Super Mario 3D All-Stars9

Most of the complaints on here are borderline idiotic. You buy the port to play the games, you’re certainly acting entitled to think you should get extra features. Mario 64 and Galaxy are masterpieces. Sunshine is a fun little different game. If you expected more that’s on you worth every penny to play these games on Switch and on the go, legally.

This game is great, I’d give it a 9/10. Gave it a 10 for the nonsensical people ever thinking this was a true multiplayer experience. It’s literally the only complaint about the game and people are giving it zero’s. One ridiculous comment I saw “Switch is a family-friendly console, this is not a family-friendly game. Instant zero.” The game doesn’t even let you name your character something obscene. You can report COMPUTER NPCs for being semi-inappropriate. How is it not family-friendly? Have y’all never played the game before? It’s a SINGLE-PLAYER LIFE SIM. It always has been and it always will be. The fact you can go visit others’ islands in itself is a huge victory. I’m really enjoying this game. The crafting is great, the tiered crafting is pretty cool too. The museum looks amazing compared to past games and I want to catch EVERYTHING! Nook miles are an interesting add, weird, but nothing too essential has been sold there thus far, and what has I’ve been easily able to get the miles for. Heck, I had over 10,000 miles within a few hours and I was playing leisurely (as it’s meant to be played). I forgot the thing runs in real time, so it forces you to take breaks unless gathering and crafting and selling are your cup o’ tea. Other games call in the meantime. Great experience thus far about 15-20 hours (play time) in. Again, if you bought this and expected it to be a full multiplayer experience, you clearly didn’t know enough about the game and shouldn’t have bought it. Your fault. End of story. I recommend everyone check this amazing game out. Hundreds of hours of entertainment.

Halo: Reach Remastered10
Dec 10, 2019
I don't agree that this game is a 10. But the red user ratings are for horrible reasons, so I'll put a 10 to combat those. I'd personally give it an 8.5. To put this into context, here's my experience with Reach so far: - 4 missions into legendary campaign - roughly 12 hours played online. Game modes: TDM, swat, grifball, objective-based one(forgot its name), and firefight To the complainers: Don't know what y'all expected, all 6 games? In perfection? These games are not just ports and clearly some of these users just want to vent and don't understand the work required to port a 360 game to pc with the modern expectations of a dumbed down younger generation. You all seem to forget it's been about a decade since this particular game has been released. There's a 2-generation console difference. Shame on the complainers. The biggest, by far, complaint in the red, whiny section, is that the game is "incomplete." This is just untrue. You can play the entirety of the campaign, you can play the entirety of multiplayer. The second I've seen is technical issues, including audio. Graphically, I've only noticed a couple glitches, like a pelican landing sideways but I was still able to get in and multiple times where Kat's glitched out. The audio difference, in some spots, is a valid complaint. But I'm not seeing the issues with the guns. I've compared side by side and the difference is literally negligible. The next complaint I've seen is "it's dated and aged." Um. Are you serious? This is a complaint? The game came out about 10 years ago. As I said above, 2 console generation difference. Of course it's going to be dated and aged. Look at any remaster of any game prior to PS4 and XBO. They ALL LOOK DATED AND AGED. That complaint is a pathetic and unsuccessful attempt to dog on the game just cause someone personally wanted an entire remake from the ground up. Then I've even seen a couple about crashing issues online. Literally rated red or yellow solely because their internet can't handle gaming. I've not crashed a single time. Not a single time. One guy said he's crashed 35% of the time (that's a you problem buddy!) and that made the game unplayable. OK so what about the other 65%? To be honest, the complaints on this are just pathetic. Do yourself a favor and spend the $10 on the game. Oh you didn't know? Yeah that's all it cost. Which makes the "I'll be asking for a refund" comments laughable. Some people just want to complain about everything. In reality, do yourself a favor and purchase this, heck purchase the entire MCC for $40. But if you're skeptical, you can get Reach alone for $10.

Ignore the 0's. This game is beautiful. This game is stunning. It is gorgeous. The story is amazing (Watch Kingsglaive first!!). The characters are likable and humorous. Some of these reviews are pathetic. "I've cleared the game in just less than 40 hours." Uh, no, you haven't. The game has been out for sixteen hours. And if you're five, six, seven, even eight hours ahead in Europe, that is maximum 24 hours. So no, you haven't cleared the game and most of the side quests. Get over yourselves. Nothing but haters putting 0s to put 0s. I gave it a 10 to combat that, but honestly I would give it a 9. The combat in this game is spectacular. It makes tedious side quests fun. And believe me, there are some tedious quests. Think World of Warcraft 2004 when every quest was either fetch X number of items, or kill X number of enemies. My sole criticism. How can you hate on Noctis and his group of friends? They're the most shelled-out, realistic group of dudes we've seen in a long time. You can relate to them, they make you laugh, they make you cry. You have to refill the gas tank, you don't replenish health after battles, you need to actually use those items you save up for the entire game. It's awesome. And even after it all, you can come back to the open world to get what you missed and trust me, you'll not get stuff, because you need to complete the game to get some stuff, you need to be way higher level to get stuff, kill stuff. The mini-games are hilarious and awesome. I love how SQE brought back betting on races and what not. Riding chocobos around. Man. And the nostalgia. The car. The old FF tunes. I've read that you get **** into a linear portion when you need to advance the story past the open world. What's the problem with that? Story is what makes an RPG, and this one so far is a doozy. I am excited to see what we get when I get there Buy this game. Play the heck out of it, you'll be sad when it's done, I'm sure.

After trading in the junk that is Black Ops III, this is defintely refreshing. From a multiplayer-only point of view, this has the potential to be above and beyond the best Halo of our time: Halo 3. People complaining about the lack of game modes: go play custom games! They've always been around, they'll always be around! I think the inclusion of Breakout Halo's version of Search and Destroy) is awesome. I like that even if you're a noob, the first shot (unless in the face with a Sniper or Rocket) typically doesn't kill you, so you can back out and re strategize what you're doing, how are you going to get behind that **** he coming to get you or not? Even the noobest of noobs will get kills and have fun. Clearly the better of the two franchises this time around (and like it's been since Reach), Halo is the better game to have for all these snowy months coming up inside gaming. :) Plus Halo's DLC isn't going to cost me 56 dollars.

Figured after the failure that was AW, I'd give this one a shot, see if the devs would actually fix some of the mistakes of the past few years. Boy was I disappointed. Picked up this junk at midnight and now, 12 hours later, traded it in today for Halo 5, a respectable first person shooter. This game is garbage, what are they trying to be Titanfall? Advanced Warfare was one step in the wrong direction and now this is three more. Anyone that gives this game anything higher than a 5 is either paid to do so, or an annoying 15 year old fan boy. The last decent CoD was MW2 and it's all been downhill from there...Treyarch almost hitting rock bottom here. I'm sure Infinity Ward will next year though. The only redeeming quality is zombies, and even that is just rehashing old CoD's. Regarding multiplayer, how are you supposed to attract new people if it's the same old schlubs that do nothing but play this all day just instantly killing them? At least with Halo, you can live past the first shot and change your strategy, at least get some kills. With this game, the people that have been playing it all day every day for 6-7 years always destroy everyone. Just not fun. This is the last time I'll be throwing $ toward the CoD franchise. Back in the days of MW2, it was extremely fun, but these last 3-4 years, it's been nothing short of pathetic. Welp, onward and forward to Halo, an actual good and competitive game for this holiday season.

Only giving this a ten to combat the zero's. This game is not a ten, by any means. But it is an extremely viable expansion to an already thriving game. I had ESO for awhile, the game is just TERRIBLE. Grind, grind ,grind, can't do this quest because you're not cool enough! Ok let's go into PVP where people have far, far higher skills than you since your level may sync but their skills don't sync down! In FFXIV:H, well in the first rendition, they do, PVP is always balanced, instances are always balanced, and while the PVP system may not be as good as, say DaOC or Destiny, it's there and it's always improving. For those who say it's grind grind grind **** back to WoW! Takes 2 days played to hit cap and then easy to get gear etc! As like FFXI, it's gonna take awhile! Get used to it! 2 months is nothing compared to MMO's back in the day! Impatience is ignorance. Please don't listen to these ignorant imbeciles. This game, plus sub, is worth every penny, especially if you've got friends to play with.

This game deserves a 5 at best, but I will give it a zero to combat all the fanboys. You must be out of your mind to give this game a 10, or 12 years old. This game has almost no positives. The only positive I can think of is Kevin Spacey. Without him, this game truly would be a zero. The graphics on next gen are great. Multiplayer still has the same issues. I get 10 hit markers, but the guy doesn't die. I die after two shots. Spawn kills are out of control. I have at least 100 spawn deaths since 11/3. Spawn, someone behind me, I die. There is nothing new to this game except guns and maps, and the AWFUL boost jump, which ruins gameplay. THIS ISN'T TITANFALL, but Sledgehammer sure did their best to copy it. At least Titanfall remains playable. All in all 4/10. Same CoD. Same angry children who don't deserve an Xbox One. Same old crap. Don't listen to the fanboys and don't spend $60 on this trash Edit/Update: Another day in and still the same garbage. 10 hit markers on a guy, yet I die in two shots. The multiplayer maps are way too wide open. Spawn kills are getting even worse. Literally spawned when a teammate was running by with a guy chasing him and died instantly. Spawned, started running and got shot in the back isntanteously. Multiplayer is utter garbage in this game. Even Ghosts was better. Part 2: Finally experienced all the multiplayer maps. Outside of the campaign, which I just beat on veteran, the game just isn't fun. Spawning and getting instantly killed more than 20% of the time, a nd going negative almost every game because of that fact is rediculous. Shooting someone first and shooting them more, getting killed. It's just not fun. The game is not fun. After two days, I will be returning this piece of garbage. Do not waste your time. And do not waste your money.

First off, this game is quite a masterpiece. The free roam ability and loot finding is awesome. It makes even rerunning missions a bit different. The score is absolutely amazing. I'm going to dissect many people's complaints here. Let's take a look at the reasons for negative comments: 1. Over 50% of the reviewers are people who just log on to post negative reviews regarding things. Click on some of their names and see. 2. People expected a Halo clone. Hellllloooo? Bungie left Halo because they were done with it. They said from the start that this would be more similar to an MMOFPS than Halo. 3. "Voice chat is limited/people don't talk." Then why did you get it on PS4 and not XBOX? Having both a PS3 and an Xbox 360 for years, Xbox is far noisier when it comes to people talking. Granted it's mostly kids but... Also, voice is in the game. That's all Bungie needed to do. The fact that it's limited does not matter. 4. "It doesn't have an offline mode." This shouldn't even be a complaint. You knew this was coming from day one. 5. "We have to shoot the same enemies, all the time." This complaint is coming from the same people who expected a Halo clone...where all you do is shoot the same **** the **** different little maps...talk about finding fault with everything... 6. "I've played for 15 hours and I'm bored." No you haven't. When these complaints came out this morning, the game had been released for literally 6 hours. Plus, this is geared toward an MMO. Have you ever played an MMO for 6 hours and quit because it was a bump and grind? I don't think so. There's a leveling process. In every RPG type game. If you played WoW for 6 hours at launch, every quest was fetch and kill, and you'd barely hit level 10 in that time (Cap was 60). How about you actually play the game and see? **** in some time and effort...even Bungie said be weary of day one reviews. Sigh, **** to be impatient I guess. This game is worth the money...pick it up.

All the 0 reviews are laughable. None of them have valid information on the game. It's all "SERVERS WON'T LAUNCH LOL BAD." Or "LOL I DON'T LIKE THE UI SO THAT MAKES IT BAD." Get a grip. Have none of you ever played MMOs before? Diablo 3 on pc launch was worse than this and people are praising the crap out of this game...were you around at WoW launch? That was a freaking ordeal. Just shut up and wait to play like everyone else. They're giving you the week you lost free time. And BTW you could log on I've been on every day since launch. You fools have no idea what you're talking about. The game itself is beautiful. Amazing. The quests in the beginning, while tailored to extreme newbies, lay out the plot for a great story down the line all the while offering a tutorial of the game's UI which, by the way translates on to ps3 amazingly. I can do things almost as fluidly as if with a keyboard and mouse (and I haven't even gotten the complete hang of it yet!) the fact that you can switch jobs later as well as combine classes to make more advanced classes is just awesome. Don't see that in too many MMOs these days. The score OMG. Amazing. I could listen to the music for days. Really. Get on this. Combat is fun and the main story lines only get better as you go on. I suggest picking this game up now that server issues have been alleviated and we can actually play. Do it.

First off, I don't believe this game deserves a 10. I'm rating it a 10 to combat the 0's and 1's who can't handle change. Let me begin by stating that this, in its own right, is a great game. Every battle is unique, I've died on one part and when I retried, it was a completely different set of enemies that attacked. That's a huge plus you need to be able to actually use weapons and their strengths/weaknesses to your advantage instead of spraying and praying (I'm talking hardcore+ not on easy of course). I've seen reviews say that you're not supposed to use cover as much as previous games. I don't know if I necessarily believe this as I've used cover as much if not more than previous games, especially using the sniper rifle. Again, true to the roots. Secondly, the game is a prequel and designed to be a filler in the Gears series, it's not really a main numbered entry. I get it, I understand how you all don't want things to change, but come on. This was a great filler into the back stories of Cole and Baird, plus two new intriguing characters. There's also a kind of continuation of Gears 3 once you obtain enough stars. Thirdly, the multiplayer is pretty cool. I like the mode overrun and the objective based modes in this game. Once you play the campaign through on Hardcore+, you have a decent understanding of what most weapons do, their strengths/weaknesses, and this definitely helps in multiplayer. Listen, games change, developers change, and ultimately, whether you like it or not, it is all about making that money for the company who produces and releases the game. We, as fans, are lucky they continue to make more entries to our favorite series. If the company continues to rehash what they've been doing without introducing new elements, everyone is going to complain just as much, probably more. People want shoot-em-up's, people want achievements, people want something to strive for. The company just added that in to maximize market potential. It's life. Halo changed, Metroid changed, Zelda changed, Mario changed, Final Fantasy changed, all franchises change to sell games. It's a part of video game life. The only franchise that hasn't is Call of Duty and everyone complains how that's "THE SAME GAME WITH DIFFERENT GUNS AND MAPS" too. I swear, you all will find something to nitpick and complain about everything. The only thing that bothers me about this game's campaign is how choppy it is. I hate the storyline being broken up by my accumulation of stars. I hate the declassify thing, albeit I can see why they added it, but it really adds to the arcade-choppy feel of the game. And without them, you barely get one star per. This is the only aspect of the game that I can say made me want to turn and run. The rest is brilliant. This is a good game. If you liked any of the series and want to learn more about Cole and Baird while getting an action-packed ride, pick this up. 8/10

LOL @ all these people hating on the game because it's different. I've played all the DMC games and this one is one of the best. The combat is fluid, the story is fun - and don't even say it's edgy because of the dialogue. People in the real world don't speak in perfect dialogue all the time, every day. I hear curse, disgusting words around me all the time, every day. So why wouldn't an actual protagonist? Get real. Don't hate on the game just because it's not the old DMC. Give it a shot. Rock it out. Have fun. Don't listen to these haters.
