genuinely do not understand the hate this game gets at all. it’s a fun, cute game. those who say it’s “uncontrollable” are honestly just people who hate anything that’s different. sure, it doesn’t play like NFS, or Midnight Club, but it’s still a fun game.

this game is seriously fun. i don’t understand the hate it gets. it’s the only “Motorsport” style racing game where i don’t find the Campaign to be boring, so it has to be doing something special. the car list is very large, especially with all the DLC, the physics are very forgiving and easy to get used to. think of it like Need For Speed Shift 3 (ironically matching the 3 in it actual name), but better executed. the only thing i will say is the draw distance and tracks/objects in Photo Mode can be pretty bad sometimes, but otherwise this is a great, overall fun game that suffered from gamers being overall ungrateful, overly critical brats slamming it for no good reason. give this game a shot, and consider it its own game, rather than trying to critique as a PC1 and PC2 follow up, and you will be left surprised! P.S. this game also got a 60 FPS update for Xbox Series (and i would hope PS5 too) which is fantastic tbh

played this game as a kid… and somehow thought it was enjoyable?? this game is absolute trash. terrible. 0/10

a great game for the DS! visuals are surprisingly very good for DS standards, and it feels like a reskin of Need For Speed Underground 2 for NDS, and dare i say, i actually kind of prefer the handling model of this game in some cases. 8/10, very solid, fun experience!

…why all the hate?? this game is a very solid Madden experience on the go. the only downside is that it’s hard to play Defense, but this can very easily be fixed by turning up the User Defense sliders. actually, this game is better than its Console counterparts in one aspect, and that is that the Quarterback actually throws the Football when you press the button that tells them to do so. there’s not 2 seconds of delay. 10/10, most certainly a great Madden experience, if you’re not wanting to drain your phone battery!

absolutely love this game!! the rocket jumping, space jumping, whatever it’s called gives this game a unique feel, and it’s so much fun tbh! i think half the reason i love this game so much is because of that. the gameplay is also good, and the guns offered are cool too! it’s not Black Ops 1 or 2 level of guns (those are my favs) but still fun nonetheless. 10/10, love it!!

this might be the third most overhated game ever behind Project Cars 3, and Need For Speed 2015. it has tons of improvements over Forza Horizon 4, despite what most people would have you thinking. namely the fact that you can rev your engine when customizing your car, to see what it sounds like with an Exhaust upgrade, or see what a completely new Engine sounds like, if you’re engine swapping. the Drifting and Drift Zones have been tweaked to be less Elitist, and more fun, casual and welcoming. the Blueprint Builder has TONS more props and such to work with. wanna make a map that’s completely unrecognizable and makes you feel like you’re playing a completely different game? go for it! if you have the patience for it that is. if not, there are PLENTY of already made custom maps that can genuinely add a whole other layer to immersion and overall fun! seriously, it’s like you’re going through portals to different dimensions within a game, and it’s awesome tbh. not to mention that in this game, you can actually use props in races, which was always something i wanted when they added Super7 and props back in Forza Horizon 4. car selection? yep, it’s there! it is missing just a few cars (namely the Volkswagen ID.R which i personally miss SO much), but otherwise it is absolutely unbelievable in terms of how many cars it offers. of course, because it’s a product of Live Service games, there are some cars and rewards locked behind the Auction House and/or Festival Playlist unfortunately, but they’re there! only downside to this game is the Map tbh. while it’s okay, Forza Horizon 4 has a much better map in terms of vibes, color-fullness, and just fun. it is definitely a must play!! don’t listen to others that bash on it. the stories are fun, and are not “cringe” at all. i’m not sure what this community’s issue is with thinking everything is “cringe”. they said the same stuff about Forza Horizon 4’s stories and writing, and even more-so about Forza Horizon 5, when there is literally nothing wrong with it, or “cringe” about it at all. those people probably think breathing is “cringe” tbh. i mean, these are the same people that think that saying “skill issue” and personally attacking people “isn’t toxic”, so it makes sense.10/10 this game is fantastic!! highly recommend!!!

i’ve never been able to get into Gran Turismo. it’s just boring to me, i am not sure why, i find myself preferring Total Immersion Racing or other “Gran Turismo clones” more, but i can full well acknowledge this franchise is, objectively, really good.

this game is average tbh. probably the most overrated average game ever. it’s not a bad game, but it’s dated, has incredibly boring driving, and doesn’t offer anything different compared to the first three Forza Motorsport titles. Forza Motorsport 1, 2 & 3 are far better. do not let the hype fool you. the rose tinted glasses Nostalgia is extremely strong with this game as far as reviews and perception goes. it’s a good game, but still not as good as it’s Trilogy predecessors. 5/10, an extremely underwhelming game, considering the hype around it.
