Some minor complaints like some weapon effects sound very weak (Plasma Guns), Campaign cant be done in Coop (only random missions). But overall a pretty fun and good game. At first i wasnt very impressed, but once you get into it and play a few missions it just seems to get better and better! Recommended, especially for WH40K fans.

Reviewers only hate this game because it is so different compared to Sacred 2. It's not a complex, open world, loot driven action rpg like the other games in the franchise. It's a fast paced, streamlined, hack & slay action rpg lite. Play it with a friend or two on the couch in front of the TV with gamepad controllers and you will absolutely have tons of fun! It's kinda like a glorified gauntlet. Lot's of action and carnage, with very little thinking required ;-) Must buy for local coop gamers. Singleplayer RPG enthusiasts probably should stay clear. It's to simple and repetitive, and the story is just an excuse to hack things up.

I am a fan of the original Master of Magic, and still play it on Dosbox to this day. Worlds of Magic is currently the closest thing to a modern day version of MoM one can find. It's good fun allready. But there are still some bugs and crashes to be found. The UI and AI could also use some improvements here and there. It's graphically unimpressive but pretty enough. With some polish and future addOns this game could become an awesome classic. Right now it's fun but feels unfinished. If you liked MoM buy it. You'll have a fun time and it will likely just get better and better :)

I long avoided this because everyone made it sound like it's extremly complex and time consuming. (like the DCS Games for instance) And i don't have that much time and patience available any more these days. But i guess tanks are just simpler machines than aircraft. I finally tried it out with the time limited 1 month license (like 10 Euro or something). Within two days i had a gunnery score of 100%, was commanding two tank platoons with mechanized infantry attached, and blowing up t-80s at 1.8 kilometers distance. Yeah it sure *is* hard to survive an engagement, but the basics are easy to learn, and it's great fun if you're looking for a good battlefield atmosphere and some realism. The included scenarios can be overwhelming, but simple yet believable engagements can be set up, and tailored to your taste in the included editor. And it doesn't require a degree in rocket physics (like the Arma Editor). This might be a military training tool. But it's also one heck of a fun game if you can spend just two days to get into it. I'd recommend it. Oh, and it runs great on my Surface Pro2 Win 8.1 Tablet with an Xbox Controller attached. So mobile tanking here i come :-)

Graphics are pretty but a bit "static" (no moving grass/branches etc). The "stop-and-go" like combat seems choppy/buggy at first until you realize it's a feature and get used to it. The automatic savepoints seem to be placed in such a way as to cause maximum frustration on intention. One of my machines hat a graphical glitch with the sky textures. Still i enjoy the game very much and have almost reached the end without getting bored so far. Atmosphere and story are good. The voice acting is everywhere, and most of it is done rather well. Once i got used to combat i found it much more tactical than usual hack-and-slash style fighting. At least on hard mode you have to time attacks/skills/dogding/healing to survive. The nice selection of non-combat skills is fun and usefull but not game changing/breaking. Your decisions and dialogue choices actually impact the storyline. To sum it up. The games not perfect, but i (a long time DSA fan/player) found it to be a lot of good fun.

A fun first person shooter, varying missions, lots of weapons, an interesting story told with lots of cutscenes and good voice acting. The Tachikoma Robot that can be comanded and even piloted by the player is a nice addition not commonly found in other games of this genre. Use of cover, caution, stealth and the right choice of weapons will get the job done. Charging in with guns blazing will usually get you killed quickly unless you are piloting your heavily armed & armored Tachikoma buddy. Graphics are nice, (gun) sounds could have been done a bit better. Controls are ok (game is playable even without auto-aim) I liked it, and i'm not a fan of the anime :-)
