One Battle After Another tries to present itself as a bold, hard-hitting political thriller, but instead, it just feels like a thinly veiled jab wrapped in the flimsiest of plots. Rather than building believable characters or a coherent story, the film seems far more interested in pushing a message than telling an actual narrative.Every conflict feels manufactured, every twist telegraphed, and every line of dialogue a clumsy attempt to score political points. Instead of exploring complexity, the movie leans into heavy-handed metaphors and caricatured portrayals that undermine any chance at nuance. By the time the credits roll, it’s hard to shake the feeling that the film was less about entertainment and more about preaching to the audience. If you’re looking for compelling storytelling or meaningful drama, this one is easy to skip.

If you're looking for a movie with constant feminism jokes about why men **** that are also never funny, this is it. For a movie where the main character is a comedian, you would think it would involve laughing. There is some laughing if you include her insulting people as being jokes. The main character is a failure at comedy and acting, so instead of working on those, she constantly insults one girl (who is always getting acting jobs). She finds a good guy who is very successful at stock trading and insults his appearance constantly. If you wanted an extremely unlikeable main character, you did it! I don't know if this was supposed to be satire at how cringe and terrible real-life people like this are, but if it is, it needs to be more apparent. Please don't take my word on it though. Watch the first 15 minutes and find a single joke that's not entirely about insulting someone else.

Typically, Kevin Hart/Mark Wahlberg movies are some of the funniest. Got 5 minutes into this garbage-fest just to have Kevin Hart talking to his kids about D***'s and how his daughter can have one later in life. Who thought this movie was a good idea? It's all sexual/nudity jokes, even around kids. Makes zero sense.

Easily one of the worse Marvel movies ever made. 100% copy of the winter soldier. Russians taking over minds. The only difference is this is with women. Black Widow is a side character in her own movie. It mainly focuses on her sister. As someone who doesn't notice bad special effects... these are god-awful. The characters are jumping in front of an obvious green screen with explosions in the back. For marvel...this is just a sad grab for cash.

Every movie with Chrispy Rat is amazing. Yeah, it has the typical cheesy movie fallbacks. Like unlimited ammo and unnecessary drama, but overall it is a fantastic movie with a great plot/premise. Highly recommend at least giving it a try. Anytime movie critics say the movie is meh, you know it's probably the opposite lol

Critics 100% had to be paid. This was hands-down one of the most boring and narcissistic movies I've ever watched. It's the equivalent of patting yourself on the back. Got 32 minutes in and quit.

Typical "woke" bull. No one says women can't beat up men, but when you purposely force all the men out of a movie to make it 100% women who 100% can do anything their hearts believe, its pandering crap. The only good is the effects, which lets be real. Special effect have been good for 15 years so.
