Atelier Rorona is a simple game, that while it does not intend to be the greatest and most epic effort ever made, it succeeds at what it aims at: creating an interesting system that is accessible and complex at the same time, in the background of a varied and inviting world, falling short only when it comes to some performance issues and on rather low resolution textures.

Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland DX is a charming and enjoyable RPG title but the continuous pressure of time management will be off putting for many.
