Definitely some solid directing to match Pharrell’s unique personality, has some time filler and approaches his life more doc than a dramatized film.

Hi, Canadian here and I loved this film quite a bit. From first watch I was smiling with the Toronto representation. The film is quite relatable too as every had an awkward phase at one point of their life. Some cool details thrown in such as Chinese dramas which I saw all the time as a kid but have never learned too many words. Dad’s the best character. Maybe my opinion will change on 2nd watch who knows? But I thoroughly enjoyed this film, the shots, expressions and sequences were executed well. Strong 8 to Light 9
