There isn't a lot to say and yet there is a ton at the same time. the story is great, the graphics are amazing. It may also have the best open world in gaming, at least if you are looking for something outside of the fantasy realm. The online however leaves much to be desired and after you finish its story leaves you with next to nothing to do. The single-player experience may be as close to perfect as any game out there but when your online experience has many microtransactions and little content its hard to justify rating it to high at this point.

I honestly love this game, it looks good and sounds amazing. building a park is satisfying and in depth and i wish i could give this game a higher score, but even with recent updates there are a few factors that bring it down. For starters many of the maps are to small to truly be fun, but still aren't exactly a huge challenge. Also the sandbox mode, if you can call it that, has to be unlocked and only lets you use the stuff you already unlocked. It essentially just an island to play on that lets you mess with options. It is quite weird how they did it and i really would have liked just an island i could either play with everything unlocked and just build or essentially play the game and unlock everything as opposed to the story mode. Speaking of the story, there is a story but only in the vague sense. That being said, everything in the game does function and it functions well and the game is fun. I don't regret buying it at all, I just wish there was more to the story and sandbox island.

Kerbal is not for everyone. The game looks nice, but the controls can be frustrating. It also takes quite a bit of knowledge of physics that the game does a horrible job of teaching you so you will depend a lot of the expansive online community that is mostly dedicated to the PC version of the game If you are okay with the learning curve tho this game can be a lot of fun. The fun of a successful launch and mission after failure is exciting and fun and can't be discounted.

This game is simply not good. The controls are bad, the menus are bad the explanations on most things are bad. Graphically the game is pretty solid for the price they are charging since obviously this isn't a AAA title so anyone expecting perfection and greatness is unreasonable, however at times the game is almost unplayable. I spent like $2 on the game and i regret it.

Monster Hunter World is a beautiful and fun game with a story that mostly felt added on to keep things going. This is okay because honestly that is exactly what it was there for. This game mostly revolves around killing monsters to make better equipment so you can kill bigger and stronger monsters. It is an oddly fun and addictive experience. That however doesn't save it from the fact that it is still a game that fails to deliver in a meaningful story experience or that it does get very repetitive.

If you missed this game at its original release now is the time to experience this one. The HD remake is extremely well done with improved sound and visuals. Between the story, item world and the ability to power up enemies and your characters to insane levels the game play options are vast. The game obviously is not perfect, some of the battles are difficulty not because of the enemies but because of their seemingly careless design and at times the dialogue can be exceptionally corny. All in all tho the game is a great time.

This game is designed for very specific people. If you are find simulation games fun and are comfortable with simply driving around and enjoying the view you will enjoy this game. However if repetitive game play and pure simulation isn't your thing you will quickly become bored and want to move on. The graphics aren't great but they are hardly terrible. For the right person tho, this game is great.

Elite Dangerous is best described as a space simulator. In a galaxy of billions of planets you are one person and the galaxy treats you as such. There are many people that will hate this and others that will love it. Some will see this as a boring long drawn out issue, others will see this as a beautiful galaxy to be explored. The game isn't for everyone tho and it will take hundreds of hours to get the best ships in the game,

Kerbal is one of those games people will love or hate, not because there is anything wrong with it, but because of what you have to put into it. Sure you can sit down and play it for 5 minutes or 5 hours, that really isn't the issue. The game just has a HUGE learning curve. Running a space program takes a lot of work and a lot of trial and error. The tutorials will be a god send and will help, but you will fail a lot aiming for the stars and success. Failure is actually half the fun.

The worms games are always going to be a mixed bag. The controls are always tank like and this is no exception and visually they are average at best. The campaign mode this time around is lackluster but passable. However the online multiplayer works well and is a lot of fun. From making your own clan to battling it out with complete strangers everything works as it should.

This game is honestly one of the best hunting games ever created, tho the competition isn't exactly stiff. At times the game actually feels more like a walking simulator. The reason for that is as anyone that has ever been hunting will tell you is most of your time is spent just hanging out in the woods surrounding by the beauty of nature. I have been hunting, I love hunting. I enjoy this game. But not every activity makes for a fun game. The Hunter is a beautiful amazing hunting simulator, but it isn't always fun.

Every so often I come across a game that reminds me **** from my childhood that brings me on a nostalgia trip for days or even weeks on end. It is very rare I come across a game that does that, and is at the same time better. **** Valley is that game. Growing crops, getting married, fishing, fixing up the community center. The game itself is graphically old fashioned but nice and the sound is a nice throwback to a time when things were simple, but it is done in a way that sounds modern. If you were a fan of Harvest Moon, check this one out.

Remember when Sim City was good? Cities:Skylines will bring you back to that. The controls work well for a computer game on a console. Graphically the game looks nice but it does suffer from occasional frame rate drops but nothing that will mess with the game experience in any meaningful way outside of being a minor nuisance. Building a city can be highly addictive at times, but there are things missing. The lack of real natural disasters is a bit disappointing for example.

I picked it up for the PS4 because honestly with age comes wisdom. All these years later I have to admit. I hate the story, the battle system is boring and I still only like Balthier. Much of what made this game scary at times was what wasn't there. Many times instead of just tossing blood and dead bodies everywhere the area seemed quite peaceful. Normally you would expect the usual jump scare and of course you got these at times, but some times it was something as simple as a change in scenery but now you were in a grotesque setting. The Evil Within 2 has improved from the first in every way imaginable, the graphics, the story, the controls. This game is everything a sequel should be. It changed where it needed to, but stayed the same enough that you knew what you were playing.

There is a lot to be said about this game. In fact I am not sure it can be said in the confines of the character limit of this review. Most people seem to have a love hate relationship with this game. At its core it is a space simulation game consisting of an entire galaxy to explore. That galaxy also does not care about you. You aren't a hero or some chosen one. You start with a small ship and a short mission then are sent off to so as you will. Want to go mine an asteroid? Go for it. Shoot some criminals? Be a criminal? Also both options. For some people however, these will all be negatives. Making money and gaining ranks is also very time consuming and will turn many people away. The game isn't for everyone, but for those into time consuming simulation style games the game is amazing.

Finally console players get to live their dream of playing The Sims the same way people on PC do. Sort of. The content is the same and graphically it is similar. My time with The Sims 4 was fun, I enjoyed watching my sim work and live, fall in love, die and his kids and grand kids grow. The controls weren't bad, but they weren't as good as on PC and they did take some getting used to. I must admit, I don't regret this purchase, but I see how many would.

This game as a kid felt amazing. Like it was an epic quest that could never be matched. Since than I am not sure it has, but I was happy to see it return. It has stood the test of time for any and all fans of the series, and for those new to role playing games this is a great place to jump in. The story is great, the graphics still hold up nice and the characters are lovable and well done. My only real issue is they used the IOS and Android version, and those huge grey blocks they used for the battle menu get in the way.
