One of the best animated sequels ever made. The film expands the original’s themes of self-acceptance, introduces unforgettable characters (especially Puss in Boots), and perfectly balances humor, parody, and heartfelt drama. The finale with “I Need a Hero” is iconic. It elevates the franchise without losing its heart. Weakness: Slightly more focus on external conflict than internal growth.
