Another amazing Resident Evil game.Great graphics, cutscenes, tempo, **** for my taste, it lacked something starting from the second act; I wanted more of the same I was given in the first one. Still a great RE instance.

It's not an RPG but a semi-open-world shooter. Shallow characters, beautiful but non-interactive dead world, and again - agenda. It's worth spending some time if you have it in Game Pass, but I would never pay full price for it. The only reason I've completed it is an exposives build, which turned out to be a lot of fun. The music was also nice. Other than that, another modern gaming slop from the "used-to-be" studio.

Now, when it's finally the 1.0 version with the full story, I can finally tell here - it's among the best games in this genre. It's so unique in so many aspects. Not a 10 just because I've expected a bit more from the last patch. Aside from that, it's a must-play.

I've always wanted to complete this game, and finally started the walkthrough when Grounded 2 came out in Early Access. I've enjoyed the design, music, and atmosphere, but boy, oh boy, the gameplay was so annoying and dull. Too much grind, too much running back and forth. The power-ups and item progression are not rewarding for the efforts. I just started crying when I realized I need to farm sooooooo much to get through the final mission. But I did it, though, and I can't say I didn't regret it. P.S. I played it after completing Abiotic Factor 1.0 - maybe that's why Grounded felt so dull.

Even by 2011 standards, this game feels sooooooo mediocre. I am clueless about where such a high appraisal is coming from

Very average game. It has its moments and is sometimes engaging, but overall, it feels mediocre. I wanted to give it a solid 7, but at some point, running back and forth felt so tedious, and the endings turned out to be so not worth it...

The game was sometimes clunky in terms of controls and stealth (I generally don't like it in the games though). Still, the overall experience is unexpectedly great—graphics, music, plot, cutscenes, characters, side-missions, puzzles, and surrounding details in general- all of it is made with attention and care to the classics. Recommended.

It's a masterpiece. It's not a perfect game and has some flaws, which is OK. Nothing is perfect. These are just minor things that could've been better, not some awful stuff we see in modern games. But God, these 120 hours I've spent in this game were a pure joy. Thank you, Warhorse. You guys kept my faith in gaming, and that some people in the industry still care...

I enjoyed the aesthetics of the game. It's very ambitious, big, and complex. Unfortunately, this is what made this game bad. Technical difficulties aside, the story in this game is a nightmare of delirium. None of the characters are memorable and interesting, the dialogues are dumb, and the plot is so weird. I could not remember who these guys were, you met some doctor, then some stalker, then some stalker again, then some dude, who said there is a dude you need to find, you find this dude and he is referring to some other guy over and over again. You meet these dudes occasionally and don't remember who this dude was in the first place and his story or motivation. By the end, it's just a pile of pseudo-philosophical monologues you don't care about. In addition, this game is sooooo long and you run here and there to meet another dude you forget in 5 minutes. All these make the game unbearable at some point. The final section of the game is just a dull shooter. I give credit to the developers. The game is still unique and beautiful. But unfortunately, it fell under the weight of its ambition.
