Tell Me Why2

One of the worst choice games I've played for sure. The stakes are nonexistent. The characters and the arcs they go through are just a disappointment. I think the whole trans idea and accepting who you are could have been done so much better and with some other situations occuring but as it is it's just so underwhelming.

I think the concept is cool but it's gets pretty old pretty fast and I feel in a genre as oversaturated as the FPS genre you have to do something unique in your gameplay and this just comes off as generic. I do like the main character and the way his story is presented.

Gunplay and overall movement mechanics are best in class. Most legends are fun to play with the free-to-play-ness of it all not being too bad. There's a lot of importance on team play and playing well will never not be satisfying however sometimes you'll run into someone with triple your hours. Fair warning don't play if you have a gambling problem

Gripping story with nice twists and turns throughout. Art style is awesome and the environments plus the ambience will keep you on your toes. Looking forward to the sequel.

I already love rhythm games and have dipped my toes in the water of action RPGs in the past so this was a match made in heaven for me. Absurdly high quality graphics and some of the best dialogue to come out **** in a long time. All of the songs during the background are pretty great, licensed songs are a nice touch and their copyright free counterparts are still phenomenal. Literally all the characters are awesome. Just play it.

Dead by Daylight8

This game just like many multiplayer games has high-highs and very low-lows. Playing this game competitively can be an absolute mess and you'll find yourself stressing out more than relaxing but setting lower expectations and playing more casually can lead to a lot of enjoyment. Games vary and matchmaking can be weird at times but overall good. Friends are also a great time on this game as long as they keep the vibes up as well.

Borderlands 210

A game I have come back to time and time again and that's just what it is, timeless. Alone its nothing that special it still presents a fun time with interesting characters and witty writing but with friends it can be a blast to run through everything the game has to offer. All of the characters also have differing play styles and builds to offer for so much replayability. DLCs are great especially Tiny Tina's Wonderland. Also, Kraig for life!

Animal Crossing: New Horizons8

Very fun game to chill on if you can keep up with it. Once you leave it for a long while it can be daunting to tidy everything back up. Getting villagers you want can also be a hassle but the pure customization of your island is phenomenal.

Song selection is good, some of the remixes kinda fall flat also in comparison to P4: Dancing not much going on narrative wise.

Weakest of the dancing games, song selection is ok almost all of the remixes are misses. Awesome to see the Persona 3 characters in 3D

Persona 4: Dancing All Night8

Story is far too long and has an absurd amount of exposition for what this game is but you can't beat the song selection there are no bad songs in this game and the general movements and animations are awesome. The one that started it all!

It's Minecraft everyone gets on it at least once a year. Minus points because playing it alone can be pure agony although the constant updates now are great.

Pokemon Violet7
Mar 3, 2023
Is the performance bad. Yes. Are the textures pretty damn low quality. Yes. Is the game fun to play. A million times over yes. The open world format fits Pokemon so well it's a great game I think the biggest issue is that it's a shame it couldn't have been done better some of the new Pokemon are a bit lackluster like all of the future forms being all samey. Also compared to the two mainline games before it the dialogue is kept to a minimum.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus7
Mar 3, 2023
A pretty interesting side game in the Pokemon franchise experimenting with a more open world feel. I like the mechanics with stealth and catching as a whole the story overall was a bummer for me as it kept feeling samey. Also love the art style it actually makes the 3d models pop which was something they were missing in Pokemon sword. The gimmick in this game was also a bit disappointing but all the new forms are stunning.

Persona 5 Royal10
Mar 3, 2023
Improves on Persona 5 in so many ways and effectively saved a lot of what was wrong in P5. Love all the new characters interactions and the third semester is beautiful both Kasumi and Akechi had great story arcs and I actually found myself being very melancholic about the whole situation.

Persona 59
Mar 3, 2023
One of my favorites of all time I love the characters and the overall look of the game is amazing. Weakest of the persona protagonists imo and the story itself drags pretty hard in places but after replaying it 4 times it still is something I could see myself coming back to.

As Dusk Falls9

The art style can be hard to get used to for many people but this is one of the most gripping stories that I have seen in the choice format. Also rivals any other choice game in just how many situations can occur makes it truly feel unique in every playthrough.

The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles9
Mar 3, 2023
Such a unique take on the Ace Attorney series and one that I loved playing through. The characters are great and the cases while not being super difficult perfectly scratch that detective itch and all have interesting conclusions. Also Herlock Shomes might be one of my favorite characters in the series, love the juxtaposition of him compared to his source material.
