The lack of Levolution is noted. A pack designed with the Conquest Mode in mind, maybe not so good for fans of other game modes as well.

It's hard to shake the feeling that China Rising is Battlefield 4 by numbers - maps for the sake of maps. That's enough for most. That is, if they can get the bloody game to work.

Easy maps to get use to. Nothing major wrong with it, nothing that blows you away. They need more falling building in my opinion :p overall a good DLC.

China Rising adds great maps with incredibly diverse environments to wage war in. They aren't the best you've ever played on, but for a game like Battlefield that thrives upon vast places that allow for 32 v 32 player mayhem, it's imperative to continue to put out interesting location for us to visit. China Rising is worth upgrading, especially if you preordered Battlefield 4 as the China Rising DLC comes for free for Xbox One owners.
