Dragon Quest 1 HD is one of the least fun JRPGs I’ve ever played. All the new abilities in the world can’t make up for the fact that mobs of enemies bullying you every battle, when the play only gets to act once, is an abysmal experience. DQ1 on GBC is one of my fav DQ games ever, so it pains me that this new version is so bad. DQ2 HD is great though, they did a fantastic job with this one.

An amazing digimon game, and an amazing JRPG. So much polish, care and attention. I cannot recommend it enough.

Bigger and better than the first game. Great tactical gameplay, cool mechanics and actually funny humour.

A beautiful JRPG and tons of fun. The world design is great. The flow of battle is perfect. The story is cosy and captivating. I’m having a blast playing it. Highly recommended.

The art style and premise of the game are good and I enjoyed them. However, you need to beat the game on Lv4 difficulty to access the online features, and while levels 1-3 are perfectly manageable with some practise, Lv4 suddenly ramps up the difficulty to infuriating degrees. It made for a really irritating experience.
