Complete trash. An utterly contemptible love letter to woke insanity, dressed up in the macabre skinsuit of a beloved gaming franchise. Avoid like the plague.

Nice update! Awesome gameplay, world building, combat, etc. Loved this game when it came out. Still do. Recommended.

Trash. I loved the original game. This one makes me sick to my stomach. Another example of SJW nonsense ruining everything they touch. RIP.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game. It's a great mix of Fallout and Firefly. Could have used a little bit more development time to really flesh out some side-story content. I did pretty much everything in about 20 hours. Still, a good start. I'd love to see Microsoft really get behind it with money so Obsidian can take it to the next level.

Awesome game! Over 100 hours sunk into it so far and still going. Nostalgia scores a few points, but the game is incredibly strong on its own. One of my more recent favorites. 9/10 based on the technical limitations of the Nintendo Switch slowing the game down and having a few issues with draw distance and other things. Still ... a must play.

Pillars of Eternity10

I love this game. The gameplay, pacing, open-world feel, writing, characters, animation, etc. are all excellent. Make no mistake though, nostalgia carries this into the upper stratosphere for me when it comes to dishing out a number rating. Do yourself a favor, if you haven't played the old infinity engine games, but love Western-style RPG's like DA:Origins, get started on building some nostalgia of your own by playing Pillars of Eternity, and loving every minute of it.

BioShock Infinite6

An over-hyped piece of reductio ad absurdum with a deeply disappointing ending. This game does not deserve to be mentioned in the same conversation as the conclave of truly great games of this generation, of which the original Bioshock belongs, along with Skyrim, Fallout 3, etc. While the game does possess fun and interesting gameplay, the story is quite ridiculous and full of logical paradoxes relating to time-travel and other possible worlds that cannot be reconciled. Interesting ambiance and fun gameplay are not enough to make up for the lipstick-on-a-pig of a story. A truly disappointing experience that could have been something worthy of the greatness unperceptive people are lavishing on it.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning9

Reckoning's combat very much reminds me of Fable, which is certainly a plus, while the exploration and size of the world are akin to Skyrim. If you really like Fable, but want a lot more content, this game will be very appealing to you. Don't let the Skyrim "fan-boys," trolls, and haters dissuade you; this is a very good game that has excellent art direction, combat, world immersion, story, etc.
