Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition

One of the best games to the series and an All-time Classic. Also, the last Decent Fallout Game!

One of the best games ever made. It's true freedom and wealth of (original) content make this a time sponge. Every story from the main mission to the side missions to just little things you come across are all written with care, skill and imagination. The atmosphere in this game is second to none. You feel like you are in a living world, where your actions actually change things. In that sense it felt like a cross between the original Deus Ex and an Elder Scrolls game to me when playing. A good cross. The DLC are excellent too and add many more hours into a game which I've already spent over 100+ on. The Karma aspect of the game adds a lot to the game too I feel. You also don't feel like you're having your face shoved into the content either unlike Skyrim I felt. Fallout 3 is subtle in that way; some of the most memorable moments and most fun you will have are things you will stumble across in your own way, not because someone sent you there and it's all set up for you to experience. It does have bugs and freezes sometimes, but don't believe the hype about it being unplayable. The ideas in this game are great too as is the music. There's nothing quite like walking across the Wastelands with golden oldie music streaming from the radio, only to see a gas station nearby but not knowing if it's worth the risk. Hands down one of the best games ever made.

Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition is truly unmissable. Combining the already-fantastic main game with the great DLC that was subsequently released for F3, this is one of the greatest games of all time. Haven't played Fallout 3: GotY? Haven't lived.

If your thinking about buying Fallout 3 this is the version to get, it includes the fantastic game and all the fantastic DLC in one pack, this is one of the greatest games of all time and the DLC are outstanding, you will not regret this purchase.

This game is terrible.Dont buy it .Spend your money on a true game like fallout 1 2 tactics or new vegas .Do yourself a favor Dont buy it .The reason i give it a one is because point look out was decent

for what was a very creative and fun game series, fallout NV and 3 set an all time low. Sure, fallout 3 and NV pulled the series to 3d and open, and i admit it was kind of fun, but that fun was ruined by the major bugs, freezes, glitches and crashes i experienced on my copy. it happened on my PC,ps3 and 360 copies so its not my system. This is a very crap game that does not deserve a sequel. If 4 gets made, it must not be developed by obsidian and not use that crap gamebryo engine. I cant even tell you how bad the DLC makes it. Its unplayable after 3 hours gameplay. its like it purposly freezes to tick you off!
