Despite trying something new, the game does not deliver on the ambition. The multiplayer is far more frustrating than previously and the gun customization has been neutered down. Do not buy, keep playing Modern Warfare. If you do not have Modern Warfare 2019; it will be the better option both for single and multiplayer.

I bought this game on the premise that the Campaign would get an overhaul, that gaps in the lore would be filled, new improved cutscenes and World of Warcraft compatibility. While the game is improved graphically, the rest is shoddy work. Blizzard must commit to realising their 2018 vision.

Time Played (In-Game Time): 1d 18h 36m 02s First of all, let us get right to the good parts. The world is awesome, the charactersmith (while lackluster in the long run) is awesome and so is the Gunsmith. I would also like to cite down many of the characters in the game being awesome. I took a real liking to Bowman and many of the minor bosses who all had distinct personalities - with some you actually feel quite a bit of sympathy for. The problem is how this interlocks with the story. The story is average; mostly because the overall objective itself is not the story; the smaller battles waged against the local boss are. While the self-contained areas are nice, it feels crappy that they are not affecting the larger story or the world in general. Plot advances should have affected the world. As for the ending(s), I have only this to say. I confronted El Sueno with 100% Cartel Destabilisation and now I have to do it all over again just to see a different ending? **** that, the ending I got was satisfying enough and I do not see why it is called the "Bad" ending. Speaking of that, since I already had 100% destabilisation, I really ought to get the other ending at once. Gameplay wise, the game is lauded as the best of Ubisofts Open World Formula. I do not agree, because such a system would obviously have the outpost system from Far Cry or something very similar to it. There is no way to secure more ground save for the unlocked safe houses and no way to actually see the rebels advance. As for Vehicles, they are still a mess. Driving is far more complicated than it has to be, Armed Helicopters have no way of aiming your weapons making any sort of air support or air assaults futile. Having completed the game solo, all I can express is disappointment over the AI Companions who are dumb as bricks and can do exactly three things well. Running alongside you and just shooting is not one of them. I have also played a lot of Co-Op. This is a lot more fun but here there are issues here too. While flying, there are A LOT of freezes and that is just infuriating. The fact that squad banter is bugged here too since "everyone" is Nomad is just silly. The integration with NVIDIA Ansel is a great idea but poorly executed. The latests patch that was supposed to fix many of the bugs simply added new ones. Before the game was released, I made a point that some of the things brought up in the Beta would not affect my decision to purchase the game. They do however affect the total score and I will hold off with the season pass until I notice some real improvement. The lack of AI Customization, the rather stupid behaviour of the AI Ghosts, the somewhat disjointed story that do not affect the game world all drags what is otherwise a pretty awesome game. Total Score: 75 out of 100. Holt out.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands

In the core concept, Ghost Recon Wildlands is a fun title combing the best of the Ubisoft classic Open World experiences - be it from Far Cry, Assassins Creed or Watch Dogs. However the developers have so far failed to take consumer feedback into account. While this is not a deal-breaker, the sheer amount of good suggestions that never made it + the sheer audacity to charge for country flags is dragging down the games score.

Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak

When it comes to franchises, I would feel that the most important thing is feeling. Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak have plenty of feeling. It feels like a Homeworld game should while still inventing upon what makes the game good. It does not shy away from re-invention. It is not afraid to take risks. The music is terrific and adds a lot to the feeling - as does the story. While I have my doubts about some of it, it also explains other things without making them blatantly obvious. This is the Homeworld game we wanted. This is the game that is what Blackbird once told us it would be. This game is excellent.

If you are looking for a solid, multiplayer FPS title - look no further. You found it. Rainbow Six: Siege provides an intense multiplayer experience unlike any on the market today. While Insurgency has the same punishing mechanics and tactics and Counter Strike has similar objective and one-life foundation, nobody has yet to mix the titles until now. The result is glorious. Any fan of tactical FPS need to have this in their collection.

The story is great, no denying that. But choices? Why have them when some of them - even the important, flagged ones! - hardly seem to matter at all! It works for playing trough once - and pretending your choices matter.

This is the Remastered Version Homeworld needed and deserved. While there are a few bugs and lacking features from the original games, it is a really solid and well-done title. Well worth your time and money.

It does not rate the asking price. Single Player is decent, bordering on bad. Multiplayer is decent, but I could just as well continue playing Battlefield 4. It does not take the theme they brought in seriously. Its a a mix of Payday 2 and Battlefield. While I still play it, I expect myself to return to Battlefield 4 before long due to a lack of variety.
