The Last of Us Part II10
Aug 8, 2023
I am only very early to the game but I have to say I am sad I believed what the internet said about this game because it is probably one of the best games I have ever played. This game's characters, their relationships, and their struggles are portrayed better than in 99% of Hollywood movies. When I am playing this game, every line of dialogue the characters say and every facial expression they make feels like it has been put there for a reason, with great care. Naughty Dog, Sony, thank you for your incredible work, and for pushing the medium of games higher, elevating it to more than just couch entertainment for the masses, but rather an artwork that will stand the test of time.

Demon's Souls7
Aug 6, 2023
The game has beautiful graphics but the gameplay sadly is the first iteration of the Souls genre, hence it is not very engaging or fluid. The game also suffers from tedious runs to bosses if you die and do not manage to kill the boss. Instead of practicing to kill the boss, you have to go through a gauntlet of annoying enemies and only make it to the boss half of the time.

The Last of Us Part I10
Aug 6, 2023
After exactly 10 years I have finally played The Last of Us, playing the upgraded version with better graphics which, in 2013 the original must have been perceived as like a game with ultra-realistic graphics back then. I have played the game after I have already seen the tv show which obviously makes the twists and the story a bit less surprising. Even after reliving the story of Joel and Ellie for a second time, it still felt emotional and pulled me in. Naughty Dog and Sony in my opinion are one of the very few companies that still create stories, video games, and other forms of media which will be talked about for a long time in the future. It is a shame that such a painstakingly and meticulously crafted game sits at a 6.8 rating, but we are on Metacritic so what can we do...

Rogue Legacy 29
Jul 10, 2023
I don't know how indie games do it, but they are consistently one of the most addicting games I get my hands on. Rogue Legacy 2 is no exception. The combat and the visuals have vastly improved compared to its predecessor which looked pixelated and didn't have nearly as much detail as this one. There are many classes, way too many if you ask me, and I have spent more than 20+ hours in the game and still have not tried them all. The only problem I have with this game is the incredible difficulty spikes caused by some bosses, sometimes even common enemies. On the other hand, the latter keeps the players on their toes by making sure any room can potentially spawn deadly enemies that can end the run in an instant. Even if that happens, there is another heir waiting to take place of their last fallen ancestor.

Resident Evil 48
Jul 10, 2023
I think the game is solid, it didn't perhaps grab me as it did other people but it is definitely worthy of anyone's time who likes survival horror games. I do not think the game has such high replayability though. I have always felt resident evil games force the player to replay the game many times to artificially inflate the play time or length of the game, whatever you want to call it. Also, I was not a big fan of the boss fights but again other people may feel differently. This game is a must-play either way.

This was a very good game. It doesn't feel linear and the atmosphere is just great. I think the gameplay was sort of tricky at first, because the controls are slightly different from a classical FPS shooters. What's a very fresh aspect of the game is innovation. If you play on Hard or Survivor difficulty, your skills are definitely going to be to the test. There is a lot of ways how you can approach the battle either if you want to charge enemies with your wrench, shoot them in the head with your tommy gun or just burn them to death. You can also set up various traps especially for big daddies. Definitely play this game.

This is an excellent indie game. It outshines other games by its innovation soundtrack and so many more things. Its a story about colourful rectangles but every one of them has personality. This game portraits rectangles as real human beings with human-like feelings. Its not just a game about rectangles. Its a game about friendship, bravery, love, and so much more

Bioshock Infinite is a masterpiece. It is a beautiful game with a great story that is going to draw you in and leave you thinking about the ending for a long time. Sometimes, it didn't even feel like a game rather a work of art. It is a perfect game and god bless you Ken Levine for your masterful storytelling, creativeness and imagination.

Call of Duty: Black Ops II9

This game is getting bad reviews because of tryhard nerds that don't get their swarm killstreak every game. Or people that get owned and simply can't acknowledge the fact that someone else is better than them. Let me tell you one thing. This game is fun and good time. The campaign was very good too but the multiplayer is what really shines. Its a lot of fun and the graphics are very polished. Don't forget that this game has zombies too! There is a lot of stuff you can do in this game and its just an amazing product! People say this game is repetitive but thats totally ok with this game! Its a classical shooter franchise! What were you people expecting? This game is going to be the same if you like it or not.

Mass Effect 39
Feb 4, 2013
I have played mass effect 2 and I can tell you that people that give this game a low score are just stupid fanboys who are 13 years old and judge the game by its ending. The game is a huge improvement from Mass Effect 2. The combat is hugely improved and everything feels more fresh to me. The level up system is more logic and more fun allowing you to experiment more. ME 2 was sometimes getting boring because there wasn't a lot of guns. Here you have more than thirty guns and each gun class has class mods! Its more fun to create gun based on your playstyle. The combat is a HUGE improvement. When I played ME 2 I felt like a robot on a battlefield that was all stiff and moved like a dummy. ME 3 complete opposite. u can jump, leap,do a roll, YOU JUST feel like a human! And this game has a multiplayer too!. Dont listen to the negative user reviews and buy this excellent game.

Mass Effect 29
Feb 4, 2013
Mass Effect 2 is amazing game from the start. The beginning tells us that this game is going to be epic and massive. The graphics are gorgeous even though the facial expressions can be bit clumsy sometimes. None of this really matters because the part where the game really shines is exploration. You can explore every planet and learn about its history and its properties. The cities are gorgeous. You can see that the developers put a lot of effort in the cities and they look really beautiful. Sadly the game faces a small problem. The combat can be very clumsy sometimes. It is not very dynamic, instead it reminds me of trenches combat in World War I. Enemies almost never rush you and as long as you stay in cover you won't die. Your movement is limited also which can make you frustrated sometimes. Overall this game is brilliant in what it tries to do. If you are fan of sci-fi games and like exploring this game is for you. Look no further.

The Walking Dead: A Telltale Games Series10

Let me get this straight. If you are a fan of left for dead then go play it. But don't expect this game to be a mindless boring shooter with stupid pickup lines. This game does something wonderful. It completely transforms you in your character and for two hours you forget who you are. You think you are in zombie apocalypse and that Clementine is your sweet pea. This game is a wonderful journey that will test your mind. You will understand that there is not always the right way. Sometimes you have to make a decision that is never gonna be good. Its just how it is. Just like in real life. The voice acting is top notch too. And just because the game has few minor bugs doesn't take away anything from this wonderful experience.

Amazing game. I like the visuals, I like the voice acting, I like the plot, I like the killing animations. I like to be a puppeteer. I can choose if I want to be an angel of death or mercy. I never felt so much like an assassin in a game ever before. I like eavesdropping on my enemies. I like using my powers because they are actually useful. I like experimenting with my weapons and pushing my skills to the limit. I like Dishonored.

Batman: Arkham City9
Dec 17, 2012
Definitely the best comic based game out there. If you are thinking about buying assassins creed III spare those 60 bucks and buy Batman Arkham city instead. This game looks gorgeous it looks exactly like arkham city. That gothic style based city is really gonna **** you in . There are so many things to find too. THe best feature is the combat though. Its really dynamic and you will feel just like batman. A must HAVE!

Borderlands 29
Dec 14, 2012
When I first tried playing borderlands 1 I didn't like it very much. But then my friend told me that borderlands 2 is refined installment that I definitely have to try. And I have to say it was worth it. You will get lost in time looting billions of chests and finding nice loot. You will also shoot guys...endlessly. And the best part is that it never really gets boring. Enemies are fun to kill and you have a lots of ways to kill them. It doesn't feel like shooter for stupid people. If your enemies are the same level as you it will be challenging. You will have to take cover and if you won't you will find yourself in second wind praying that you will survive. Borderlands is also heavily based on co-op which is big part of game. It is more fun be prepared that if you don't play with your friends your teammates can be very annoying sometimes and you will find yourself switching from game to game. If you like fancy weapons, funny dialogues, bloody limbs, and goofy robots this game is FOR YOU.

Far Cry 38
Dec 14, 2012
My thoughts are mixed about this game. I bought it the day it came out but when I started playing it i was not sure what to think. The graphics are really stunning. Farcry3 uses the same as battlefield 3 what makes the game feel very real. But frame rate can be very slow sometimes and some glitches can occur. If you like playing games that feel like a real world this is the game for you. But if you rely more on multiplayer action then consider buying black ops 2.
