An American sports classic that really sets a tone of pride and hope that lingers to this very day. Props to the creators of this film but mostly to the team that made a nation believe in itself again. Must watch.

Funny idea that falls into almost every trope and pitfall possible. That being said, it's a feel good watch.

How can you not be romantic about baseball? Just a feel-good movie that you can't help but like.

So many of the shots here are amazing. The idea is great, and the message is important. HOWEVER, watchability is a factor. I simply could not recommend this movie with how gore-focused it is (in such a gratuitous and unnecessary way).

Great Cameos and Cast. They stayed pretty true to the first one while staying up to date with modern golf.

Super creative idea and way of telling the story. I was a little bit thrown by the content of the story, but thoroughly enjoyed how well Wes shot it. Just a fun and (semi-) deep story about man's best friend, the feeling of rejection, and the betrayal that we sometimes feel as people. A good watch as it is deeper than you would originally think.

Fun, but ultimately nothing we haven't seen before. Enjoyable and a fun date night film, but not much special beyond that. I will say that I liked the way they told the story (timeline-wise).

Just a cool film. A great idea told at a perfect pace (at least for me). There could have been more depth to the characters, but it was enough to get the job done. A Cult-Classic in the sense that it truly only got the rapt attention of one specific age group and their parents. Of course, this deserves all of the love in the world for its simple and effective humor, outstanding animation/rendering, and a score that fits almost perfectly. The only reason that this is not a 10/10 for me is just a personal distaste for just how absurd the house lifted by balloon thing is. Alas, it's a story I loved as a kid, and it has a lot of heartfelt moments alongside a sense of true whimsy. I miss the days of seeing this for the first time, and some of these recent watches are bringing back that childhood joy and memory. So obviously a must-watch even if this wasn't made for your generation.

Enjoyed this one after not seeing it for over a decade. It's as prevalent today as it was in '08. Really simple story, but well told nonetheless. Animation has held up remarkably.

The fall off is finally here. Just felt like a money grab and an unnecessary addition to a great franchise.

Feels like A24 made it for the sole purpose of making a war movie. The real-time aspect is cool, but also tells a story that I'm not sure needs to be told. Others do it way better because they have a purpose.

This one is just flat-out fun. It isn't overly predictable and is a super cool concept while staying reasonably easy to track. I really enjoyed just how creative of an idea it was and clearly, Spielberg and Co. had a lot of fun trying different things out. A great watch.

Watchable in a very brain-dead sort of way. Ridiculous in almost every way, but sponsored by the league so you get actual NFL insignias. Wouldn't watch unless there's not much else.

An easy watch, relatively funny, and semi-informative. My issue with this one is just the style. Cutting to major celebrities to grab your attention, but also just to say that they did. The Gosling 4th wall breaks also just didn't sit right with me. Still worth your time, but nowhere near classic territory.

This one was just trying to do too much and it became sloppy and disjointed by the conclusion. Some of the themes were obviously good, but they kept getting drawn away by side story after side story. The conclusion of this trilogy isn't terrible, but left me a little bit disappointed. On to the next one.

Great performances from most of the cast really help make the transition to the silver screen near seamless. A timeless classic for fans of the franchise and most people's vision of Spider-Man comes from this right here. Must Watch.

Great cast, animation and music create an unprecedented vibe. This movie is fun and lighthearted while also carrying the weight that a spiderman movie usually has. Must watch.

6/10 temp rating. Re-Watch. Lack of understanding. Multiple references seen in other shows/movies. Felt like I was left hanging.

I enjoyed this one, but the ceiling was only so high. The performances were stellar and pieces of the plot were revealed like layers of an onion. It was compelling storytelling but felt a little bit too much like a bottle episode in my opinion.

This film is suffering for your art, personified. The directing and performances are so well done, that you almost feel as lost and confused as Nina is. When the protagonist and the audience are going through the same discoveries together, you have the potential for a very powerful piece. This one borders on madness and it does so with grace. A must-watch.

This is more of a 6.5 but I rounded up here. First off, I enjoyed the movie. It felt very realistic in a lot of aspects that, I think, other apocalyptic films miss. This seems like a scenario that could absolutely happen. However, the storytelling was a little bit lackluster at points and the film certainly became more and more predictable as we neared the end. The acting was relatively good all the way around as everyone major in the cast was able to convey complex emotions and motivations well. A good watch, but one you should be in the right mood for.

This one just flat-out missed the mark. So much potential, just wasted. Great performances by our two leads, but not enough to carry this one where it needed to go. Sequels almost always let us down. Wouldn't watch again.
