Driver '76
Driver '76 is a GTA clone that's technically uneven and short on originality, personality, and content.
Vehicle customization in Driver 76 is a beautiful addition that gives it a slight edge over the notorious GTA, in the vehicle department.
Driver '76's brand of road rage does get more right than it does wrong, and though it might not offer the best combat action or racing excitement, it still deserves a look for its competent mix of the two.

It's not good but it's also not bad. The graphics are good for a psp game. It's a very small story and that's not fun. I already had finished the game in 2 hours. And their also not much (fun) side missions. I will recommend it, but not really for it's story. I will recommend it for it's mechanics, cars, bikes and weapons. (if you want a good, big story. go play gta liberty city/ vice city stories)

It's basically Driver: Parallel Lines Lite. If you aren't a fan of the soft reboot Driver: San Francisco, which basically got rid of walking and shooting altogether, then this is the last game in the series to offer the GTA-like experience.

I put 10 out of 10. The game was released on the PC port version of the original PL Driver, without any cuts. In terms of gameplay, everything is the same + adapted for PSP, but even if we take into account the uncomplicated plot and strange missions, the technical side made a pleasant advantage.

Sure, Driver ’76 isn’t the end-all-be-all of PSP racing games, but you can’t help but have a fantastic time once you climb behind the wheel and explore one of the best handheld recreations of New York City.

Despite a few technical glitches this is a solid back-to-basics effort with some extra bells and whistles and a load of groove. [July 2007, p.94]

Have been a fan of Driver games since PS1 era and satisfied with the new games ala GTA mix with Driver style driving. Driver games have always been about driving and feeling your car. This game gives you the feel with addition to explorer New Your on foot as extra.

You will be bored of doing the constant fetch and carry missions so that's why it's best played in small doses. [July 2007, p.68]

If not for the fact that the actual driving in Driver '76 is fairly decent, this would be a complete loss. Technical issues, excessive loading and a worthless storyline, however, mean the driving is the only thing that's decent.

Idiotic police AI, an extremely short story mode, useless collectables, weak on-foot combat and appalling load times all conspire to make this the weakest installment in the franchise.

When you start seeing the same character model serve as two different people during an in-game cut-scene, you'll truly know all is lost. There's nothing remotely unique or engaging about Driver '76 (or its lifeless multiplayer) to balance the endless parade of frustrations. Steer clear.

hikaye ve grafikler çok daha güzel olabilirdi. özellikle grafikler. oyunu PSP ye çıkarıyorsunuz diye driver 1 den bile daha kötü grafikler yapmanıza gerek yoktu.
