In general, Vaas Insanity is not very playable. After experiencing the limited content, what is waiting for the players is the monotonous content that will no longer attract them. Considering that the next two DLCs will also use the "Roguelite" mode, it is a bit worrying. Of course, only from the experience of the first round of play, the quality of this DLC is actually good. The expressiveness of the scene and the design of some levels are very imaginative. For players who want to know more about the story behind Far Cry 3 or are interested in the villain "Vaas", this DLC is still worth playing.
This is a great starting point to the trio of DLCs Far Cry 6 is about to get. While Far Cry 6 focused on improving on an old format, Far Cry 3 managed to give us something refreshing.
At the very least, Vaas: Insanity succeeds more than Far Cry 6 proper at moving the franchise forward. By the same token, sanding off the hard edges of a character conceived in a much different world could sever the last few connections to Far Cry's glorious past. The DLC's roguelike structure feels novel but incomplete, another ultimately unsuccessful attempt at mixing things up after Far Cry: New Dawn's RPG elements and Far Cry 5's DLC adventures into new genres. If Ubisoft can do a better job of recapturing the spirit of its other two antagonists in the rest of Far Cry 6's season pass (or in the recently rumored Vaas film project) franchise fans may finally have something to celebrate in 2021.

Para mim foi um desastre eu não sei porque o criador fez a continuação cara porque é uma bosta tá ligado não tem nada a ver pegaram um ator top para ser o vilão mas mesmo assim não agradou nada tá ligado mas para mim é nota zero pior jogo

But Why Tho?
Vaas: Insanity is an excellent first DLC for Far Cry 6. The look into the chaos of Vaas’ mind is a really interesting one, and the gameplay loop is as intriguing as it is challenging. It can be fun solo or with friends, and is absolutely worth taking the time to check out.

I wasn't digging deep when I played Far Cry 3, Wasn't so much invested in Far Cry 6. But after trying this DLC. I've got to say it hit all the right spots for me: A FPS, Rogue like, Arena shooter, About the best part of the franchise, about the thought out antagonist, great game/gunplay, incest plot about power struggle, grindable and repeatable. I wish the final arena had more enemies :)

We must recognize the first great DLC of Far Cry 6 the effort to offer something different, and from the eyes of one of its most remembered villains. The roguelite mechanics fit well, although it may not appeal to everyone due to the repetition and difficulty. Its small world and little variety of situations make it feel like a missed opportunity.

The roguelite experiment is appreciable because it offers a demanding and satisfying challenge. Unfortunately, the lack of general variety and the poor in-depth narrative component are two significant burdens, and they are not the only ones.

I seriously loved this DLC. Full disclosure, FC3 is my favorite game, but the sound, setting, and acting is superb and the gameplay is GREAT! Honestly, you can play though the game, on the lowest level, in a couple of hours, the replay value is super high. If you're a fan of Vaas, you will love it!

The game itself is ok, I guess, the problem I have is with the story. I feel it ruined Vaas a bit, I'd prefer to stay with the Far Cry 3 story only.

SummaryIn Vaas: Insanity, players become the Far Cry 3 villain portrayed by Michael Mando (Better Call Saul). Mando came back for the DLC, which offers an experience inspired by roguelites. Starting with nothing more than a pistol to defend themselves, players will need to find new weapons and unlock power-ups to become stronger and progress de... Read More
