I'm a huge fan of Colter and think he did a great job as Luke in Jessica Jones. Only just started the season, and although there's not a ton of action, I appreciate what the makers are doing with it.

I was really looking forward to this one, but I'm worried - based on the first episode - that it's not going to live up to the massive amount of hype. Geoffrey Wright's characters isn't interesting, only the one droid is at all compelling (the main girl), and other than the geography, it's simply not all the fun to watch. I kept thinking of the series "Humans", and how they dealt with some of these issues so much more intelligently and provocatively.

Heady stuff. Huge props to the director - there's nary a movie in theaters these days that can compete with this level of drama. It's a "For Dummies" treatise for lay-people in criminal procedure. I'm loving this.

Bad-ass start to the new season. Keep it coming, Sam! It's just such a rich, textured series. I tend to agree with the one critic who suggested that this could be as good as Breaking Bad eventually. Esmail wears his influences on his sleeve, but so what? He does it extremely well. I hope this goes 5 - 6 - 7 seasons. No early deaths!

It's a beautiful mess. But I can't miss an episode - you have to see what's coming. The episode with the kid playing Life on Mars at the Bar Mitzvah was incredible. George Mastras and the rest of the writers are crafting something special here - it might take another 5 - 10 episodes to really take shape. But it's getting there.

Season 4 cuts freakin' glass. There's a whole lot of crap on TV these days with 400+ scripted shows. What you want to do is stick with the primo kush, and that's The Americans. Russell is so freakin' good - she's the bee's knees. And her husband is simply a break-out. He's always been good (Brothers & Sisters), but this series has made him certifiable. Bottom line - you're out on the sauce if you're not down with this.

It's a pretty spectacular first episode. The writing, the directing and the acting were all tremendous. Special mention of the lead actress and her baby daddy because they were both pretty awesome. I didn't think the CW had it in them to uncork something this fresh and original. And of course I realize that the Tele novella format is not original but for the American audience it really is. The best soundtrack for an episode during the season would be Bella Novela's "Telemetry" which was inspired by these Spanish-language soap operas. Great band, great show.

Very very weak summer fare. MTV is always been pretty bold on what to put on TV but this show is just a little distasteful for my liking. Maybe this is a companion piece to teen mom as in let's see some of these virgins get pregnant.

The show is canpy as hell and fun but I fear that the ultimate reveal will be less interesting that I've been hoping for. The lead actor who played one of the best characters on house of cards is really the only thing that is holding the show together. Also I should say that Guillermo Deltoro's creatures are tremendous.

I watched this show when it was a series of online webisodes and boy was it thin. It's a little bit hard for me to believe that they brought it to network television. Picture the first 15 or 20 minutes of any Hostel movie and then take out all the horror and you have backpackers.

The show is just so incredibly average. The star seems so smug and happy with herself that she's annoying to watch from week to week. The mom character, the police officer, is equally as annoying. And she seems like she's been through a lot with the bags under her eyes and just the way she comes off every episode. The fact that she's cheating on her husband makes her all the more annoying. This must be tailor-made for a very young demographic because I just can't relate.

I really liked Matt Passmore from but The Glades, but this show started out with a bang and has gone downhill ever since. Even the male escort character who was on some other show from ABC family has got talent but the writing and directing is not there for the show to sustain it.

I think the critics got it right here. Yes it comes off as a B-movie type of show but it absolutely has so much joy and revelry in the acting & the directing & the writing that you just can't help but have fun with the show. Alfred Molina is great and that the lead actor who plays bravo is extremely talented. Even the mail CIA handler is perversely funny. This is the second show on the El Rey network that I have watched after from dusk till Dawn and I'm really loving it. I'm so glad I found this channel.

Whatever you do if you're new to the show And have started washing the pilot do not give up on it after the first 20 minutes. Sure the guy seems like a repugnant **** but if you hang in there there is quite a bit of charm to be found in the show. The lead actor is new to America I believe and his assistant is charming as hell. His primary love interest is great but I don't think she's going to be a permanent member of the show. It's almost like a harder edged version of royal pains.

The first episode was pretty fascinating and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing this eight episodes season play out. Maggie Gyllenhaal certainly can act and she's one of the more watchable actresses on TV or in the theater these days. And what a perfect time to set a plot in Israel and Gaza. I applied the Sundance Channel for really going for in terms of their original programming. I'm a big fan of rectify and I enjoyed the red river greatly.

I'm a big fan of the bachelor and bachelorette seasons. While this season is a step up from the old bachelor pad I think it's still pretty slim Pickens in terms of quality entertainment. They keep trotting out the same girls that have now done two or three different seasons and it seems like they're becoming a professional reality actresses instead of legitimate candidates for a romantic entanglement.

This is one of those shows that you don't watch if you're a teacher in any school system. It's probably targeted directly at the Beavis and Butthead demographic which I have certainly been a member of the course of the last 20 years or so. However Chris Lilly's schtick can and probably will wear a little fan over the course of the season. His other show about the Australian girls school was even more disturbing because he was in drag. Not the being in drag is a bad thing in general, but seeing him do it was a little bit over-the-top.

Amy Schumer is by far the funniest actress/comedian on TV. She is a wonderful blend of self-deprecation and biting social commentary. I loved it when she used to go on redeye every couple of weeks. It's that kind of outsider Outcast comedy that help her make her bones. Similar to Louis, I like the fact that she invites other kooky comedians such as Jim Norton in on the fun. I would love to see her get off of the dead-end that is Comedy Central and eventually get on either FX or HBO as a permanent home.

This show has certainly surpassed my expectations for it, especially as the second half hour complement too awkward. It has more heart than awkward, and the blonde lead actress is going to be a big star one day probably on another show. MTV is actually doing a pretty good job developing new shows these days. I just wish they had given a little more rope to certain experimental shows such as death Valley and Austin stories.

I had super high hopes for this show, but it became extremely ordinary in very short order. I am frankly shocked that they decided to renew this **** so quickly. Other then the actress who falls in love with the grounder, the rest of the young actors are far too lightweight for the material. The adult actors on the ship are actually very good, but there has not been enough of them so far.

I've only seen about three episodes of season two so far, but I'm afraid to say that it's not as interesting or as fun as the first season was. I'm getting a little tired of the doctor leaky clone patent people and the religious zealots. Let's get this series back to the quirky fun differences between the clones. We also need a hell of a lot more of Felix. I'm not sure if they have a new show runner, but what's great about this series has always been the fact that you have sci-fi and a very light hearted nature that makes it palatable to the non-sci-fi viewer. I hope they bear that in mind as they get into the meat of this second season.

It's truly an underrated show. What draws me in completely is the local color in the greater DC area and the total immersion in the 80s. The two lead actors are simply phenomenal. I've got a friend in Russia who tells me the language is absolutely on the money. Apparently when Hollywood typically does Russian language in American TV shows it's a total joke, but they went for authenticity here which I appreciate.

What's so amazing about Louis and this TV show is that he obliterates any possible expectations that you may have for the half hour. Sure, you were going to get the short standup bit, but beyond that he really takes you on a roller coaster ride that defies pattern or expectation. An added bonus is the fact that I love his comedian friends, including Sarah Silverman and Jim Norton.

I'm looking foward to seeing where they take this thing. Here's to hoping that Kal gets a little more involved, socially, in the teams and how they interact with one another. I want him to stir the pot act as an instigator, and not just the typical host. But I applaud the project for having the guts to reward Merit and not just social deviousness.
