Like most A24 movies, the first two-thirds is solid albeit unspectacular with what appears to be a slow burn and some interesting themes introduced, before the third act comes, and the movie is slowed to a screeching halt and you are left completely unsatisfied by the ending and the fact that it seems everything you watched was retconned in about 15 minutes.

I think the movie was better than what critics seemed to have believed it to be at the time of its release. Not anything I would watch a second time, as the slow burn that the movie had fizzled in the last third. If you turn your brain off and don't think about many of the unanswered questions Dakota Fanning's character gave you, then I think there's a solid albeit unspectacular psychological thriller that was mostly forgotten with time.

I saw this movie instead of Spider-Man to fulfill my big budget movie fix the day before Christmas Eve because the theater was less jam-packed and I was a casual fan of the first two movies in the trilogy. I ended up falling asleep in my chair for only the second time ever in my filmgoing experience (the first being when I saw Lincoln almost a decade ago at a midnight showing after a long day). The plot is an incoherent mess and the pseudo-political messaging is some of the laziest and lamest contrived garbage you will see in a film. There are cheaper and more enjoyable ways to spend two and a half hours of your time.

I'm shocked that this is only rated a 65 by the critics. This was without a doubt a better told story than The Force Awakens, and the characters had much more likability than The Force Awakens. Looking forward to the next story told in between trilogy films. (I believe the next one is about Han Solo's origins.)

This movie's only redeemable quality was a theme song by Leann Rimes that has since become a guilty pleasure of mine. Otherwise, this movie is a steaming pile of dog **** and a terrible romantic comedy.

Definitely my favorite Bond movie. Not the best, but it's still good. Pierce Brosnan's debut as Bond is very convincing, and the movie is very fast paced.

As someone who was extremely disappointed with the Men in Black 2 sequel, I can say that Men in Black 3 is FAR more superior to its predecessor. A good movie, with a somewhat confusing plot, but it doesn't take away from the experience, and great action make this a must-see for any fan of the series.

Ummm.. Yeah if you could go ahead and give this movie a 10, as it is one of the most underrated and underappreciated movies of all-time, that would be greaat.....

A movie that at first glance looks like some beat-em-up comedy-drama with Brad Pitt, is soooo much more after you watch it. Check it out, although you may have to re-watch it to understand the deeper meaning involved.

Seann William Scott plays a former bar security guard who is enlisted to join a minor league hockey team as someone to beat the living hell out of other opposing team fighters, a 'goon' as the title would state. Definitely something to check out if you have free time. A great sports comedy that isn't a 'Slap Shot', but instead a one-of-a-kind.

Acting wasnt bad to begin with, then it just started getting corny and predictable, and the way the ragtag group figures out where booby traps are and where they aren't is just plain STUPID i might add. Ending left something to be desired, but overall a good horror movie made bad by poor acting, a lack of character development, and a story with no real ending
