The animal changes are more than a simple gimmick, but it alone cannot provide the level of depth BR3 needs if it wants to be a real contender.

I've come to the conclusion that if there is even a glimpse of something with even the tiniest bit of fur on it, peeps will flock to it in droves, and it's to this I also attribute the success of "Basic Instinct."...BR3 is best left to the novice.

As a pure fighting game it doesn't hold a candle to such hits as "Dead or Alive 2" or "Tekken Tag Tournament."

It’s sad to watch as the Bloody Roar series goes to hell. It has a decent gimmick to make it stand out among other fighters. If only the minds behind this game actually sat down and figured out how to implement the gimmick properly, it could have the makings of something great.

Even with all of its faults, Bloody Roar 3 still has its moments. There's nothing like chomping on a little bunny or mauling a lizard for the win. Even getting a 50+ hit combo is usually a good reason to celebrate.

I'm a bloody roar fan from the ps1, and the ps2 version is quite satisfying, even though the beast model is cooler on the ps1

Greatgameplay, but it lack content and I feel that sometime it doesnt detects the hits correctly

it is fast paced, tortures players, enemies blocking including in no guard mode, combos hard to perform, annoying characters, makes you rage, and enemies can one shot you if you get to the later stages, not recommended to players who has slow reaction time, this game should've stayed as an arcade exclusive and not ported to consoles
