This game is great, the single player campaign is great, online is MOSTLY great, I don't know about amiibo functionality though. The game concept is *fresh*(haha, see what I did there?), it's innovative, it's not JUST another shooter. I will list a few problems with the game: - Limited content: Splatoon started out as only 1.8 Gigs, but free DLC (Not really DLC, you don't have to download anything) comes almost regularly. - Online Communication Failures: You're in a Turf War/Ranked Battle, only to find out one of your teammates got disconnected, this happens a lot. - Splatfest: DEAR GOD, SPLATFEST. The concept is great: Two teams will fight for 24 hours, to get their team the most points possible. Here's the issue: Popularity of one team counts towards total points. During the second splatfest, our team would've won 52% to 48% if it hadn't been for Popularity of the other team (which was 63% to 37%). Also, the matchmaking isn't really good for splatfest. Which brings me to my next point: - Matchmaking: Does this even exist? The teams are chosen at random, yes, at random. 4 Rollers VS 4 Ranged can very well happen, You can be stuck with beginner while the other team is at max level, and due to connection issues, YOU CAN GET OUTNUMBERED BY THE OPPOSING TEAM (max 4 on both teams). Besides that... Splatoon is an amazing, addicting game! If you're not that good at 3rd person shooters, there's still an option for you: The Roller. The Max Level is 20, which may be low, but it takes a good while to get there. The music in this game is amazing, there's nothing really quite like it. The game's single player is FANTASTIC. I recommend playing it, especially if you're new to 3rd person shooters. It's not easy, but not too difficult. I would give this game an 8.5, but Metacritic doesn't let me.

This game feels great, the amiibo functionality is great, I love playing with Double Yoshi, it's really helpful when you play alone, and it even causes chaos sometimes! Collecting stuff in this game should be your main goal, not trying to only get through the game. There's an issue with the game however, if you want to 100% this game blind, you're gonna do some backtracking every now and then. The graphics in this game are beautiful too, it really actually looks like it could be made in real life! If you don't collect in this game, the game will be easy, if you collect though, the game will definitely be hard due to clever enemy placement and always having something new up its sleeve with every new level. The bosses are however, repetitive and easy. There is also no punishment from dying, besides losing wonder-wool and flowers you collected after reaching the last checkpoint, but it shouldn't be that hard to get those again. Also, this game has a surprising amount of stamps for Miiverse: 20 per level! You get those by collecting beads, which are the coins in this game. This game would have gotten a 10 if it wasn't for the easy bosses and backtracking.

This is how to DLC, nuff' said. You want more? Ok: The 8 new race tracks are unique and gorgeous, one of the tracks is broken, where you can constantly use shortcuts, which isn't very fun online. I only like the Link character in this DLC. The other's feel like "Just another 2 clones". The new cars, bike, wheels, and glider are cool. The fact that the brought back the MK Dasher from the DS version is just... :D

This game is flat-out AMAZING. I really like it, it's definitely a improvement, for most things, though. The gameplay is amazing and the graphics are gorgeous. 8-player smash is awesome and the big stages are fine. If you don't have a large TV, it's gonna **** though. Classic looks confusing, but it really isn't. The mini-games are quite cool and the new Smash Tour is good. I recommend playing with people, because the CPU in Smash Tour can... team up against you... :l One of the few negative things is the Stage Builder, it's alright, but there are only 4 different special things, it also **** that the Magma doesn't K.O when you are over 100% damage. You can't place much if your map is based on specials. There is no lag online, as far as I can tell. I haven't tested Amiibo with this game yet, but from what I saw, it looks cool. I'm not gonna say more, because I want you to see the rest for yourself. #GreninjaMasterRace

Wow, I had a FUN TIME with this game. Even though i went through world 1 to 8 in 3 days, The game feels fresh and Innovative, so it isn't gonna sell. Face it, it's not gonna sell, because we're too scared of wasting money on a new game, like M64, Super mario sunshine, Or Super mario world 2: Yoshi's island. Just try something new, you might just like it! Back to the review: I felt excited in the duration of the game. I had no idea what COULD happen in this game, all of which we're enjoyable. Just rush out and buy a WII U and this game. Not to mention; Mario Kart 8, SSB4. Oh boy.

"COD with mech" It's MUCH more than that! The parkour mechanic is really cool. You'd think the Titans are too overpowered, but they are EASY to disable! The titans make the battle quite chaotic, like Battlefield 4.
