This show had so much fantastic potential; however, halfway through the first season, it all began to break down and fall apart. Janes's character is exceptionally well written, whereas John lacks luster and pathetic puppy dog character. It makes it very hard to believe he was ever a Marine. It seems like the show is more focused on Donald's personal branding than creating an amazing, believable character. I was so turned off by his character development and progression felt like I had to leave this review. Honestly was so disappointed.

LONGTIME FAN AND LOVER OF THIS SHOW UNTIL...season 3 why do this? lol So first I want to say I love the new racial diversity but the new character Erica is so F***king annoying! Like I get it the girl is the typical 80s sassy Cosby kid archetype but why that one. Not only is it mildly offensive, and ignorant but really distracts and breaks the 4th wall boo I say. Second its like you wanted to do an 80s version of American horror story...which takes away from the whole magic of the show. It becomes less sci fi and more an IT meets knock off AHS. Its sad and breaks my heart that something so good can become so watered down in the span of one season.

SPOILERS____________ This show used to be AWESOME!...that is until season 3...where they made Cas and Cole parents to make their characters relatable to appeal to the mainstream audience. The entire shows universe goes off course and becomes a bloody mess. I wonder if netflix had this show would it have stayed on course to its nitty gritty roots that made the movie so so good. Rather than the garbage it became.

show is meh. not like the comics at all despite using the characters. Just another way fox ruined iconic comic book characters to make a quick buck. To any Dc vertigo fans looking to watch the series don't. To any lonely women looking to watch shirtless men and looking to watch another mystery of the week themed show go nutzz youll love it

Daredevil Season 2 had real potential, the punisher storyline and opening episodes really packed a punch (pun intended.) However when the Elektra storyline comes into play and everything goes to **** This is where cinematic art and the Marvel Universe disappears and the television marketing department takes over. Making the whole story and 2 season seem less like an awesome Netflix Original and more like something seen on the CW. Had Daredevil continued with the Punisher storyline diving deeper into his complex character, and less on the bollywood meets kungfu romance story that is Daredevil and Elektra. We would have had a real winner instead of an extremely rushed and poorly put together 2nd half of the series. all in all I give this show a 6/10

Slightly better than the average tv shows on throughout the week. Although they could have been more similar to Fables by Vertigo and less similar to Disney princesses. This show is a bit blah and more family friendly than it needs to be.

This was awful... just awful. I mean besides the writing, acting and the subplots just being terrible. The over all episode lacked any originality. I would say that this episode was a mix of finely marketed, focus tested, and shabbily produced trash. It does not use the the comics effectively or creatively. It lacks any creative direction and at best can be described as sex in the city/ girls with superheroes.

Arrow: Season 3

This season was just slightly less awful than the first two, however Arrow still has a long way to go before being called good television... Firstly get rid of this whole Malcom Merlin garbage, Thia is a terribly boring and one dimensional character that offers little to the show and only serves to grab the tween to teen audience. As for the whole Laural Lance fiasco... Arrow is using for her hackny "character" to give us some lame and utterly immature A typical" romance skull duggery. Her character reeks of marketing statistics, Yes we get it her "character" is there to pull in the twenty something female audience, your characters piss poor dialogue and terrible subplots that hold no real relevance made that painfully clear. Her character truthfully only serves one person to the intelligent viewer other than to ensure we fast forward through her "scenes". That all being said though the show is still leaning heavily on being a poor adaptation at a Batman rip off... it has significantly improved since the first two seasons. Roy is shaping up nicely and his handle on the character that is Roy Harper is quite good. Oliver despite being in his thirties in the show and his character acting half way between a teenager and an adult is doing ok with the part. However if he were allowed to explore the characters depth more, it would serve him and the show better.

Arrow season 2 is a cheap farce the apparent knock off with star city and its similarity with the 3rd batman movie was not unnoticed. CW quit giving us rehashed garbage from great films and start giving us something worthwhile deserving of the name good entertainment. Or just keep being the one trick pony that you are. Either way I am sure some mindless idiots will keep watching. You had a real chance to create something good here, you had a great comic book classic with awesome story lines and interesting characters, and instead of using that... you gave us some cheesy soap opera catered to teens and ****. Give your viewing audience some credit and start giving us more bang for our buck rather than half assed demographic or psychographic bull crap. Otherwise your dwindling audience will just start disappearing altogether.

Season 2 is really picking up and getting significantly better. I think the CW is finally starting to get that what drives us to a show is content not, subtle marketing tactics or shirtless boys that make the girls swoon. Yes there are still some dumb immature moments and blatant batman like rip offs to drive up ratings. However things seem to be improving for the better. Lets hope that the CW doesn't backslide.

What a steaming pile of flaming **** The female lead asks like a whiny teen or 20 year old when she should be like 30+. The casting for the most part is just awful for the female cast. As someone from Toronto, read the books and is Male. This is just an over-hyped trashy way to get a hold of that twilight girl based target market. Here is a fun fact guys and girls like good plot lines, realistic casting, thought provoking dialogue and realistic plot/ character progression and development. When will tv stations learn to keep marketing and demographic sheets out of television. Because good television sells a hell of a lot more than marketed television. Arrow learned that in the second season gradually moving away from the tween- young adult market and more to the 20-25+ market. Orphan Black, Defiance, Suits all more content driven and less driven by statistics. Content drives views and ratings don't believe me? Look at the best vlogs, blogs and shows on TV. We live in a more enlightened age. So stop trying to sell us on the show and start trying to give us a compelling product we can't help but not miss.
