Doom Dark Ages it's the classic case of wanting to bite off more than you can chew. I immediately realized something was wrong compared to the previous games Doom (2016) and Doom Eternal ( which i really liked ). The gameplay was smooth and fun, the soundtracks were on point, the storyline was well developed, the weapons were working **** here with Dark Ages everything seems like a downgrade...even the graphics. I'm disappointed. Why didn't they just leave things as they **** all these changing if the original formula was working fine ? They tried something different, and failed...i hope they learned the lesson

I played the PS5 version, well the game is nothing but a tech demo, beautiful design and ****, that's it. It's also very short,and overall veryeasy.

Good game, unfortunately ruined by a frustrating combat system, which forces you to constantly switching keys to change spells. Also the gear balancing didn't felt good. You can't change the weapon, just the gear. Too much useless things to do added, just to give the illusion to a longer game, but the main quests weren't so much. The world felt pretty empty with proper things to do. 7/10 to me.

One of the most frustrating game i ever played in my life. First of all, the game is a clusterf_ck of lights, leds and colors which pierces your eyes. I knowdevs wanted to stick to the original game, but jeez.... The gameplay is boring, combats are bland, there are too much weapons, and the inventory is too small, the game doesn't really give you hints about what to do. So at some point you will get stuck for a long time or you will miss something....i guarantee. If you add this with a lot of backtracking too, you will get a disaster. I felt robbed, i payed this garbage for 19 euros....immediately deleted after i completed it.

One of the clunkiest combat system i ever tried in my life. Hitboxes are messed up, playing as warrior with melee attacks is simply frustrating beyond belief. It ruins the fun. Plus, i can't even finish the game because keeps crashing in the same zone ( i'm on PS5 btw ). Gratz to the developers -__-" I want my money back.

To me, the game is way inferior to the first chapter. The plot is weak, and i basically finished the game with the same weapons. You won't find armors / weapons through the gameplay. You will just see drop rings and **** that's it, the rest is just material to craft. What the heck is this ? This ruins a big part of the fun, finding things by yourself. And even with secret areas, most of them drops a ridiculous amount of items anyway. No secondary missions too. The character walks way too slow like he is waling costantly into the mud, forcing you to press L3 to run every 10 second....obnoxious (this L3 to run trend must be STOPPED is unconfortable and lead the gamepads to drifting problems ).

Good game and very good storytelling....until the ending part. Rushed and disappointing.

Terrible game. Bad camera managment and so the combat gameplay, characters with 0 charisma, which babbles a lot about trivial things during the gameplay ( just shut up, maybe ...? ), old graphical engine with slow textures loading problems, boring plot.....everything is very mediocre. It does not worth more than 5 bucks.

Fantastic game but mostly aimed towards the fans of the movie. If you don't like Robocop, then playing this game is a mistake. Given that, the game is fun and it retains the spirit of Robocop without distorting it (forget that crap remake that has nothing to do with it... the real Robocop are the 1st and 2nd chapters). Unfortunately the game have technical issues, some little things some others critical bugs.... which can occur randomly ( for example i couldn't begin eh New Game+ for a breaking game bug), and looks like devs already abandoned the game to his destiny.....shame on them. So i can't give 8/10, but 7/10.

Absolutely disappointed by this game. Combat system is confusing and clunky, animations are clunky and slow, and also the character movement are clunky. The game is interesting at the beginning but then falls into feminism propaganda ( only one male main character ), everybody else is some kind of super-woman look-alike character ), secondary missions are bland, teletransport system is a non-sense and forces you to some tedious backtracking. Most of abilities are useless, and there is an HUGE difficulty spike in the last part of the game which completely ruins the experience.

A bad action - gdr game. The plot is messy, the characters oftenkeep talking outside the cutscenes, the main character have like 0 charisma..a sack of potatoes would have been better. Controls are a bit clunky, the upgrades are basically non-existant, the plot is boring, the difficulty is super-easy. Looks like a generic low budget game for tablet. Oh, and last **** button to run it's the obnoxious "keep pressing left stick"....congratz devs, you really made the most unconfortable button to run! What they were thinking ?

......so that's all ? A "game" which looks like more a tech demo ( launched with PS5 ). Plot is terrible, boring and messed up. Gameplay is frustrating because there is no permanent upgrades, even tiny ones.... no nothing ( weapons upgrades doesn't count since you lost them aswell and you have to gain again every time ), with a pinch of "feminine power masculinity mixed" propaganda, which is so fashionable in """modern""" society. At least, they could've addeds some TRUE shortcuts near the ****, not even that. So you try try try, until the luck will be on your side and eventually beat the rooms / bosses. No, that's not the right way to do videogames, which should entertain first, difficult games are fine, but LUCK on games is another thing. The only decent thing? The graphics engine... the rest is to be forgotten. Absolutely does not deserve more than 6/1 votes, as usual reviews most of the time are not true.

What the heck is this ? Boring, tedious, clunky gameplay, messed plot, no soundtracks during the gameplay.....completely different from the first one ( which is much better ). Absolutely disappointing.

Disappointing. The combat system and general gameplay is clunky, the recoil is obnoxious (difficult to explain you have to play it ), the story is bland, the puzzle are easy and is brief too. Does not worth more than 15 bucks.

Dreadful game, the camera view is obnoxious, the black / white design is stupid, the plot is boring.

Mediocre game, uninspiring plot, stupid weapons,and you can run out easily with these ( the only "attack" would be some shoulder hit....never seen such a stupid way to attack since a lot ), flat characters, super easy "puzzles", no exploration at the island which is very small. Does not worth more than 10 bucks.

Just completed the game on PlayStation. Game was enjoyable in the first part, then becomes too messy. The camera handling is awful, the backtracking is atrocius, always lurking in the same places, the lightning engine is obnoxious ( sunlight coming through the terrain -.- ), lore is boring and the fact you can't fight back makes the whole gameplay frustrating.

I definitely suggest this game. Most of the time indie games are overrated, not this, this deserves to go into my all time favorite indie games, along with, tormented souls, f.i.s.t. , Fobia - St. Dinfna **** some others ( can't remember right now ). I hope for a sequel! P.S. The motorized Bull skull design is genius!

Everything is mediocre in this game. Soundtracks are dull, the lore is boring and basically non-existent ( just few text there and there which explains...nothing, not even cutscenes, most of phantom weapons are useless, very limited interactions between the only two characters in this **** is brief too

A perfect remake! I hope they will made also the 2nd and 3rd chapter remakes aswell.

They spent half of the budget to write boring and dull dialogues. The rest is a mediocre RPG where the character walks like an idiot, and runs too slow, so you are forced to press L3 the whole time to have a reasonable walking speed. Why not an autorun tho? Too difficult ? Then there is the gameplay which is okish but you will end up to use the same weapons / abilities because half of them are uneffective or too slow to be casted. There is no map and the secondary missions gives you weak rewards. The plot is boring, the characters have no charisma, and as the cherry on the top is plagued with a bit of "feminine power propaganda" Do not spend more than 10 bucks for this game

Mediocre little game. The last world is a clusterf_ck of colors, you can barely see projectiles or the enemies approaching towards you, and you end up getting hit, and probably die. Awful environment, also very short.

Absolutely dreadful. The gameplay, the "stealth" system, the repetitive music ( there are NO soundtracks ), clunky movements, old graphics, bad animations, generic glitches, brief like a **** the plot is mediocre at most.

Horrible. The camera is awful, and it's too close to the character. There is basically NO plot, not even text to read on screen. There is no map, the character looks like he always walks on the ice, kinda "slippery". Looks like a low budget game for toddlers with a tablet. Non existent ending. What a joke...

Game's looks and feels like from PS3 generation. Animations are clunky, loading times on PS5 are STILL too long ( like 8-10 seconds more or **** PS5 should be a blink of an eye ), weak AI, movements are clunky, voice acting are cringy, it's too **** as the cherry on the top i got bugged trophies which didn't unlock. But in the end was enjoyable ( if you don't buy it for more than 10 eur-dollar )

What a dreadful and boring RPG. Everything is dull, the plot, characters, dialogues, the hud and the combat system.

Game is mediocre. Weak design, weak plot, the last boss without checkpoints is a bulls_it, Rot searching is useless along with hats...what's the point ? And at cherry on the top, is quite short. I was expecting much more.....

This game is pure feminism propaganda. Every male character is portraited as "bad". Also too much swear words, and the plot is a mess. A failed attempt to mix up puzzle and and adventure. At some point i just skipped every cutscene and stupid dialogues. The good thing is the longevity, easily more than 25+ hours to complete every puzzle, dlc including.

I wasted 25 bucks to buy an used copy of this trash game. One the most boring and repetitive game i've played in the last decade. Also spamming L3 to run every 10 seconds is not good aswell, it's obnoxious. Repetitive, repetitive repetitive. And the plot is weak as hell. Stay away from it.
