Although it may not be the most robust experience, Tamagotchi Plaza does what promises to do which is to allow to interact with your tamagotchi friends through mini-games. For that, it's a 10/10. Would I want to see a full animal crossing-like rpg experience? Yes! But that would be an expectation for a future game.
