Bosses are extremely difficult and when you die the load times are excessive and there is no difficulty setting either, this can mean 2 minutes of challenging a boss before you die and then having to wait 5 minutes for the game to load again and add another 3 minutes to get back to the boss. I also find myself getting lost and not knowing where the to go because the map in game really ****, this game is needlessly frustrating, I play games to have fun; not to be frustrated

Beautiful game, very well optimized as well, gameplay is wonderful, engaging and very dynamic. The story is well crafted and overall I loved every moment of this game from beginning to finish. I see a lot of bad reviews here that make no sense to me, some saying they get crashes and some saying fake info like there's no fast travel - there is - and others saying the game isn't well optimized, well I played on medium and the game ran smooth and looked beautiful at a steady 70fps on my GTX 1060-3GB, it's the best looking game my card can run smoothly. I haven't had a single crash from beginning to end of this game, that's over 25 hours of gameplay on my playthrough. 10/10

The game itself is lots of fun, I really enjoy this game. However the constant crashing to desktop with zero errors after trying so many fixes and solutions I've given up. The game is a crashy buggy mess and is unplayable at recommended system specs. They've had many years to fix the crashing but there is still no solution.

I believe when this game came out in 2017 it was quite a bad game, but trying this in 2020 I have to say it's become my favourite MMORPG. The combat is seriously engaging and does not get repetitive, the story has so much attention to detail added, the customization on this game is fantastic but overall I'm having so much fun playing it! The story has lots of voice acting and the classes are fun to play. I hope players give this a second try as this is not the same game from 2017, it really deserves a second chance.

Not free to play, they want me and my significant other to pay $18 to buy two premium accounts so we can login two accounts at the same time using my Aster Multiseat PC. This company has shady business practices and will do anything to make you pay, do not spend a cent you will regret it. UPDATE: After paying $18 for two premium status they still didn't live up to their promise and we weren't able to multibox as their server couldn't detect that our characters had premium status. When we asked for a refund they proceeded to ban both our accounts. 0/10

The amount of LAG this game suffers from is unreal, 1200ms latency makes this game unplayable.

The makers of this game discriminate against people, they have indirectly stated that they refuse to let anyone outside of the US or EU play their game because we are terrorists and hackers. From the makers of Tera: "En Masse will block IPs based on region. Asia, Africa, and the Middle East are included on the block list. While we appreciate that there are players in these regions who would enjoy playing on En Masse servers, it's unfortunate that the vast majority of Internet traffic we see from these regions are from cyber-criminals relating to account theft, gold-farming and other hacking behavior."
