F1 Manager 2024

It’s safe to say that F1 Manager 24 is by far the best motorsport management sim created to date. The realism, the abundance of features, and the infinite replayability are everything that any fan of this genre could ever ask for, and as expected, Frontier delivered them in spades.

F1 Manager 2024 is a joy to play, with the hours flying by at a downright terrifying pace and I can't help but tip my hat to what is so far the most complete, competent and absorbing F1 Manager experience you can get, well... without actually being employed as a manager of a real F1 team, of course.

F1 Manager 2024 pushes the franchise forward and is more realistic and exciting for players in different and challenging ways. The gameplay remains as fun as ever as it tries to continually tweak the winning formula as the peak of racing management games.

F1 Manger 2024 has finally managed to include the much-loved custom career. This raises the bar of the competition and presents us with a game with solid foundations, but also capable of renewing itself. A fun, competitive title that tests us in many different situations. Overall, therefore, a very respectable manager this year too.

This release is in a better state than last year's and brings some interesting new features, although they still have to go deeper into some mechanics and also fine-tune certain bugs to offer a great game. If they continue on this path... they will eventually succeed.

Frontier offers us a new chapter of their Formula 1 manager game, which has included a highly requested option. We can create our own team, but otherwise, the changes that have been introduced in management, such as morale or sprint weekends, do not remove the feeling of being the same game. Faced with the possible need for renewal, they have not risked taking risks with major changes knowing that the previous games have worked well enough. But for many, it may not be enough.

F1 Manager 2024 is certainly the best game in the series to date thanks to the small improvements on last year's game, but with few significant changes and how hit and miss the new mentality system currently are, while it might be a good game in its own right, it's not a sizeable upgrade on 2023's iteration.

With the addition of Create a Team along with other improvements, F1 Manager 2024 is a joy to play as it helps push the Franchise forward in the right direction.

What could have been. Instead of improvement we just got 23 packaged as 24. im a fan of games like this but very lazy. Still put in 80hrs in it but could have been 180. Biggest complaint is the forcefull introduction to female rookies. No woman has raced in F1 for a reason. And me as a fan, cant get over the fact that all the max potential rookies are females. No issues with female racers, but it brakes the "simulation" part. Its like black vikings, or mongolian basketball players. It just does not happen in real life, why am i expected to believe that in a "simulation" game. Also its not like women play the game. Its 99% men.

Fun but buggy game overall. Managing the team, the drivers and the development of the car is usually quite fun. Sometimes you actually have to plan ahead and think what to do, especially with the development of the car. As fun as it is, sadly this is also very buggy game. I haven't seen any game crashing errors, but a lot of general annoyances caused by different bugs. For example: - the race end result screen usually shows DNF for a driver who has been lapped. - you might get an email that suggests paying more money to get faster results to develop the car. If you pay, you might get what you expected. Sometimes nothing happens, but the money still got payed - in the race, the camera angle won't stay at the selected view, you have to constantly reselect the angle you actually want - your buget might sometimes go to negative because the way transactions are processed (the outgoing money is processed before the incoming) - lots and lots of these small things that start to annoy more and more as you go. A lot of these bugs have already been in the previous editions of the game Overall, it's an ok game, but not a flawless one in any way

I really wanted to like this game. As an F1 fan, the idea of managing every aspect of a team is incredibly appealing but F1 Manager 2024 just doesn't deliver. When Lance Stroll on 40% hard tires can overtake Max Verstappen on 90% softs, you know something’s seriously broken (and yes Max's tyres were warm). Overtaking in Monaco is way too easy, crashes at the start are almost nonexistent, and barely any drivers have poor starts, making the races feel lifeless and scripted.Tyre strategies are often bizarre and unrealistic. Even worse, telling your driver to focus on pace and let others by actually lowers their morale, which makes zero sense from a team management **** looks great on the surface, but the simulation is shallow and often absurd. F1 Manager 2024 could’ve been special, but it just doesn’t reflect the sport it’s trying to represent.
