As a trophy hunter, I love going into a game that has Zero missable trophies. After wonderful experiences with the first Marvel Spiderman on PS4 and Miles Morales on PS5, I preordered the game confident I’d have a lot of fun. Spiderman 2 exceeded my expectations. The game play, graphics, attention to detail Dual Sense controller feedback, music, story and feeling of empowerment were all excellent. Redemption and overcoming the need for revenge had an emotional impact on me personally and are lessons we could all use in a hateful world today. Great game. Thank you Sony and Insomniac.

During development and before release of this game, I wonder how many developers, studio executives and game testers decided to overlook the obvious flaws in this game, “The lord of the rings: Gollum.” How many people gave it their stamp of approval. I feel betrayed as both a Lord of the Rings fan and a gamer in general. The poor graphics, sloppy controls, bugs/glitches and uninspired gameplay made me regret preordering this game. I wanted to love this game. I wanted it to succeed before it released because of my positive past experiences with the Peter Jackson Movies and PS4 generation games, Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War. Take a look at my other reviews if you’re thinking I’m just a bitter person. Most of my reviews are positive and upbeat. This game is $5 bargain bin, anecdotal fodder and hopefully a lesson learned for future LOTR games.

Easy, fast Platinum for you trophy hunters out there. Has an old school arcade feel. Enjoyable and very little thinking required. For what it is, it does it well.

As usual I’m late to the party because I tend to wait for games to drop in price and as a platinum trophy Hunter I like to get 100% of all trophies/achievements including all of the DLCs. This was my first experience with the Just Cause franchise. I read a lot of reviews talking about the bugs and glitches, but I had very few problems. I truly enjoyed the game for its action, grapple hook/hover board, emphasis on solo/single player, relatively easy trophy list and variety of the 3 DLCs and ease of finding fun things to do. Avalanche and Square Enid did a great job. My one complaint is the long grind of the three trophies associated with stunt, vehicle and speed challenges. Dear Developers, with all due love and respect, If you exceed 100 challenges in three separate categories… for bronze trophies with a current completion of 0.4%, you might have gone overboard lol. Loved it, did 100% of the trophies. The DLC is more difficult than the base game but worth it.

I first played this game in 2017 and as a trophy hunter was disappointed at the multiplayer requirements. I love the story mode and game play enough to come back in 2020 to finish off the platinum. Highly recommended that you check out guides and boost mp trophies with partners with the same trophy goals.

Excellent game with excellent voice acting and engaging story. I’m a PS4 trophy hunter and recommend using a guide since there are missable trophies. My rating would have been a “9” but the game glitched/bugged and closed out several times. Overall I highly recommend this title if you enjoy card game based combat, strategy and a rich story.

Spent countless hours in raid mode on PS3 and went back to platinum trophy the game on PS4. Underrated and awesome

My most rare platinum at 0.3% due to the grind of countdown and invisible modes in campaign. Raid mode is the best feature imo
