The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim5
Jun 5, 2014
Yes, it's a good game. I'll just write what's not good in this title. It's like a HUGE TOTAL CONVERSATION MOD for Oblivion. The inventory system is a joke, hard to find items, makes you lose a lot of time. And I played it for a good 10 hours. It's fun, but nothing more, not good enough to make me want to finish it.

Simply an amazing game. Yes, that's what it is. It's not a masterpiece, it's not a visual feast, it doesn't even have sounds. Yet it makes you happy, it makes you angry, it makes you rage quit and later somehow come back for more. It's an amazing experiment on human nature.

Primal Carnage6

The game is alright, but not in the fashion the presentation glorifies. It feels more like a deathmatch with constant running and reckless shooting. I felt no excitement about the classes and game modes, and sadly deleted the game after few matches. Still this could be worth a try for the dino fans, so my thumb is up.

Brilliant atmosphere, not undermined but rather boosted by the strange graphical taste. I waited a long time for this, 10 dollars was a little too much and it was never on sale, instead I ended up getting it with a bundle.

Rise of the Triad6
Jun 5, 2014
The game is fun at times, simply because it's old-school feeling and royalty to it's own roots. Yet, the game is poorly optimized, and there are some design faults which take away a huge chunk of your pleasure. Shame, this could have been a classic. Still, I say it's a solid FPS with 6.5/10 score. Much better than many other FPS games out there.

Definitely a joyful travel through time! Though it's not as long as usual RPG's are, and replayability is highly questionable; it's still a lovely adventure and presentation of the evolution of RPG genre. If you think it's overpriced, you can still get it on sale and think of it as an interactive RPG documentary to avoid disappointment. Though, I believe, it's more than that.

Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller Episode 1 - The Hangman6

Seems to me a great potential has been wasted with the game engine used. I mean, if there is an emergency, it shouldn't take 2 seconds for a character to simply turn back and align with the object that has been chosen for interaction. It's so "10 years ago". I like the way how the story is told, then again, the game engine tells that story so slow that your excitement is questionable. Still, yes, I recommend the game as it is hard to find a solid adventure game.

Infected: The Twin Vaccine5
Jun 5, 2014
Like many hidden object games, The Twin Vaccine makes absolutely no sense. You have debris all around the place, yet you can only use one specific item (baseball) to break a window. You have a sledgehammer, yet you have to find oil to unjam a car door to reach inside. The story is kinda interesting, but you lose interest fast when the game is nonsense.

A true gem, I was so surprised to witness how much fun this game is! It is exciting, and it makes you laugh when you don't expect. Controls remind me of Katamari games, which are absent on the PC platform. So I highly recommend, it's so good that it will make you question why you pay $60 for a game, where you can have so much fun for so little money!

Sniper Elite V26
Jun 5, 2014
Good game as long as you are sniping. It's what the game does great. Other than that, any stealth or encounter is frustrating, simply because the controls are clunky. It's a third person shooter, but you have so limited ways of checking your surroundings, you can't even peek from around the corners. I mean, it lacks the control design that you would expect from a stealth game. Speaking of stealth; a loud, long-distance sniper rifle gives you much more points than you get from a silent, close-encounter kill. Therefore, you have no motivation for the stealth at all. Get the game if you think the fun of using sniper rifles is enough reason to buy it, otherwise look elsewhere.

Shift 2: Unleashed8
Feb 18, 2014
I've seen some user reviews, they complain of input lag, which I have not encountered. I played the game with Saitek R660 Force Feedback wheel and my overall experience was pleasant, the tilted view when approaching the corners feels like I'm actually there. This is not the best racing game out there, but it's a pretty damn solid one.

Legend of Grimrock8

This is a highly enjoyable role playing experience, as it's hard to find a similar one. The ability (or rather restriction) of moving from tile-to-tile rather than free roaming requires tactical decisions. The game manages to entertain you and it looks good while doing it.

Teleglitch: Die More Edition6
Nov 25, 2013
As great as it looks and sounds, there are moments that Teleglitch feels either too dull or too complex to feel like a great dual stick shooter. I mean, it's like top-down Quake and this should be awesome, but somehow it frustrates me.

Aliens: Colonial Marines4

I can't help but feel sad about Alien fans, who paid the full retail price to play this title. I paid $5 and I feel like that was a waste of money, as I didn't even have the desire to finish it... Library Delete Local Content.... Done. Now I feel better.

I can't even find the right words to emphasise how huge this game is. I hate myself for not buying it when it was $32, and I definitely didn't want to miss it at $45. Even for the full price ($60) this is a great purchase. Yes, it is THAT good.

Street Fighter X Tekken7
Nov 25, 2013
Make no mistake, this is a Street Fighter game. Tekken fighters are merely guest characters, as the gameplay is so StreetFighter-ish, I couldn't perform any of my traditional Tekken combos in this title. It just doesn't feel like Tekken. It truly feels like a Street Fighter game. If you are fine with that, there's plenty of fun waiting for you.

Serious Sam 3: BFE6
Jul 25, 2013
I've loved Serious Sam series for being fast and reckless. Now the game has become ridiculously realistic, giving you an automatic rifle, which has an ammo clip capable of bringing down an enemy or two. You keep reloading while thirty enemy is running at you at full speed. The game looks great, but when even the enemy's dying animation is scripted, there are absolutely no magical moments to enjoy. When you get the true weapons of destruction, the game is already close to the end. Great concept, good graphics, yet it's hardly fun.

The only game, even after years, that makes me come back for more and more. It's like a road trip to a place where one of the most catastrophic events took place. It's also like playing Counter-Strike in a huge world (With perfect precision as CS doesn't even have iron sights option). Even after finishing the game for 10 times, the next time I play there are times that I don't know what's around the corner.
