and funny moments, with an amazing pixel art style and a very nice soundtrack. Chosen 2 is a game that remind me so much the old Final Fantasy games and Pokemon games for Gameboy and Nintendo DS. The game is not amazing, the story is cliche but the vibe of the old school games keep me in and keep me playing. As I said, is not perfect, I did not even follow the events of the first one, but is enjoyable for a few hours.

Burning Daylight is a short story of a strange city, in a dystopian future where the augmented reality makes everything brighter, more stimulant and erotic to hide the true reality of a dark, lonely and cold place. I see it as a satire to the today world, to the technology and to the "virtual world" that sometimes blind us to the really marvels that we have around us. The game has an interesting art style and an interesting soundtrack that I enjoy a lot. The game mechanics are simple and clunky, but it doesn't matter much since the game does not require many skills to progress through it. Overall is a nice experience, but most important of all is free. The developers deserve our respect and support for this free and cool project. Ground Zeroes is just a prelude to the final game Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain but back in the days, 2014, it let me hyped enough to the final product. Now I am just replaying everything again on the PC. Because if there is a game that deserve be replayed, is Metal Gear Solid V. Graphically is still pretty good, even comparing to 2018/19 titles. And the game mechanics are pretty standard, with other games of the genre and easy to catch. I understand when everybody says that it is short, yes it is short, if we think about the price that still costs in 2018/19, is a bit unacceptable. But I get it with the "Definitive Experience" which significantly payoff. In any case, Metal Gear Solid V is a milestone in the history of video games and any game collection deserves it...

ORWELL: IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH is, like the first Orwell game a hard to describe, but it a very enjoyable experience! In Orwell, you are the investigator that is using a "Big Brother" look-a-like tool to investigate a political instigator, in parallel events to those of the first game. Like in the first game, your choices and your analysis of the suspect and events can allow interesting outcomes, that so many times make you feel that you are not playing for the good guys anymore, and with the new "Influencer tool", not present in the first game, you mess around more with the social media channels and the influence that it poses to the masses. An awesome experience that I fully recommend.

Orwell is hard to describe but it a very enjoyable experience! In Orwell, you are the investigator that is using a "Big Brother" look-a-like tool to investigate a series of terror attacks. Is a game of choices and your analysis of the suspect and events can allow interesting outcomes, that so many times make you feel that you are not playing for the good guys. Is a curious approach about digital privacy and the invasion of it, the pros and cons, and what would you do if you had "the power". An awesome experience that I fully recommend.

Already by the official description of the game gives to realise that "Office Battle" is silly funny. Office Battle is everything that we sometimes wanna do with the people in the office, just kidding, I prefer do races on the office chairs. Back to the game, it is a Beat 'em up divided in 4 different mods: Survival, Office Capture, Last Man Standing and Boss Fight. Visual is nothing special and the gaming mechanics are a bit clunky but not very hard to catch. Despite not being a fantastic, it will keep you entertained for a few hours. And adding to this, the game is a bargain (£0.79 on Steam here in UK) it worth even more. A nice addition to any game collection! She Remembered Caterpillars is a gorgeous hand crafted puzzle game. The game is great, the art style is superb the soundtrack is also pretty amazing. But what keep me playing for hours and hours where the puzzles. Simple mechanics but with a very nice level of challenge. So far is one of the best puzzle games I play this year (I did not play it on 2017, year of is launch, only now in 2019). Strongly recommend it! Fantastic game for any game collection! Dandara is a very interesting approach to Metroidvania style in its very unique way. I did not find the game mechanics easy to use and easy to master, both with keyboard and controller alike. And that is my main concern about the game because that difficulties get me bored after a while. The art style is awesome and the soundtrack is also very nice. And despite my complains about the game mechanics the game is very nice and deserves my support and my positive feedback. It is another nice addition to my game collection. I recommend it! Minit is a nice game with a simple story. You need to break a curse, which loops your life at each 60 seconds. The idea is simple and the "60 second" concept is very interesting for an exploration driven game. But in the end, the most important thing, is that the concept results in a fun game experience. I highlight the pixel art style, that I liked a lot and the awesome soundtrack. Very nice one indeed, fully recommend it!

"Estranged: Act I" is a story driven short game that uses the Half-Life 2 game engine as a base. Basically, it's about a game mod, totally independent and free from the original story, but oh boy what a nostalgic vibes when I see it. Is a nice and free experience, I totally support the developers work, enjoy it is an awesome game experience.

When the Darkness Comes, is one of those games that is much more than that. The way it is presented to us, has reminded me a lot Stanley Parable, but it is so much deep, more complex. And on each chapter you feel more deeply involved and more deeply despaired. It is a surreal picture of the dark sides of the human mind, of the human emotions. An unique experience, if you feel up to it.

Blade Symphony is one of those interesting concepts, that we see very few identical games these days. But unfortunately, although it is so unique, it has not survived over the years. Taking in consideration that the game is a 2014 game, it is a very nice game, graphically speaking. The game was certainly an excellent experience, back in the days, and this is visible for the positive reviews at the time and many of them of players with hundreds of hours of game. But my main concern now, in 2019, is the fact of the servers are almost empty, even after the game move to a F2P. I do not say you should not try it, since it is now free, but from my game experience I cannot recommend it.

The game is not easy to describe, but basically you get to explore a train station and find the pieces of your ticket. Visually is weird (what can I say, is the best word to describe it), but is the music that make it shine, and since the start of the game I was hooked.

The Norwood Suite is a weird "musical" experience, and I mean weird in a good way... It is a "exploration-puzzle-adventure" kind of game that I found very different, unique and original. The game is not easy to describe, it's like a surreal payment that you merged in. You get to explore this mansion, this hotel and solve multiple puzzles that help you understand this strange place and it's old disappeared owner, Peter Norwood. Visually is weird (what can I say, is the best word to describe it), but is the music that make it shine, and since the first loading, on the start of the game I was hooked. I very different gaming experience, that I fully recommend!

Minion Masters is one of the many games of the genre that I tried, but honestly one of the few that I liked it... I've played, so far, 3 hours of this awesome. But the learning curve is so easy to catch that I was in the bronze league in no time. It is a very enjoyable game, with 1v1 and 2v2 modes and in 2019, for 2016 game it seems to have a very active community. I'm impressed! I fully recommend it!

Murderous Pursuits is an interesting "kill-or-be-killed" multiplayer game ideia. I consider it only an interesting "ideia", because the execution lack some touch... Graphically the game is OK, with an interesting art style. But unfortunately the game is repetitive and even boring after a few hours. And in addition to that I try the game in different hours and it is not always easy to find other players online to play it. Unfortunately my playing experience was poor and the game was weak and could not hold my interest. Due to that I do not recommend it.

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing was not exactly the game I was expecting, but I found myself liking it more than I wanted to. The game is a type of of game that tells me a lot, I grew up playing games like Diablo, Titan Quest and Dungeon Siege but recently it has been very difficult to find another good game of the genre, with the exception of Path of Exile. Despite not being fantastic Van Helsing satisfied my desire for a game of the genre. Visually the game is OK, not impressive, but the world seems awesome with a amazing gothic style with a lot steampunk elements that I quite enjoyed. Mechanically the game is easy to catch but very diverse, with an enormous and vast skill tree. You have 6 very different classes to choose, and before starting the game properly I found myself playing each one for a few, to see the one that suits best my play style. This diversity is something very positive since the classes are so diverse it is possible to replay the game, over and over again, in a very different way without getting bored or finding it repeatable. Overall the game is quite good, and if you are like me a fan of the genre give it a try. I fully recommend it and hope you all enjoy it too!

Sometimes the small stories are the important ones. And "Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna)" is a fantastic small story that tells a big story of a people, a culture that is unknown to us in so many ways. And "Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna)" is a fantastic small story that tells a big story of a people, a culture that is unknown to us in so many ways. DMC is a fantastic game that reboots the Devil May Cry games in a very positive way. Obviously I have seen enough fans of the franchise to refer the opposite, criticizing the game's visual and history. But I tried to avoid all that negativity and enjoy it be my own... and I really enjoyed it. The story is easy to follow by those who have not played the others Devil May Cry's because it is a retelling of the original story. As a "Hack & Slash" game is a pretty decent one, fluid, fast and action-packed. I only came across small moments in which the camera enters strange angles, but nothing major. Visually is good, the graphics are nice (for the 2013 standards) and the soundtrack is very awesome, it fits like a glove into the rampant killing of demons ahead of us and it was one of the main reasons why I had so much fun. Overall is an excellent game that I recommend play with a controller, but even if not, it is quite easy to play with keyboard and mouse.

Murdered Soul Suspect is a very good detective adventure game launched back in 2014 but that only now, in 2019, I have played. Honestly the game took me by surprise, since it was not exactly what I was expecting it to be, especially because the concept of the game was not what I expected. But the story was good enough and it keep me playing until the end, even though, so many times during the game I found myself bored with its repetitive game mechanics. Graphically the game is OK, for a 2014 title, and the controls are fluid and facies to pick up. I've just been frustrated at some elemental moments, at the presence of the demons, that become repetitive and tiring. I fully recommend the game, especially if you can get it on a promotion. Braveland is a turn based strategy game inspired in the old classics like Heroes of Might and Magic. The game has a very cartoonish style appealing at the start, but after a while it became repetitive because you see same models over and over again. Also the soundtrack, despite being very immersive to the medieval environment of the game, becomes also annoying after a while. But even with its flaws I see potential on the game, and for a few hours I have fun. I was curious about the developer since the game was translated in so many languages and it has very simplistic gameplay mechanics and I check online the developer site. Until that moment, I was about to recommend the game but what I understand does not pleased me at all. The game a mobile adaptation, that may not be a bad thing sometimes, especially when is free on both platforms. But that is not the case, is paid in both platforms but it is half the price of mobile devices that it cost here on Steam, and that for me is a bit shady. Luckily I got the game on Humble for free or on a bundle, don't quite remember. Anyway, even I being very on favor of help of small indie developers that do a nice job and need our support, I do not like this and many other types of commercial practices. So for now my review will stay on a very low mixed value...

Based in the graphic novels "The Nikopol Trilogy", from Enki Bilal, Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals is a Point & Click that does not live up to the task. Back in 2004 I get in touch with this books since the trilogy was adapted to movie, "Immortel, ad vitam". Like the books, the movie was weird but I liked a lot. It is story of a dystopian futuristic universe with elements from the old Egyptian mythology. Anyway, backing to the game. The game could be so much more...I cannot understand why something with such a good background of stories could became a tedious game with boring story, disinterested characters. But on top of that the Point & Click are also dull, clumsy and does not help at all a game that is already bad. It's a shame, but I cannot recommend it. I really would like to like this game but it was a disappointment to me.

Metro: Last Light Redux is a "rebuild" of the 2013 title with the same name. This post apocalyptic first person shooter, is an story driven linear adventure. The story is not awesome, but we are carried by it and immersed, with all the action, moments of tension and details of this toxic and decadent world. Graphically this 2014 rebuild is awesome, and its impressive to see how much the devs was able to improve in one year with the tools they had at they disposal. Even to the 2018/19 standards the game is awesome visually, and some light/shadow effects are simply breathtaking. The soundtrack and sound effects are generically good. The noise of the weapons, the background noises or weather sounds are very good, but the dialogues are terrible some times. Bad acting, the eco of the dialogue not match the surrounding scenario and so many other aspects really show lack of resourses or "know how" in this aspect. Overall the game is good, and oblivious to all the controversy that surrounds the developer in 2019 with the release of their new game Metro Exodus, I have to recommend the game. Blast Zone! Tournament is in its core a Bomberman clone. But where I saw so many others fail in the past I see some success here. The game is easy to play and fast paced. With a great amount of maps and play styles, I highlight the multiplayer, in general, that is really nice to play and normally is fast and easy to find a match. Visually the game has a very colorful color palette and a very nice art style. I liked a lot the character customization, but I'm sorry that developer has followed the path of the loot boxes as a rewards system, being a paid game still in early access already having loot boxes system in place is a bad sign for me. Anyway it was nothing that impacted my experience as they are just cosmetics. In general I had fun, I see it as a game to follow and see how it developer after the early access stage. I recommend it!

Immortal Redneck is a fast paced rogue-lite first person shooter that I enjoyed quite a lot. I got some vibes from Serious Sam and other similar games while I was playing this... Overall the game is fun and very easy to play. Its a rogue-lite so I don't see much of a story, but it's so fast paced that you almost forgot all that once you start playing. The graphics are nothing special but I believe that the intention since you got a cartoonish art style very unique. Overall is a very nice game, that I enjoyed and recommend. Few games I remember giving me so much pleasure and fun to play and fewer games I remember having finished 2 times. For me Dishonored 2 is a “masterpiece” and I most likely will conclude it a third time. First I become a powerful assassin, full of dark powers and tricks, fighting my way in a revenge spree. Then I was a deposed empress, betrayed and deadly, that moves like a shadow but that is a benevolent soul and don't killed once, not even her enemies. And now, as I'm doing this review, I'm in a third playthrough, without any special powers. It's superb, I don't have words to describe it... Graphically is fantastic, full of details and with a very peculiar art style that I loved. I had no significant problems, only 2 or 3 errors during game save that forced me to start it, but in more than 60 hours of games so far nothing. Mechanically easy to pick up especially if they have already played the first, will realize that the basis of controls and powers is practically the same. Overall is 10/10 to me. It is a "most have" for any Steam collector and one of the best game experiences of the last years.

Princess.Loot.Pixel.Again is one of the most fun "pixel-art-style" platformer games I play. The game is interesting, diverse and challenging, and the castle restructures after each death. It always different and challenging each new gameplay. I played more than I thought I would play! I recommend it, especially if you pick it up in promotion!

You like platformer games? Now think hardcore platformer games. This is a "Dark Souls" of the platformer, if you know what i mean. The game is hard and challenging. And NO, I did not finish it, not even close (not very hardcore with this type of games). But I enjoy very much this game and I fully recommend it, especially if you pick it up on a promotion.

Dishonored is a awesome game. A steampunk universe where you play as Corvo a dishonored assassin looking for revenge. The game as a fantastic story, and despite its linearity it continues to give us many choices. It has a lot of potential replayability, since you can go guns blazing and get very intense action or stealth and not even kill a rat. Graphically Dishonored has a fantastic and unique art style, lots of quality and detail on his environments. Even being 2012 game, comparing it with some other more recent titles, it manage to compete very well. Overall you can count with a more than 30 hours of game, especially if you are after achievements or if you are trying to replay the game to follow other choices. Its a fantastic game that I fully recommend.

The Knife of Dunwall is a awesome DLC. We play as Daud, the assassin who killed the Empress, no spoiler here since it is in the description of the DLC. But anyway the most important is the bridge that does with certain aspects of Dishonored 2. The DLC has 3 fantastic missions, and like the rest of the game is as a lot of potential replayability, since you can go guns blazing and get an very intense action or go stealth and not even kill a rat. Graphically is more Dishonored, same art style, same quality, same detail. It includes new weapons and powers, specific to the character, but what I like to see most was new models of enemies (especially the ones from the first mission). Once again The Knife of Dunwall is awesome. It's a fantastic experience that worth every penny.

The basic idea is there but is it enough? Star Drifter is not an original idea, but the game is an interesting art style, and that is the main plus. The game mechanic is clumsy, but after a while it gets the hang of it. I noted two negative aspects: - the game does not give any information about the controls you should use, or a way to configure/personalize them. - no possibility of full screen or to understand the resolution you are playing in, or any of that normal stuff in video games. Anyway for me, the game was interesting enough to kept me playing for a few hours in a very casual game session. I have to see merit in such a cheap game, and I hope the developer will be able to produce more and better.

Star Chronicles: Delta Quadrant is a very simple and basic turn-based strategy game. The game description resume it all, you simple destroy enemies to collect loot and gain experience to level up and become stronger. Visually it is simple but it could be really fun for a relaxing game season. Give it a try because the price is a bargain!

Square's Route is a very nice puzzle solving game! The graphics are ok, for the type of game, and the color palette is vivid and colorful. The game mechanic is very simple but for such a simple mechanic, the game can get very challenging. Overall is a very nice game at a perfectly acceptable price . I strongly recommend!

Rabiez its a horde survival game from a top-down perspective. The game is simple and could be very interesting, but unfortunately it is not, since it was very pooooorly executed. Honestly that are not much to add. I cannot recommend it in anyway.

Unfortunately I had a hard time to enjoy this game because there is no active player population so I could not use the online mode. I do not know if that was different in 2014 when the game was launched, but this is an issue now in 2019 when I tried it. Obviously I can try to play with a friend but at the normal price of the game it is not appealing enough that I can convince my friends to get the game so we can play together. And even if I consider offering the game to one of them, I do not see a fair content/price relation to justify my offer. The last option to play it was the split screen, but also here the game does not make it easy. It is necessary either keyboard and controller or two controllers to play, and I'm not a controller kind of guy and don't see my friends bring it over just to play this game. Being a game so simple I think it would not be possible a one keyboard only configuration. Allow for two players in the same keyboard one by "wasd" and another by the directional arrows. Due to my less positive experience with the game obviously I can not recommend it. I see potential but unfortunately it is not enough.

Imagine Flappy Bird on an "acid trip"... I never done any of that but I imagine that this could be the feeling. You have it all for this psychedelic trip: neon color, dubstep music, clunky controls. It's a game "you should not have" on any Steam collection.

Fallout 4 is one of my best open world experiences of all times. This fantastic RPG will consume you, if you try to visit all the places, do all the quests and side quests you are encountering, collect everything you find and try to work and evolve all settlements of this massive world. Easily you can count on more than 120 hours of game, only in the core game. Then there are a number of DLC's and Add-Ons, but as if that were not enough, it has a fantastic community that creates amazing mods that added dozens of hours of fun. Like their predecessors Fallout 4 has an immersive history. Several factions and countless alternative stories make this game a fantastic experience. I will not discuss whether the story is better or worse than Fallout 3 or New Vegas which seems to me to have always been the main concern of the fans. I'm happy with the game, yes it has bugs and all kinds of issues but I had fun most of the times. Fallout universe is one of the most fantastic universes in the history of video games. I feel sorry that fallout 76 not being up to the antecessors because with all this successful history it should have been a success too.

H1Z1 is for me the father of the Battle Royale, but unfortunately the game has lost its way in so many ways. A game that I bought and played in early access but, when the final product came, it became part free, is something that obviously annoyed me, and the feeling is the same throughout the community. Of course the game split into two, H1Z1 free, PVP Battle Royal only, and Just Survive was cancelled and the servers were closed past October. I cannot in good faith recommend the game because I do not feel valued as a player who blindly invested in early access and had no real reward. But I cannot recommend it either because of the game itself. There are already much better alternatives in the battle royale genre, and this was a "father" that never understand how to adapt. Anyway it is free and for anyone who has the opportunity and willingness to test, go for it. The servers are not always full but the experience is acceptable.

On Steam I just ran the game time enough to be able to review it. And oh boy this is going to be fun... Luckily the developer only have one game on Steam because more games like this, NO thanks. And what am I talking about anyway? The developer should have started by mentioning that this "multiplayer extravaganza" only works with controllers, seriously. But seriously, who creates a PC game that does not support keyboard? I have several free ideas for a future projects from this developer. Create a game for smartphone that does not support touchscreen or a console game that only uses keyboard instead. For the love of god this is a waste of time...
