Apple TV has never shied away from going big with its sci-fi shows, but this truly unforgettable third run proves Silo is in a league all of its own.

The two episodes available to press are bookended with memorable series-defining moments. Of course, with the season storming out of the gate in such a blaze of glory, could it risk of fizzling out further into the run? We’ll have to wait and see.

The show's sprawling, starry cast is also a blessing and a curse. It has to spend a huge amount of time introducing (and making us invested in) a large ensemble of characters, resulting in the first couple of episodes feeling rather slow. But once warmed up, they’re a treat.

Ultimately, the Good Omens finale deserved much more, but amid a sea of TV cancellations, it'll be a relief that the series was able to conclude at all. To borrow the words of a certain angel, it's a tidy place to end – and that's going to have to be enough.

This is a comedy that would sink or swim based on its lead performances. And it’s owing to Rhys that this ends up being such a buoyant show.

While it doesn't quite reach the heights it could have, this new addition to Netflix's horror roster should still earn a place in your weekend viewing.

Some episodes feel full of filler and take an age to get to the point (if they ever do). .... By the end of episode 6, things seem to be heating up in a big way. So, here's hoping that the latter half of the season will amp up the action to improve its grade.

The Duffer Brothers have had a monumental task in wrapping up this beast of a show and giving each and every character an ending that not only makes sense, but proves satisfactory after nine years. Many showrunners have tried to wrap up stories of this scale in style, and many have failed, and which camp the Duffers ultimately fall into remains to be seen...But, if these first few episodes are anything to go by, we could be looking at a finale for the ages. It might be a bit too soon to tell for sure, but, as we've seen over the past decade, when it comes to this TV phenomenon, stranger things have happened.

More than ever, we see the best and worst of our heroes, with the writers beautifully showing their morality in every shade of grey.
