So technically this game is probably a 5 out of 10. However this game time and again has regressed from previous versions and never fixes existing issues. the RTG mode is so awful now, you can't even choose your plays. It was a good idea, but instead it ends up the coach only calls runs and you're a QB. But the greatest offense that it so dumb every year is Notre Dame. In RTG I went back to back 5OT games against them. Why? Because they are always straight 99 ratings. I get it. Notre Dame has lots of fans. Everyone loves them. But come one, they have been good once in the last 15 years. and 5OTs! 60 point games! when was the last major conference game like that? It doesn't happen ever.

If you have half a brain, this game is a huge rip off at full price. I paid 20 bucks and beat it in 4 hours.I know other people can't solve puzzles and it takes them longer, but I would not recommend this at 60. Overall it is fun, but SHORT!

Awesome ending the the game (but it isn't the ending!). It would have worked a lot better as an epilogue mission, but whatever. Anyways Really fun playing and figuring out your past. A little bit of problems with the story telling and the ending is kind of weird, but overall worth the buy.

Great games. Great value. TF2 is kind of a useless add-on (for consoles that is). Otherwise if you haven't played any of HL2 and of course Portal, then get this!

My biggest complaints are the length and the piss poor rendering of Zion National Park. They really butchered the 'Three Patriachs' the biggest feature of Zion. Anyways the plot is interesting enough and its really cool to meet Joshua Graham and talk to him. I do like that you can travel here after completion.

Fallout: New Vegas - Dead Money6

Started out fun, but is really wonky on when it is and isn't fun. The companions are great to hang out with, but the missions get really tedious until you enter the casino. Then its fun again and boring and fun. I weakly recommend but only if you want to learn about Father Elijah (you could also just read the wiki)

Well written, very funny, interesting plot. My biggest complaint is the end kinds of peters out with no thrilling conclusion. Otherwise it is awesome the whole time, and definitely worth the price.

A really awesome game. Can be a little repetitive, but genuinely funny. Also a lot of faults can be forgiven at the ridiculously cheap price point. If you aren't a foaming COD junkie I recommend it heavily.

Ah Day 1 DLC that was finished back in July. Pathetic excuses for it to not be on the disc, but more importantly its not a very good DLC. Maybe a 3-4 if it came out in three months, but the fact its also Day 1 pushes it to a zero.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic10

Arguably my favorite game of all time (I'll admit, the Star Wars part does help). Don't mistake this as fanboy of Star Wars, but it did help the game having an established background. That being said it is very independent from the plots of the movies, and has an awesome plot with a great twist. Compelling narritive, great alien races, HK-47, Great crew, Good combat, Awesome Jedi powers, and a good moral choice system (as in if you're dark side, dark side force powers, which are more powerful, cost less, but people don't like you). I could go on gushing, but I am bored, just if you have never played this game, do so! It's awesome.

I will start by saying, if this was a new IP the score would be in the 5-6 range, but it is the final game in a trilogy and therefore I have certain expectations going into it. First, the endings are just awful, so rage inducingly awful, like throw my controller through the TV for playing through 3 games to end with this awful. The dialogue is hilariously poorly written, as if they hired the lead writer from MW3 to write it. The choices made through the first game barely matter because everything plot important comes back regardless of previous choices. There are a bunch of shoehorned unnecessary characters such as **** McGee (Jessica Chobot) and meathead mcmulligan (Freddie Prinze Jr.). The game play itself is littered with terrible design decisions such as arbitrary timers, the scanning mechanic where you die, and the killing off of characters for unexplainable reasons. There is the stolen artwork for the ending sequence and Tali's real face. The DAY 1 DLC! I could go on for a long time, but I am tired from typing so I will end with this: I feel Bioware has betrayed me and the series by this atrocious bomb **** and by selling out the franchise to EA. I was devastated by this game, and before it came out I thought Bioware could do wrong, but now I know to never buy a game from them again.

Very hard to talk about as a game, which may be the 9/10. But I have put tons of hours into this and watched it evolve from alpha, to beta, to release and get better and better. A lot of fun if you like building stuff, if you are a MW3 fan, then you might want to stay away.

I thought it was the best in the series but it still has a really dumb overarching plot. Great fun playing in Rome, really fun assassinations, really fun side missions. Overall great, but ruined by French Canadians trying to write an edgy non-American plot.

Fallout: New Vegas7

A bit mixed between this and Fallout 3. I absolutely loved reputation system, the location, and the gameplay. My problems involved awful game breaking glitches (I couldn't play the game for 1.5 months), a lackluster main plot, and faction crossover problems. Overall it improved in many areas and stepped back in many others. Would be a 9 if not for the glitches.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion8
Mar 6, 2012
A great game marred by poor design decisions. I'll admit I might have rated this a 9 if I hadn't finished Skyrim before writing this review. It's incredibly fun and addicting, but it never is that immersive. It is almost insistent on yanking the player out the world constantly be it from glitches, meta gaming, or just annoying controls. Still really fun and I recommend playing ,even if the ending is a bit anti-climatic.

The game itself was an 8 or 9, but the DLC was fantastic. Sheogorath is hilarious. It adds a whole new world to the game, similar to Point Lookout in Fallout 3. Interesting dichotomy of mania and dementia. Great main plot and if you desire side plots as well.

One of the most dissapointing games of all time. An awful awful awful singleplayer with a stupid stupid ploat. (Seriously, Russia invades the US over a civilian terrorist attack, wat?). A hilariously unbalanced multiplayer that was incredibly frustrating. Bad DLC map packs. I'll admit Spec Ops was really fun, but that was such a small chunk of the game.

I still play this after 5 years. It has gotten pretty bad online in the last year and a half because mods don't regulate, but you can still sometimes find good matches. Single players was awesome and compelling and almost flawless if not for the slap in the face ending. Multiplayer was very balanced except for juggernaut and painkiller. Otherwise one of the best FPS's ever made.

Mass Effect 28
Mar 6, 2012
Good game, but not quite as good of a story as the first one. Combat was improved, but at the cost of a lot of the fun things from the first game. These are as bad of knocks because it is the middle game and has to continue the plot but leave enough for another game. I will complain a little about the females in the game. You have the perfect girl (Miranda) who complains she is too **** the Vietnam vet who is a jerk but then everyone should like her because she actually has a ton of daddy issues (Jack). Kind of annoying. Would be a 9 if not for all the obviously cut story for DLC.

I'll admit this game has problems, but they are so minor. I have put 180 hours into this game, gotten every achievement (cool, right?), and pretty much done every quest possible. First the problems: Some quests become un-completable because of glitches. Money is a little broken as in early is really rare and later you have nothing to spend it on. After the main Dragon quest is done the game loses a lot of the epicness. Also the voice acting is a little to repetitive and there are problems with having companions, and the map screen ****. Those may sound like a lot of nitpicks, and they are. The game is hard to put down. Its incredibly addicting, an awesome plot, and really fun quests. It's really really beautiful, the dragon fights are awesome, and the civil war has interesting political ramifications. I really have a lot of great things to say, but don't feel like typing it all. Definite must but.
