After a years worth of hot fixes and major updates Cyberpunk is finally the game we wanted. You are doing yourself a disservice by not giving it a second chance.

The Guided Fate Paradox7
Dec 20, 2013
I'm a huge fan of Disgaea and was extremely excited about this for months. NIS seems to be going through a rough patch with it's other releases. The Last Rebellion and Time and Eternity were both huge disappointments and this was supposed to be a comeback of sorts. Unfortunately a extremely gimmicky leveling system undermines a otherwise solid game. You start each dungeon at level one and lose all of your items in the event of your death. This would not be a huge problem if not for the fact the game is insanely inconsistent. A level might be a cakewalk or impossible given your luck. I have started a level surrounded by 5 monsters and instantly was either decimated or forced to escape. You also never seem to get the satisfaction of becoming stronger that you usually associate with JRPG's. The story is equally stale which is a shame given the promising premise. While much better then some recent NIS offerings this is still a long ways from Disgaea quality.

Resonance of Fate7
May 15, 2012
The 360 RPG library is not exactly extensive. RoF is a great addition that is both unique and challenging. It has good graphics, voice acting and gameplay. The plot is a complete mess but the grind to progress it should be enough resolution for you. If your looking for a mountain to climb, this games for you.

Game of Thrones3
May 15, 2012
I'm not sure why people expected this to be anything other then mediocre trash milking money from loyal fans. It's a popular book series and tv **** course they are going to capitalize by putting out a rushed product. It has terrible voice acting, graphics and buggy gameplay. Pretty much the exact formula similar titles like LOTR and Harry Potter follow. Fanboys will continue to buy these and they will continue to come out. Just don't be tricked into thinking this is anything but a mediocre title.

Alan Wake4
May 14, 2012
After wandering around in the dark fighting the same exact lumberjacks with a flash light is your idea **** time then Alan Wake is a masterpiece. Unfortunately for everyone else it's simply a "Twin Peaks" rip off with repetitive mind numbing gameplay, constant narration and a overall plot likened to one of M Night Shyamalan's failed screenplays. Go to point A, fight lumberjacks, ambush, collect thermos, go to point B, quick time event, cutscene, rince and repeat 10 times. Save your money and pick up a real survival horror game like Deadly Premonition or Resident Evil.

James Cameron's Avatar: The Game6
May 14, 2012
It's common knowlege that movie games are mediocre and are usually only worth a rent. However Avatar shakes this assumption somewhat. It's story is somewhat bland and theres definite gameplay flaws but it succeeds more then it fails. It offers plenty of interesting missions, weapons and vehicle to keep you entertained. Pandora is the true main character of the game and is well represented. The Multiplayer is also fun although getting a match is difficult. All in all this is a great game for Avatar fans and a slighty above average game for everyone else.

Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten9
May 14, 2012
Disgaea 4 is the best entry to the series since the original PS2 title. It has a perfect blend of different elements from the past three titles and other NIS hits. Combine that with a humerous plot, great characters and loads of content and you have yourself one of the best games on PS3.

Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice8
May 14, 2012
NIS's first Disgaea in the "Next Gen" is a very satisfying experience indeed. The same tried and true formula time and time again that somehow never seems to get stale. Superior writing, voice acting and gameplay once again allow Disgaea to remain king of the strategy rpg.

Dragon Age: Origins10
May 11, 2012
Dragon Age is above and beyond better then any non open world fantasy RPG on the 360. Which sounds less impressive then the game really is. It has superb voice acting, great visuals, a memorable plot and loads of content. The combat is also a treat as it incorperates strategy elements that make you think fast and use your team as a cohesive unit. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a new franchise to put faith in.

Tales of Vesperia9
May 11, 2012
Tales of Vesperia is a diamond in the barren wasteland that is the 360 JRPG library. It has a lovely look, great voice acting and extremly fun gameplay. It's a long grind to complete but well worth it. I'd recommend this game to anyone looking for a challenge without sacrificing quality.

Jumper: Griffin's Story2
May 11, 2012
Ill keep this short and sweet. This is a extremely low quality title that you can beat in one sitting. It has terrible visuals, gameplay and offers no challenge. The only reason one might seek to rent this game is the easy achievement factor.

Hulk Hogan's Main Event1
May 11, 2012
This is the single worst retail game on the 360. Hulk Hogan is a iconic figure and sticking his name on complete trash tarnishes his legacy. The only way this game deserves to be the main event, is if the event itself involves it's immediate destruction. Avoid at all costs.

Naughty Bear5
May 11, 2012
Naughty Bear is what it is. A novelty experience with novelty gameplay and overall quality. It's got a decent plot and the comedy is there but the gameplay is a mess. The camera alone almost ruins the game and if that's not enough it becomes extremely repetitive at an alarming rate. I won't be too critical because the were dealing with a extremely simple game here. Sneak around, jumping in bushes and performing the same old executions you will do 100 times. I'd recommend this as a rent only.

Divinity II: Ego Draconis4
May 11, 2012
Yet another game with good idea's and no execution. It's lack of polish is criminal as it's full of bugs, glitches and other game ending fun. It has a interesting story but due to the spotty voice acting and tedium you really have to grind it out to care. Graphically it's regular Xbox quality, gameplay wise it's repetitive and clunky. Enemies don't scale with you or respawn, instead areas are either weaker then you or much much stronger and often wandering or exploring a new place will result in fighting a impossible battle (Open world? Laugh) The supposed saving grace of this game was supposed to be the dragon combat however it's entirely boring and uninspired. Rent if you must but be warned.

Risen3
May 11, 2012
This PC port is a train wreck. Graphics are dated, controls are clunky, dialog corny and the gameplay is often glitchy or downright broken. It has some good idea's but fails to execute on a massive scale. This game is also a huge grind with constant reptition. Play at your own risk.

DreamWorks How to Train Your Dragon6
May 11, 2012
This is a very solid title that can be enjoyed by any age. It's nothing special but excells at what it's trying to do. It's a shallow "Monster Rancher" style game where you explore some of the locales from the film, collect items and well..train your dragon for the arena. It's passable graphically and the mechanics are there despite some camera issues in explore mode. Definitely worth a look if you or your kids are big fans of the film.

Jurassic Park: The Game7
May 11, 2012
Go into this game with the knowlege it's a interactive movie offering up some much needed plothole support. It's also by far better then the third movie. It has a good cast of rag tag survivers and new and old dino foes. Gameplay wise it's half CSI, half quick-time button masher. It has stellar voice acting and a unique look. If you know what to expect and enjoy these types of point and click adventures you will find Jurassic Park is actually a very competent game. Just know what your getting into before you try it.

Lost: Via Domus3
May 11, 2012
This is a game that MIGHT be worth a rent if your a hardcore fan and very forgiving. However if you happen to have standards it will leave you either irritated or bored with only a easy 1,000gs completion to make the pain go away. Apart from offering no challenge, it never offers up any inside scoop to island secrets or character revelations. The new protagonist is dull, the voice acting is bad and the game mechanics border on clunky to laughable. Worth a rent if your desperate for more lost, but do so with the knowlege it's mediocre.

Prison Break: The Conspiracy4
May 11, 2012
Mediocre is the best way to describe this game. It's very average across the board and would really only appeal to hardcore fans. The stealth system works well enough but lacks any imagination. Getting spotted is instant game over. Theres also a simplistic boxing mechanic for the few action oriented portions. I'd suggest giving this game a rent if your a big fan of prison break and feel like sneaking around some of Michael Scofields old haunts.

Record of Agarest War Zero6
May 11, 2012
Zero is a solid game by itself but seriously fails to surpass, improve or even match the original. Instead of the endless generations of past, we are left with only two. Which would be a plus if this meant the protagonist and crew were more developed or interesting. Sadly most of the characters are rather stale as is the storyline in general. Much of the gameplay is the same and graphically I can barely tell the difference from the first. This is a good game if the first title leaves you wanting more, but it offers nothing new to the table.

Bully: Scholarship Edition9
May 9, 2012
Overall this is an amazing game that puts it's GTA brethren to absolute shame. It has one of the most humerous and content filled campaigns ive played and all of it's mechanics work to perfection. Graphically it's obviously dated and it's fairly short. However i'd certainly recommend this as a must-have for 360 owners that didin't experience the original xbox version.

Final Fantasy XIII5
May 9, 2012
This game is a slap in the face to loyal FF fans. All the good things the series is known for such as character development, exploration and a wealth of extra content is thrown out for a simplistic point A to point B experience that will leave you scratching your head. The battle system is equally boring, and it's tutorial lasts about 6 hours. Graphically it's amazing and the cutscenes are stellar but apart from that it's a dismal direction for FF. I cared absolutely nothing for any of the characters 10 hours in and even less about the mangled excuse for a plot. It's worth a rent or a $9.99 or below price tag.

Man vs. Wild with Bear Grylls3
May 9, 2012
This is one of the worst games ive played in a long while. While Bear seems to take it seriously enough to put forth some good voice acting the gameplay is repetitive and extremely buggy. After 30 minutes it will be Man vs. Boredom and no rescue helicopter in the world is going to be flying into your living room. Bad graphics, simplistic yet often broken mechanics. Save currupting glitches and a ending sequence that could only be described as an afront to all things holy. Avoid at all costs...unless you really need that easy GS completion.

Binary Domain8
May 9, 2012
Recently picked this up after Syndicate ended up being a bust. It's a "Gears of War" style game with a "I-Robot meets Bladerunner" plotline. While not original it is a breath of fresh air compared to most new shooters. 10+ hours campaign and a mediocre yet playable multiplayer. You can use voice commands to talk to your squad in the campaign which is great. It has some RPG elements when it comes to your team's abilities and morale as well. Big surprise of 2012 so far.

Alpha Protocol7
May 9, 2012
The obvious flaws been discussed at great length regarding Alpha Protocol. Whether it's the glitchy mechanics, broken enemy AI's, or underwhelming graphics. However despite all these things this game delivers on it's promises. It creates a intricate spy world Robert Ludlum would be proud of. Filled with good voice acting, stellar dialogue and memorable twists and turns. More importantly the choices you make actually matter not only in a immediate sense but effecting the end-game as well. If you tough it out from start to finish you will not only enjoy the journey but be satisfied with the conclusion. In an age where nobody cares about the ending, I think this game does a great job in offering up some variety.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning6
Feb 16, 2012
I really wanted to like this game. However it's cross promotions with Mass Effect and it's cool art and screens seem to point to a unique and engaging experience. However this is not the case. The actual game is better then mediocre titles like Risen or Eco Draconis but feels extremely lazy and uninspiring compared to any of the genres staples. It's cartoonish look and fable cloned mechanics leave you wishing they bothered to put more thought into the core gameplay then trying to convince people it's good with flash and theatrics.

SoulCalibur V5
Feb 1, 2012
The worst entry in the series to date. It's a bare bones minimalist title that excells at multiplayer at ONLY multiplayer. No character endings, cutscenes, or even a vague idea of why most of the cast is even in the game. The campaign is the only storyline in the game and it only features a small portion of the roster and some only have a single line of dialogue. Speaking of the **** would think stripping away every single extra feature or mode would make them focus on making the campaign good right? Sadly it's quite terrible, scribbled drawings with naration and a few 5-second cutcenes here and there. I'm not sure what Team Soul was thinking. This game offers nothing to single player oriented fans, the only thing left to do after the campaign is...collect clothing. Which have no properties as armor and weapon stats are gone as well. This is a RENT. You can litteraly do everything this game has to offer in one nights work.

Brink6
May 11, 2011
Brink is getting mixed reviews as it should. But what i'm hearing the most is it's too hard and the allied AI is not sufficient. I'm of the minority that shooters are too easy. The single player is extremely brutal but even with one human partner all the missions are pretty easy for the avid fps gamer. I don't think anyone bought this game to play alone anyways. My opinion is this game's campaign and story are mediocre compared to Halo or Cod however the multiplayer is more engaging and fun. The levels are well crafted minus a few design flaws when it comes to "Escort" missions. The parkour gameplay while not earth **** should be mandatory in these games. In conclusion Brink is a solid game that might even be GREAT given a patch or two. It's difficult and addicting unlike the same thrown up Call of Duty we get every few years.

Dragon Age II9
Mar 14, 2011
Overall Dragon Age 2 is an improvement over the first. Combat is less repetitive and much more exciting to play. The storyline is much less epic then DA1 but makes you care of the characters in a special way especially the protagonist. The game follows a huge chunk of the main characters life and every decision you make effects your companions opinion of you and future quests. Graphically it 's far superior however improvements still need to be made. I don't understand DA fans who clamour for auto attacking and less character differences.

Mindjack5
Jan 27, 2011
This game has some good ideas but fails in execution. Enemy AI is **** cover system is worse. It felt like Alpha Protocol all over again. The controls are not much better but I got fairly used to them after trial and error. The multiplayer is this games saving grace in my opinion much like a similiarly flawed "Kane and Lynch". While extremely unbalanced the multiplayer is fun and exciting. Other good things I can say about this **** voice acting is solid, graphics passable and most importantly the gameplay while clunky is different enough to be entertaining. The storyline is like that of a bad 80's sci fi flick but not the worst ive seen. I suggest giving this game a rent or waiting for the price to drop. Oh and did I mention robotic combat apes? Yeah?

Deadly Premonition8
Jan 19, 2011
Ever think what it would be like if someone mixed together GTA and Resident Evil? Well this game comes pretty close. Never played anything like it and probably never will. The game mechanics are not going to blow you away but the sheer bang for your buck will. 19.99 new for a game that has 3 times the content as any other horror game ive played. It's easily one of the more memorable games on 360 and I recommend it.

Record of Agarest War8
Jan 19, 2011
While this game is drowning in cheesy dialogue and dating sim elements. Its also is a solid tactical rpg with a very addicting battle system. Easily the best game in this genre on the 360. PS3 might have Disgaea but hopefully 360 owners can look forward to more Agarest titles. The story is light hearted and it's characters need more development but that's really the only complaint I had. This game does so many things well it's hard to knock it.
