Love it. Season 3 episode 1. Its Cold enough to Freeze the balls on a brass monkey btw, not Freeze the bones off a brass monkey which makes no sense. Brass monkey was a brass rack for cannon balls. To freeze them to the rack meant freezing seawater **** which is below zero temperature. Show strives for accuracy in so many ways. No one at that time who spent months on a boat coming to the new world would fail to know that. Sigh.

Good effects, actors. Where are the writers from? Grade school? So the lady who can stop bullets and take away guns forgets to 3/4 of the time? Instead flings rebar around? And gets tear gassed with metal canisters from metal guns she just forgot she could take away from the oppressive cop bad guys? When the entire plot revolves around the gifted people not remembering how to use their gifts from one scene to the next, it makes for a pretty silly show to watch. The premise of the show in the X-men universe seems worth watching. The recurring plot of gifted people perpetually surrounded by cops clearly unprepared for dealing with the various gifts and the gifted people just sitting like powerless dumb bunnies gets really old. I keep thinking the cliche's will disappear soon and the actual plot so far missing will reveal itself.
