"The World is Not Enough" for the N64 is a pretty good Bond game. Modeled after "Goldeneye 007", it's not a masterpiece, but it's always entertaining. Both the story mode and the multiplayer don't have the depth or design of "Goldeneye". However, as a whole, it's a solid action title. I would rate it with an 8 out of 10.

"World" isn't a classic like "Goldeneye 007" and "Perfect Dark". It lacks the depth of those two masterpieces. But it still ranks up as one of the better Bond games. The campaign consists of 14 levels with their own unique challenges and weapons. In addition, there are a few multiplayer modes. This is a much better game than the PS1 version. It was developed by the makers of "Nightfire". Overall, I would rate it with an 8.1 out of 10.

Rather more generic than its ground breaking predecessor from Rare, but it's a good, solid FPS that does a decent job of translating the 007 franchise to the console.

This feels like a sequel to Rare's "Goldeneye". Unfortunately, it's nowhere as good. The game features 14 levels and a few multiplayer modes. If you have an Expansion Pak, it looks even better. Fans of "Nightfire" will enjoy it. I would rate this with an 8.1 out of 10.

Very cool follow up to Golden Eye, maybe not officially, but is very comparable. It's a shame that this one has gone under the radar because there are some cool quality of life improvements here. Visuals and sound pop just right for the solid FPS level design. Even the weaponry and gadgets have been given that little attention to detail that really gives you the Bond feel. Don't get me wrong, the overall experience is as clunky as most N64 games. But it is definitely one of those games that are a product of their time. If you can enjoy it for what it is and you are a Golden Eye fan, I wouldn't hesitate. However, maybe get a PC port that brings it up to modern standards.

This game unlike its predecessor has improved graphics, more animations, more options in weapons, more complex levels and more scenes related to the movie. But, the artificial intelligence is poor and the controls are a little bad. In general, its a good game. It is not a gem like Goldeneye, but it is very enjoyable.

With Rare moving on to develop Perfect Dark, EA decided to essentially "clone" the engine and gameplay of Goldeneye 64. The result is a very playable and enjoyable game that captures the Brosnan-era Bond vibe fairly well. However, it never achieves the heights that Goldeneye does. Worth a playthrough for James Bond fans and N64 shooter aficionados but most modern gamers will have little reason to revisit this title. Interesting side-note, EA was working on a higher resolution version of this game for PC and PS2 when the project was abruptly cancelled.

007 suffers from GoldenEye envy and Rare definitely has EA beat on this one. However, 007: The World is Not Enough is still a decent first-person shooter, with a wide variety of weapons and entertaining game-play. The more magic experience would go to GoldenEye, but if you were remotely a fan of that game, The World is Not Enough still has a lot to offer you.

I felt that this game was great for the N64, and had several significant improvements over Goldeneye 007--though for numerous reasons I never enjoyed it quite as much overall. The single player has a MUCH more pronounced story, complete with voiced cutscenes, and follows the movie a bit more closely than the previous game. It introduces alternate fire modes for weapons (like Perfect Dark), as well as several gadgets, and while many of the weapons are not as iconic as Goldeneye's, there is a much better diversity and balance. Where this game really shines is multiplayer, which offers more game modes, weapon sets, and character models than its predecessor, as well as the option for AI bots (which are great for practice or rounding out a 3-player session.
