Such a shame because behind all the unoptimized mess, terrible framerates (yes, even in cutscenes) general glitchyness, cringe writing in the second half of the game, poorly explained critical plot points, undercooked gameplay.. believe it or not, there's actually a decent game with potential buried under a mountain of turd! So much wasted potential, and with an ending that effectively cuts to black and it's done, oufff. Maybe pick up on a deep-deep discount if you're willing to look past a mountain of trash in order to find a very very rough diamond lying within there somewhere...

Absolute Masterpiece, some of the best writing and characters I've ever seen in a video game, truly a transcendent experience giving one of the best showcases that games can be art. Easily a must-play experience for any gamer, whether you like turn-based or not, it won't matter - this game will draw you in and keep you coming back into the canvas!

Innovative, fresh and a logical progression for Hazelight and their formula without feeling played out before. Heaps of creativity with this one showing their talent and ability to keep upping the ante for the entire playthrough. This company is single handedly carrying the couch co-op genre in 2025 and it shows. Other studios take note, this is how it's done!

Amazing story, fit right in with the Indiana Jones cannon, atmosphere, tone and biomes all feeling straight out of the films made with passion for the franchise and giving fan service without an over-reliance on it. Been a while since I enjoyed a stealth game with a strong story, excellent gameplay for the most part despite some odd AI vision cone detection here and there, was minor though so didn't impact overall enjoyment. Gameplay felt innovative with excellent well thought out puzzles making you truly feel like you're playing the films discovering mysteries with satisfaction. They actually nailed it, simple as that

Absolutely terrible AI, their vision cone is bugged making stealth a non-existent playstyle, so the alternative is to engage in a gunfight however all the enemies will b-line straight to you then 30 seconds later they'll have a "must've been the wind" moment. World is uninteresting, barren is the point ofcourse, except there's hardly ever anything fun or interesting to stumble across. Combat encouters for that matter are so few and far between; I was averaging maybe 1 gunfight per hour if I was lucky. Monster combat is so uninteresting and dull, literal just braindead tank them until they drop - 0 strategy involved and you get nothing for the effort. Story is lame, same as the voice acting and delivery; made me uninterested in anything that was happening. Anomalies just serve to annoy you more than anything, doesn't feel well integrated into making fun or engaging gameplay. After 10 hours or so I just couldn't be stuffed anymore, the juice isn't worth the squeeze. Despite sometimes when dropping enemies it would feel fun , but the moments of fun were so miniscule and short lived with so much meh in between; after 10hours + I couldn't see the point in wasting my time with such undercooked nonsense anymore.

Essentially Rogue Squadron but with mid-tier missions, set pieces and story. Rather forgettable.

Finally a horror game that genuinely had me on edge the entire playthrough! Truly refreshing, excellent writing, atmosphere and up there with some of the best Survival Horrors of the modern era. Shame there were some performance issues on PC, however this is a must-play, coming from someone who's never played a Silent Hill game before I was pleasantly surprised with it's nuance and depth.

Fantastic atmosphere that absolutely nails the feeling and vibe of the Warhammer 40K universe, it's no-nonsense straight to the guts and glory approach is very welcomed in the modern-era of gaming. Immersive gameplay, great visuals and spectacular spectacle of battles makes it really feel like you're apart of massive battles that excel in being as engaging for both newcomers to the Warhammer 40K universe and seasoned veterans of the tabletop alike. Really draws you into the world and makes you want to learn more about the lore. Unfortunately at release there was no Ultrawide for PC, but a small gripe for a very enjoyable campaign this one offers.

Complete downgrade from RE2 Remake that came out a year prior, this is so undercooked it's a joke. Not only is it a mere 4.5hrs of game time long but Nemesis as a boss was totally lame, repetitive and for me my camera was always bugged in the two near identical iterations of two of the fights. Most of the new enemy designs were lame-as hell too, nothing was fun to fight this time-round. I was almost glad to be done with it so quickly, which is a new low for me with the RE series. RE2 and RE4 remake are very much more worth your time!

Most generous 6/10 I could possibly give. Any higher is objectively incorrect, it's not even a matter of opinion, Disclaimer: I've put nearly 100 hours into the game now - not only is this one of the buggiest bethesda launches to date (Don't listen to fanboys saying it's the least) but the real problem is more so that the entire purpose of creating this new IP, the space exploration component of this game is literally the worst part of this game! And don't even get me started on the main story quest line, wow. They played it very safe with this one I assure you (no spoilers! Although there isn't much to spoil...) The ending had next to no payoff whatsoever, could see it coming from a mile away without any real creativity being put into the concept, they're just chasing contemporary entertainment trends and adding nothing of substance to the trope. Most mid-Bethesda game I've played. Actually made me nostalgic for Fallout 4 somehow, wow. Absolutely killed any hope I had for Elder Scrolls VI at this point. RIP Bethesda, your glory days are well and truly over. Maybe in 4 years when the modders actually put in the effort to flesh out the universe you set up, will we actually be able to play "Starfield", cause this wasn't it chief.
