Another uninspired garbage rehash game in a broken engine they refuse to put any effort into fixing. This studio is dead.

The Relic we all knew and love is gone. The new crew has completely lost the plot. Cartoon graphics. Horrible balance. Awful sound design. Lack of maps. Single player is a joke. No replays. No ladder. No observation mode. This should have been an early access title. And the worst part is how tone deaf the dev team is. It's one thing if you can own up to your mistakes, but instead they pretend things are great. Awful game, awful company, RIP COH

Did you grow up playing Total Annihilation? Did you rekindle this love with Supreme Commander and its excellent expansion Forged Alliance? Only to be sorely disappointed by the lackluster Supreme Commander 2? Did you follow the Uber kickstarter? Did you watch the cool trailer and have those warm fuzzing TA/SC feelings all over again? Then you can experience the same heartbreak I did with this terrible game! I bought it for $80 and for my money it's not worth the $6 it's on sale for now. Lack of unit diversity, tech, boring terrain, the list goes on... something is wrong over at Uber, this thing was mismanaged into the ground after being funded EXTREMELY well on Kickstarter.

Boring. Bland. Grindy. I can't remember the last time I gave up on an RPG, but this one was a waste of time & money. Execution & polish were spot on, but unfortunately it's the same hackneyed story delivered in an extremely grindy MMO fashion. It has no heart, no soul. Also, boring.

5 months, 9 patches, still garbage game. Creative Assembly is officially dead to me. You have only yourself to blame if you buy their terrible games anymore.

Revising my score from a 3 to a 1 after the huge misstep that was the clan mech cash grab. This was further compounded by the "state of the inner sphere" post where the devs reveal that they've essentially been treading water, and lying to us, about feature development while they worked on getting the Mechwarrior license extended by Microsoft. CW, a feature that should have been present at launch, is now estimated as coming in Oct 2014. Who wants to spend another year mindlessly grinding cbills? Not this guy. PGI is an amateur outfit and they aren't capable of executing this game properly. Don't get your hopes up or waste your money. This game will never be anything more than mindless grind. So much wasted opportunity.
