The game is everything we, table top fans, were waiting for decades. Solid combat of the XCOM style, very faithful to the Battletech mechanics and lore.

The only sin of this sequel of the excellent and extremely addicting Making History Gold is to be released 1 month earlier. Most of the issues found in the first version where fixed in a few weeks. The game is now running much better (crashes fixed, performance optimized) and AI was very improved. Making History 1 had a simple presentation, but was very fun to play, specially if you download one of the dozens user-made scenarios. If the developers continue to improve the game, listen to the community requests, add new scenarios and new features (as they are doing right now), I will love this game as much as I love the first installment. Perfect for fans of grand strategy games (like Civilizations and Hearts of Iron) and World War II. And worths a second chance. *************************************************************** UP: pick an underdeveloped country and make it a super power.
